The Committee on Public Enterprises noted in its latest report to the Parliament; \u201cHaving referred to several incidents taken place in relation to certain projects on housing complexes, it was discussed about the rogue investors those who collected money from people before the commencement of Business and quit the country later suspending the project halfway.\u201d<\/p>\n

COPE has not named the rogue investors and the amount of the money cheated in its report.
