Her name is in the Ministry of Defence&#8217;s published list &#8211; &#8220;<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.defence.lk\/new.asp?fname=20090621_02_TerrList\">Identified LTTE leaders who were killed on 18 May 2009 by 53 Division troops<\/a>&#8220;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00a0 &#8211; as &#8220;<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Lieutenant Colonel &#8211;\u00a0Issei Piriya &#8211;\u00a0Communications\/Publicity Wing&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Isaipriya was taken into army custody on May 18, 2009. First pictures of her dead body emerged. Then on\u00a0June 22, 2012 , Colombo Telegraph <\/span><a style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.colombotelegraph.com\/?p=124711&amp;preview=true\">published pictures and a video<\/a><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"> which<\/span><em style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">\u00a0<\/em><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">show the LTTE media TV announcer Issapriya\u2019s naked body lies with the hundreds of dead bodies, but this time her hands are untied.\u00a0<\/span>The security forces officer speaking in Sinhala language to a female says, \u201chere, here, Voice of Tiger announcer.\u201d
