  CM, is IMF canvassing for RW, or is he manipulating IMF, into campaigning for him. Looks like now a days IMF has to campaign after loaning, to get their money back. Not a bad deal, isn’t it ? LOL. With such perfect timing, they show up daily on news, pictures of closing deals, handshakes, RW making statement ” we’re debt free ????”……….
  This being a cartoon site, I’m taking the liberty to share my personal experience with one of the main candidate, none other than SP. My elderly mother once wrote to the ministry, SP was in charge ( I guess Housing , under RW / MS ) complaining of the dilapidated unsafe situation, of the apartment , she was living then, because of mismanagement, corruption………. of the elected management. (leaking roof top, seepage, electrical short circuit, rain water entering into elevator room, cracks on walls, …….. ) I’m sure many apartment dwellers are familiar with such horror stories . She being too old and living alone, they just ignored her concerns and kept spending the maintenance money on other things. This went on for years, with the connivance ( and bribe ) of Condo Authority. To my surprise SP personally replied, promising immediate action. But that was not the end. Two people from the ministry showed up, to assess and based on their finding , a notice was served to rectify within deadline. Because of his prompt action, inspite of govt change the repair was completed.
