He allegedly acquired more than Rs. 5million worth goods from &#8216;Sathosa&#8217;, without making any payments, police said.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.colombotelegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Johnston-.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-144123\" src=\"https:\/\/www.colombotelegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Johnston-.jpg\" alt=\"Johnston\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.colombotelegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Johnston-.jpg 599w, https:\/\/www.colombotelegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/Johnston--300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a>Johnston was remanded till tomorrow by the Colombo Fort Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Former Economic Development Minister <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"line-height: 1.5;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.colombotelegraph.com\/?s=Basil+Rajapaksa&amp;x=17&amp;y=1\">Basil Rajapaksa<\/a><\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">,\u00a0former Secretary Nihal Jayatilake and former Divineguma fund Director General R.R.K. Ranawaka were further remanded till May 7 by the Kaduwela Magistrate.
