But the CID had objected to the request noting that it would delay the ongoing investigation into Avant Garde\u2019s dealings with the Defence Ministry and on the various armories it maintained.<\/p>\n<p>The Counsel who appeared for Senadhipathi had stated that it would incur a loss of Rs. 3500 million to his client and to Sri lanka is the Court imposed a travel restriction on his client.
