“I consider it as an insult. The minister should not have referred to my looks and womanhood in that manner,” says UNP MP Rosy Senanayake. Rosy Senanayake made these remarks against Transport Minister Kumara Welgama today.

Transport Minister Kumara Welgama told Parliament today he had no words to express his feelings towards UNP MP Rosy Senanayake whom he described as ‘a charming and beautiful lady’. The Minister made these remarks when a question was directed at him by Rosay Senanayake during question time.
“I am so happy to answer a question by a beauty queen like Rosy Senanayake. You are such a charming woman. I have no words to describe my feelings,” the minister said. He said, “I cannot explain my feelings here. But if you meet me outside Parliament, I will describe them.”
Rosy Senanayake said there was no need for the minister to make these remarks merely because of her as a woman. “I never insult women. It is a fact known to everybody,” the minister said.

How come Kumara Welgama is making such absurd statement when he has a couple of socialite sisters who are at every party in Colombo, dressed up all the times and at most high society social events and appearing in the Hi magazine in every edition . He is from Manning Place, Wellawatte and one of his sisters I know for sure is working for Shiranthi Rajapakse and maybe for Mahinda too! How would he like if his sisters or his wives were addressed like this???

Very correct- the manner PSC chief behaved in the press briefing following the walk out of CJ in the meeting sessions lately – shamelssly louded “as head of the panel I can assure you the press that nothing like mad woman or pissu gani or abusive langagues were used there”. Can you imagine ? They can even kill you on broad day light and say – no that someone else did it. They are capable of doing all evils to their own folks.

Kumar vulgama should be impeached,but first before doing that he should be whipped by Rosy.Rosy should invite him to her house for a drink and reconciliation,and then he should be stripped and made to crawl on all fours while the blackjacketed rosy whips him.Win win situation for both.
