According to reports, Wickremesinghe had told Ratnayaka that there was no point in having gala celebrations to commemorate the 150 anniversary of the police department when the law and order in the country was not upto expectation.<\/p>\n<p>His comments came soon after the murder of millionaire businessman Mohamed Sulaiman who was murdered last week.
