  1. The man ran the show with the brother in charge of the armed forces.
    He was overthrown and took refuge in neighbouring Belarus – with the
    loot. Courts go into action and delivers “justice” only when the new lot takes over. Familiar story where despots run Banana republics fooling themselves they are running democracies to the applause of the world.

    Shades of familiarity, eh!
