  1. Yes, it is a good question, perhaps they should get rid of this kind of incompetent judges and court systems. Thank you Malinda.

  3. Velupillai Prabakaran was sentenced in absentia,to 200 years imprisonment,by High Court Judge Sarath Ambepitiya.
It is impossible for anyone to be in jail for 200 years.
    Was the judge confused?
‘Life Imprisonment’ would have been feasible and rational.
The Attorney General, higher judicial authorities and the Human Rights Commission could have objected, but did not.

  4. These Judges/Magistrates could attend an annual Seminar – yes Diyatalawa and will be organised by Gota as the only competent
poltical authority – not AG to avoid mis-judgements.
Over to Madam CJ of the Regime.

  5. Remanding anyone brought before a magistrate without hearing the ‘other side’ of the story from that person,in private, amounts to “Illegal Imprisonment”.
Police arrest people to settle personal grudges of persons who ‘influence’ them and produce them before magistrates with the ‘cooked up’ stories.
    There have been many instances.
