This is the second of two posts examining parallels and bilateral relations between India and Russia.\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\" href=\"http:\/\/wp.me\/p2TpLo-tf\" target=\"_blank\">Click here<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\">\u00a0for a post titled \u2018Globalisation: Many Indias, many Russias\u2019.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Many reasons underpin the successful development of India-Russia relations, but it would be imprudent to set<em>\u00a0<\/em>all hopes upon these.<em>\u00a0<\/em>Concrete, consistent initiatives and<em>\u00a0<\/em>changing Russian and Indian elites\u2019<em><\/em>approaches towards the partnership<em>\u00a0<\/em>are essential, otherwise the stagnation<em>\u00a0<\/em>of bilateral ties might worsen to<em>\u00a0<\/em>degradation.
