Colombo Telegraph reliably learns that renowned film maker Prasanna Vithanage had said that he will have to make a documentary about Victor Ivan.
Vithanage had told a close friend after a special screening of his documentary ‘Silence in the Court’ that an Editor of a newspaper had asked him if he was going to make a documentary on Ivan and that he had said ‘yes, I will have to’.
‘Silence in the Court’ documents a case of a judge sexually abusing the wives of two accused with the support of attorney’s appearing for the suspects. According to the documentary one of the victims approaches Ivan, then the Editor of ‘Ravaya’ and it is his intervention and investigations that results in bringing into the public domain what would have otherwise been yet another case of a vulnerable woman being abused being swept under the carpet.
The editor’s question obviously referred to Ivan taking off with Rs 5Million from money collected to keep Ravaya from sinking, financially.

Ivan never made any allegation against CT. I’m a Ravaya reader too, but never saw anything against CT in Raavaya.

I am an infrequent reader of both CT and Ravaya. I find difficult why CT calls him hashish Ivan. If Ivan takes hashish, does it lower his mental ability. Of course You cant be an addict and oppose drugs.
One word of caution. Don’t fall to x group gossip.
