15 petitions were filed in the Supreme Courts today challenging the constitutionality of 11 of the Bills tabled in\u00a0parliament\u00a0last Friday. \u00a0The challenged Bills are;\u00a0Strategic Development Projects (Amendment),\u00a0Betting and Gaming Levy (Amendment),Nation Building Tax (Amendment),Fiscal Management (Responsibility) (Amendment),Finance,\u00a0<\/strong>Value Added Tax (Amendment),\u00a0\u00a0Inland Revenue (Amendment),\u00a0Notaries (Amendment),\u00a0Powers of Attorney (Amendment),\u00a0Registration of Documents (Amendment) and\u00a0Tax Appeals Commission (Amendment).\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>21 Bills below were\u00a0presented\u00a0last Friday;<\/strong><\/p>\n
