There was nothing innocent about them. and around 23000 members of the armed forces not even 1% of the Tamil civilians. You do not count the armed forces.

In July 2011 Tamil teachers of the North did a population survey of the North covering migration, deaths, untraceable persons from 2005 to 2009 – their report revealed 7896 dead including LTTE while the dead from natural illness and sickness was 1102. A simple question. If 40,000 (lower figure) died during the last stage of the war, what happened to those dead bodies. Evaporated in to the air?

The Tamil Tigers invented the weapon known as the suicide bomber. Then they made many improvements, increased the kill power and deployed them indiscriminately against political, military and civilian targets. Thousands of civilians were killed indiscriminately. Finally, the LTTE became overconfident and assassinated Rajiv Gandhi. However, their crucial turning point was the attempted assassination of Army commander Sarath Fonseka. He escaped with his life but made it his life mission to finish off the Tigers.
Those days, whenever a suicide bomber blew himself up killing dozens of innocent civilians, this is how the BBC reported it. “Today a suicide bomber exploded a bomb inside a train compartment in Dehiwala, Sri Lanka, killing 53 and injuring 77 people. Security forces said that LTTE is suspected to be behind the attack. LTTE has been fighting 25 year old war the Government of Sri Lanka, claiming discrimination against Tamils `that has claimed many lives on both sides”.
Throughout the war, the UK government took the side of the Tigers, obviously tempted by the huge payouts made by the Tigers to the various leaders. Even now many Tamil Tigers wanted by the SL government are living free as refugees in UK and getting a dole. With the Manchester incident, Britishers must realize that the whole thing has come full circle to face them in the most horrendous manner. It is very clear from the way this crime has been executed that they have used the tactics, equipment and personnel very much like those of the LTTE. Perhaps those LTTE remnants are in collusion with the present perpetrators exchanging information, providing logistics support, explosives, funds etc. This is just the opening salvo of this type. One can expect more of this type of attack to come in the future.

Muslims like Eagle eye and Argon are deliberately doing this trying to involve Tamils and a long dead and gone LTTE into this and divert attention from themselves. Vast difference other than the assassination for Rajiv ( due to the atrocities committed by the IPKF) the LTTE confined its activities to the island and largely to the Tamil parts of the island. It was a guerrilla warfare against the government to liberate the Tamils. Their attacks were largely on the military and government targets or Sinhalese thugs and hooligans pretending to be civilians like in Dollar Kent farms. They connived with Sinhalese armed forces to attack Tamil civilians. The Kattankudi Mosque was used as an arms depot by the Muslim home guards who again to used to attack innocent Tamils , therefore the LTTE attacked it as it was basically an arms depot/mosque.
Muslim terror on the other hand is worldwide indiscriminate , largely attacking civilians and children, with the sole intention of forcing a very fundamental form of Wahhabi Islam on the entire world. These Muslims or any Muslim has not condemned this, instead as usual trying to make the Tamils the scapegoats.
A generation ago the Sri Lankan Muslims had their own Tamil Muslim Sri Lankan identity, therefore were not associated or identified with Arab/Pakistani inspired Islamic terror. Now they have deliberately discarded this and taken over a Wahhabi Arab Islamic identity and identify themselves closely with Arabs and Pakistanis, therefore now closely will be closely associated with world wide Islamic terror. BBC were the accomplices of the LTTE terrorists during the war. One example is the attack on the Kolonnawa oil tanks. The BBC reporter was informed about the attack on the previous day by the LTTE. He positioned himself with his cameraman and filmed the whole thing like in a movie. He should have been charged and put in jail.

As usual you Tiger Tailenders want to blame others for you misdeeds. The history of the Dravidians (Chola, Pandya) show a streak of suicidal tendencies when in battle. Perhaps a genetic flaw, which has been passed on to modern Tamils and exploited by leaders like Prabhakaran. The suicide vest, the explosives packed in to it, the triggers, the Cyanide capsules, a single bomber going and exploding himself or herself in a crowd of civilians, were all hallmarks of Tiger suicide bombers. They are now being adapted by other terrorists. The Japanese Kami Kaze were just crashing the Zero fighter planes on enemy targets. There is a vast difference here because the Kami Kaze targeted only ships and other military objects. Not innocent civilians, men, women and children.

As I said before, LTTE targeted civilians for their suicide bombings and non suicidal normal attacks. Even among the civilian targets, they selected the softest possible such as peak time trains, Upasakammas observing sil at Sri Maha Bodhi, Young monks, poor undefended villagers etc. There are several reasons for this. (1) To drive away the Sinhalese from their border villages for their own security as well as part of ethnic cleansing of the Eelam. (2) To create maximum fear in the civilians, who would then apply pressure on the government to end the war and rant Eelam. (3) As a propaganda tool for other nations to show how brave and dedicated they are. (5) As a contractual obligation to their Western handlers (4) Simply being devilish.

BBc gives the reasons why UK authorities are taking the Manchester incident so seriously, although people like Rajash are trying to make short shrift of the whole matter for obvious reasons. According to BBC ISIS has not been using bombs since the Brussels incident, because their expert in bomb making was killed in that incident. Thus they were forced to use weapons such as knives, guns, axes and vehicle as instruments of killing afterwards. This suicide bomb bothers them because it means that a new expert has come in to the scene. The making of a bomb is no easy matter and the making of a suicide bomb still more tricky. One has to arrange the explosives in the special vests, and they should be thin enough so that suspicions will not be aroused. The positioning of the explosives and the shrapnel, like nails, depends on the intended target. In the case of Rajiv Gandhi the Tiger woman suicide bomber had them on the back side. She bent in front of him as if to worship him and detonated the explosives right under his face. The assassin’s body is said to have been torn in to two by the blast. In the case of the Manchester bomb, the explosives would probably have been arranged to spread 360 degrees around the assassin thus causing the maximum number casualties. UK authorities are looking for the other accomplices. In my opinion, if they want to catch the new bomber, they don’t have to look far. Look in the Tamil ghettos in Manchester and in places like Watford, Gammons Lane London.

Britishers are yet to understand terrorism.. I believe the father of this IS terrorist is the one who was accepted by the UK Govt for helping them to kill Gadaffi. What most Britishers does not know is that London has become the center for terrorist world over to establish their head quarters. These organizations operate under the slogan of freedom fighters or diaspora outfits. Until UK Govt. tell their citizens truth about this and stop patronizing these outfits, unlikely things will change.

They had some experience with the IRA. But you are correct, this is a different beast. This time, the (Islamic) enemy is well-entrenched all over the UK. They are very well funded by rich Arabs, who believe it is their religious duty to subsidize jihad. It was easy to penetrate IRA networks; that is not the case here, since ISIS networks extend across a much larger geographical space. The best bet for the Britishers will be human intelligence, e.g. planting moles within the Islamic community proper, to gather useful intelligence. At least 50K European Muslims joined ISIS, so even with the best of intelligence gathering mechanisms, it will be difficult to stop so-called “lone-wolf” attacks.

TG, good that you have written this. We also have a Seelawathi from Thumpane, who according to another commentator Edwin Rodrigo is really a Tamil Refugee in Europe belonging to the Tiger Rump. I have always been suspecting that UK is a major distributor of terror around the world. They accepted people like Anton Balasingham the LTTE ‘theorist’ with a red carpet welcome. Now having put the cobra in their sarong and gotten bitten by it in a very sensitive part of the anatomy, they shout, ‘cobra bit me! cobra bit me’. I am sure the vest technology came from the Tiger rump there.
