The application was refused. Then asked for observers including Bar Association of Sri Lanka. This was also refused. Thus the inquiry would be held in camera, the Colombo Telegraph reliably learnt.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div id=\"attachment_58942\" style=\"width: 210px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.colombotelegraph.com\/index.php\/breaking-news-here-is-the-full-charge-sheet-against-chief-justice\/shirani-bandaranaike-chief-justice-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-58942\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-58942\" class=\"size-full wp-image-58942\" title=\"Shirani-Bandaranaike-Chief-Justice-2\" src=\"http:\/\/www.colombotelegraph.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/Shirani-Bandaranaike-Chief-Justice-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"208\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-58942\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">CJ<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.colombotelegraph.com\/?s=Shirani+Bandaranayake&amp;x=13&amp;y=10\">Chief Justice<\/a><\/span>\u00a0\u00a0objected to Wimal Weerawansa MP and Dr. Rajitha Seneratne MP from participating as members of the PSC on the ground of bia &#8211; There were several cases where CJ has given orders affecting these MPs\/their family members. \u00a0Order on this is\u00a0postponed\u00a0for \u00a0Thursday (6th December) afternoon 2.30 pm. \u00a0On that day, they will also consider whether further time would be given to the CJ for explanations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>No procedures for inquiry have been adopted. \u00a0No lists of documents or witnesess have been given.
