According to the application by Yoshitha\u2019s lawyer, Yoshitha requires foot surgery and hence he has to travel overseas for the operation.<\/p>\n<p>Although the Attorney General\u2019s department had objected to Yoshitha\u2019s request, High Court Judge A. A.
