Joan Ryan MP and Siobhain McDonagh MP have called on the Foreign Secretary to\u00a0\u201cwithdraw\u00a0Brigadier Priyankara Fernando<\/a>\u2019s diplomatic papers and expel him\u201d\u00a0<\/em>from the UK, after he was filmed making \u2018throat-cutting gestures\u2019 to Tamils<\/a> protesting outside the Sri Lankan High Commission in London, on Sunday 4 February.<\/p>\n
