That shocking statistic squares with other alarming indicators of the military\u2019s pervasive\u00a0<a title=\"Report from D.O.D. (PDF)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sapr.mil\/media\/pdf\/reports\/Department_of_Defense_Fiscal_Year_2011_Annual_Report_on_Sexual_Assault_in_the_Military.pdf\">culture of sexual misconduct<\/a>.
