Your Excellencies,
Defeat Israel and the US remaking the Levant WITHOUT Palestine!
1. After the famous Non-Aligned Movement faded away the rise of the BRICS brought much hope and pride to the people of the South. The fact that many countries want to join it, even some from the western block, reveals to the world the real aspirations of the vast majority in the world.
2. Palestine is a member of the 121 countries that belong to NAM. During the Cold War NAM got organized for the purpose of being independent of the global super powers of that era and to promote South-South cooperation.
3. BRICS or Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa constitute the five biggest and most advanced countries of the south; though Russia is not in the South it can easily be part of it due to many similarities and reasons. Three of these countries have nuclear warheads.
4. We are proud of South Africa for brilliantly prosecuting Israel, at the Hague courts, over the genocide and illegal aggression and occupation of Palestine.
5. We are proud of India for standing up to the simple US president hurling tariffs and sanctions against other countries like a cantankerous brat.
6. We are proud of China for its dramatic advancement and lifting millions out of poverty and its capacity to face any power in the world.
7. We are proud of Brazil not only for an array of superb footballers from Pele to Neymar but mainly for becoming a power to reckon with in the American hemisphere.
8. Finally, we are proud of Russia not only for its immortal contributions to the literature of the world but also for being the elder brother to the BRICS and its associates.
9. United Nations have voted definitively for a two-state solution to the Gaza and Palestine tragedy. Israel and its tail the US with a few small countries have voted against it and Israel the Neanderthals says there is no country called Palestine! I wonder what that land was called before 1948?
10. Internationally the pressure on Israel to stop the genocide and dismantle the illegal occupation and allow Palestine to self-determinate their future is increasing. But still, they are mostly statements and declarations and no action. They do not walk the talk.
11. This is what we are pleading for with you. Show your true solidarity with the oppressed of the world. If we in the South do not stand by them, who will? Let us learn from the small and sovereign nation, Maldives. In 2024, a bill was submitted to the parliament calling for a ban on entry for Israeli passport holders. The ban came into immediate effect after it was approved by parliament on 15 April 2025
12. Cut all ties with Israel. Recall your ambassadors from Tel Aviv. Cancel all commercial agreements and investments. Prohibit them from entering your countries. Expel all Israelis in your countries.
13. Please, Your Excellencies, if you take the lead in this meritorious matter, meritorious because saving the life of just one child from that blood thirsty ogre is meritorious, it will shame the Arab leaders who play footsie with the US into action against the child devouring ogre.
14. It will also be a slap in the face of duplicitous Europeans who are the creators of this tragedy, who committed genocide against the European Jews and most conveniently solved the Jewish problem by expelling the murdering Jewish Neanderthals into Palestine and creating there a rogue nation called Israel. If the modern Jews want vengeance for the Holocaust, they ought to commit genocide in Europe not in Palestine for the innocent Palestinians had absolutely nothing to do with the Holocaust. The main arms suppliers to Israel are US (69%) Germany, Italy, UK, Canada and (OMG!) India. Today the European hypocrites sanctimoniously call for the two-state solution but keep arming and abetting the IDF.
15. Currently there are conflicts and killings happening in many regions but the Palestinian genocide is unique for it is a festering wound on humanity for the last 76 years and it is an acid test whether humanity is advancing to a better state of civilization or rather retreating to the barbarous state of Netanyahu the Neanderthal. And that is what is going to happen if the world will only watch and wail.
16. Your Excellencies, the world went to the UN and to the Hague. We see no action. This is the last place we, the world, can come to. BRICS. Please do not let the Palestinians down, do not let us, the world, down.
17. May our humble and desperate plea not fall on deaf ears and hard hearts.

Its reassuring to see a Christian priest plead to the BRICS for redemption from the child devouring ogre. This is reassuring also because there is an evangelical element that actually condones the holocaust, as their only desire is to witness the second coming and other prophesies associated with it. This element also backs the ogre and its complicit backers and enablers in the West. The Global South must form a legal system that actually upholds international law, unlike the impotent, toothless and defunct UN that does the bidding of global monsters. The BRICS leadership must also quickly form a military alliance that can effectively counter the rampaging thugs and their false narratives, complicit media and Hasbara, and intervene to prevent genocide and punish the perpetrators in a manner they feel and understand.

Hello DTG,
History teaches us that an Individual is seldom able to change the Course of History, however collectively we have made substantial changes. The Aragalaya in Sri Lanka led to the demise of the Rajapaksa Rule. However without a committed, strong Leadership they were outflanked by Ranil and others.
Students across the World, mainly in the US managed to bring about the end of the Vietnam War. Without Collective Action Germany would not have been re-united. There are countless other examples.

,Don’t worry about BRICS, it’s another big joke, with the exception of Russia and China. These two countries have important petrochemical and mineral resources. At the same time, no sane person is going to put their money in a Russian or Chinese bank, if the option exists for a Western bank. The survival of a country like KSA (part of BRICS) depends on the continued dominance of the USD. Look at the other joker countries in BRICS: Ethiopia and India.

The above statement assumes that all other Christians are against Palestine and Father Chryso Pieris SJ is pleading BRICKS leaders is a surprise to you. You should know that many Christian Tamil Fathers consider the genocide of Tamils in Sri Lanka.
It is very simple to call BRICKS but in reality we should know all these BRICKs countries are part of United Nations and they also have VETO Power and if they are really interested in Palestine they should have take military actions long before. The world is divided into two opposite powers and both Powers are not interested in small countries. Even this NPP government are not prepared to accept Israel’s genocide of Palestine people.

The Pope has pulled back on calling it a genocide. I wonder if he can call it a phased genocide or incremental genocide.
–
AI Overview
“Phased genocide,” also known as incremental genocide, refers to the systematic destruction of a group over an extended period rather than in a single, rapid extermination. This process often progresses through a series of predictable stages, such as those identified by researcher Gregory H. Stanton, which can be monitored as early warnings of an escalating risk.

A maths professor at Cambridge, Timothy Gowers, who has analyzed the Gaza situation very well. It’s a long read, but very prudent.
I find some of the steps of this argument plausible. In particular, I do not see how the total destruction of Hamas could be achieved without something near to the total destruction of Gaza and the killing of large numbers of Gazans. And that is for exactly the reason given: Hamas leaders and soldiers, unsurprisingly, don’t operate from buildings labelled “Hamas headquarters” or walk about with badges saying “member of Hamas”. Nor, once Israel has declared its intent to destroy them completely, do they come out of their tunnels and say, “Look, do what you like to us, but please spare the civilian population.”

Hello Ramona,
The point of Israel’s Genocide is not the destruction of Hamas or the release of the Israeli Hostages. It is the creation of a Greater Israel and the expulsion/destruction of the Palestinians. In order to create Greater Israel they need to carve out enclaves in Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Sinai, Gaza and Annex the West Bank. If you watch the Israeli Hebrew TV Channels they speak the Truth about their intentions. Did you see the US deputy Middle East envoy Morgan Ortagus repeat word for word the Israeli demands for Hamas to lay down its Arms, Surrender and release all the Hostages immediately. The vote was 14 to 1 (1 being the US).
“Israel’s far-right finance minister Bezalel Smotrich has said the Gaza Strip could be a “real estate bonanza” and that he is in talks with the US about dividing up the territory after the war – an idea previously condemned internationally”. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c5y59z6rznvo

As he mentions, the starting point should not be, did Israel commit genocide? The starting point should be, Hamas launched a major terrorist attack, which suggests (high probability) that Israel has to respond (as any government would). Then you can debate the merits of that response, e.g. was the force factor (he defines a 50:1 kill ratio) justified, how could civilian casualties be reduced, etc.
Blindly accusing Israel of genocide is counterproductive. It ignores the underlying reality, which is that Israel has to deal with Hamas on some level. Simply confining it to the Gaza Strip is a flawed approach, as Oct. 7th demonstrated.

Ramona,
I remember the genocide in the (former) Yugoslavia well. The young men were rounded up, executed & buried in mass graves, while the women were taken to camps and abused. The architects of the genocide (in this case, Serb) later went into hiding. Most were eventually caught and brought before the Hague, to be tried as war criminals. In this case, it was very easy to prove intent. You had mass graves, survivors, and war criminals in hiding. Now try to draw a parallel to Gaza. Israeli leaders are not in hiding, although Hamas certainly are. Hamas carried out a mass killing (Oct 7th) specifically targeting women and children. Hamas also used schools and hospitals as cover to hide weapons, which can be considered a war crime. Logically, the evidence points towards Hamas as being guilty of genocide. Another important point: Oct 7th was supposed to occur on a bigger scale. There was a plan for Hezbollah to simultaneously attack Northern Israel. For reasons unknown, Hamas jumped the gun.

Remember, Israel used to control Gaza. As in, there were no Palestinians there. Rather than go through this ugly business of protracted war, Israel should have simply transferred the Palestinians out of Gaza (following the Oct 7th massacre) and re-settled it with Jews. A return to the earlier status quo. Israel is spending money and losing a lot of lives in trying to negotiate with Hamas. This problem has a very simple, bloodless solution…

History of Gaza before 1948……..
/
LankaScot / September 23, 2025
Hello Lester,
“As in, there were no Palestinians there”. Evidence?
At no time in modern History was there a Jewish Majority.
“At the outset of the 1948 war, the population of the Gaza region was approximately 60,000 to 80,000. By the end of the hostilities, at least 200,000 refugees had flooded what would become the Gaza Strip”
“After its conquest by Israel, 17 Jewish settlements would be established inside the Gaza Strip between 1970 and 2000. While housing well under 10,000 settlers, the settlements came to dominate the geography of the Strip, securing access to much of the best land, water, and shore areas”. “The settlers, only half a per cent of the Strip’s population, controlled 40 per cent of its territory and even more of its resources”.
“By 2000, the last year of the Oslo peace process, the number of refugees and their descendants had swollen to well over 400,000”.
“When the last settler left, five years into the al-Aqsa intifada in September 2005, Gaza effectively became the world’s largest prison”. – https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2009/7/13/tracing-gazas-chaos-to-1948

Don’t be fooled by the propaganda of Hamas and anti-semites. Here is a very interesting video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztlL4eswu4Y. She was held hostage by Hamas. Bad things were done. But that is not the interesting point. The interesting point is that she and other hostages were held captive in apartments in Gaza. That means *many* Palestinian civilians knew where Israeli hostages were being held. We can infer, therefore, that they were colluding with Hamas. The larger implication is that you cannot separate Hamas from the Palestinians in Gaza, as people like Macron and Starmer imagine. If this separation is not possible, then Israel has no choice but to annex Gaza.

Ramona,
You should be more precise when giving statistics.
Here is an exact DNA breakdown:
Ashkenazi: 30%-50% (Middle Eastern), 50%-70% European
Mizrahi: 70%-90% Middle Eastern, 10%-30% European
Sephardic: 60%-80% Middle Eastern, 20%-40% European
Ashkenazi Jews: ~32% of Israel’s Jewish population
Mizrahi Jews (Middle Eastern/North African): ~40–45%
Sephardic Jews (Iberian/North African): ~10–15%
Others (Ethiopian, mixed, etc.): ~10–15%
So in Israel, most Jews are Mizrahi or Sephardic, not Ashkenazi.
/
Lester / September 23, 2025
Ramona,
I would also point out, Turks have a 38% European contribution. Palestine was under the domain of the Ottoman Empire for a long time (1516 to 1917). No one called it “colonization.” The “modern” solution would be for not only the Palestinians, but the Lebanese and Syrians to give up “statehood” and form a UK-type entity with Israel as the primary governing body. Scotland and Ireland are content with their current status; in the last referendum, the majority of Scots voted against independence. Lebanon is financially insolvent and Syria is a failed state.
A comprehensive study published in Annals of Human Genetics analyzed the genetic structure of the Turkish population using over 500,000 SNP genotypes. The findings revealed the following estimated ancestral contributions:
European Ancestry: Approximately 38%
Middle Eastern Ancestry: Approximately 35%
South Asian Ancestry: Approximately 18%
Central Asian Ancestry: Approximately 9%

“OC,…..agreed.”
I don’t know what you agree with, as I have no interest in the opinions of perverts (my browser blacks it out). But this issue of hostages is very important. First, Hamas attacked an Israeli youth festival. Slaughtering very young adults (20 to 30) in cold blood. Some were taken hostage. Then they attacked the “kibbutz” settlements. Again, murdering, pillaging, raping, and looting. Hostages were taken. Not only Hamas, more than 1000 “ordinary” citizens from Gaza entered the kibbutzim on 7th Oct. These citizens likely didn’t commit mass murder, but looted.
The hostages were then taken back to Gaza and paraded in front of thousands of people, who were cheering . Oct 7th was a day of celebration in Gaza. I’m sure Scott, Veddah, Mehdi were celebrating as well, different story.
Can you imagine what Trump would do if some terror group, say in Angola, takes 100 American citizens hostage? He would likely use nuclear weapons. I have to say, Israel’s response is underwhelming by comparison.
Opinion: Hamas/Oct. 7th was so bad, that Hezbollah didn’t want to join in. I’ve seen actual footage, entire families slaughtered, hostages being dragged way.

The Palestinians have far more Leventine (Jewish) DNA.
–
AI Overview :
Palestinians show significant genetic continuity with Bronze Age Levantines, with a 2020 study finding that they derive approximately 81-87% of their ancestry from populations of that period, commonly identified as Bronze Age Canaanites. Other studies indicate a range between 50% and 70% of ancestry linked to Bronze Age Canaanites, with some suggesting higher figures, particularly for Christian Palestinians and Samaritans. This genetic data strongly supports an indigenous Levantine origin for Palestinians, contradicting claims of primarily recent Arab immigration.
Supporting Evidence for Levantine Ancestry
Bronze Age Canaanite Connection:
Studies comparing Bronze Age genomes to modern populations found clear genetic overlap, indicating a direct lineage.
High Levantine Percentages:
A 2020 study reported 81-87% of Palestinian ancestry traced to Bronze Age populations, matching the genetic profile of ancient Canaanites.

I agree what Trump said at the UNGA today. I agree that Hamas has to return the hostages and a cease-fire is reached. I agree that Hamas has to be removed or radically change its stance. When all is done, I hope Palestinians can achieve statehood and Gaza’s borders widely extended to include the Palestinians from the Golan Heights and West Bank. I hope that US, UN, European countries and the rest of the world will get involved in giving the Palestinians the multi-billions to build up their land to much prosperity. What an unbelieve tragedy these people have been through for almost a century. It will be a relief for all of us to see these people of God finally settled.

Hello Lester,
You, Lester, can find examples easily of Genocide unless it concerns Sri Lanka or Israel.
Here is Al Jazeera’s Documentary https://www.icty.org/en/outreach/documentaries/srebrenica-genocide-no-room-for-denial
So how come you use this example but deny what happened in the Sri Lankan Civil War 2009 was not Genocide or a War Crime?
As for Israel, they learned from the Bosnian International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia how to cover their tracks, but the UN Tribunal has called their bluff.
Have you heard the expression “Death by a Thousand Cuts”?
“Death by a thousand cuts” refers to two related concepts: the literal historical punishment of
Lingchi (slow slicing) in Imperial China, and a common metaphor for a situation where damage is done slowly through many small, individually insignificant actions until it becomes unbearable or results in failure.
That is Gaza.

Scott,
As I have said numerous times, you are a poor judge of people. Most Tamils in Sri Lanka live outside of the Northern Province. Just as most Palestinians live outside of Gaza. But it is only the Tamils in the North who cried about genocide, as is the case with Palestinians in Gaza. How does a genocide of Gaza benefit Israel, if 20% of the population in Israel proper is Palestinian? Look at the Third Reich. Hitler started with ghettos in German cities. Yellow stars. Barbed wire. The camps came later.
There was exactly one major race riot in Sri Lanka (all other riots are minor by comparison). GOSL could not find enough lunatics inside Colombo to go rioting, so it had to bring many poor people from outstation (on buses) to riot. No doubt: slum dwellers, native veddahs, and other bottom feeders. These people were then given electoral lists (Tamil names/addresses) and told what to do.
There is no genocide in Gaza, other than the genocide perpetuated on Gazans by Hamas.

This article calls for the international community, in particular BRICS, to intervene (a) to stop Israel’s “genocide” against Gaza–the main concern of this article– and (b) to implement the two-state solution.
With regard to (a) above, I would repeat what I have stated in a past comment: Another biased writer ignoring the elephant in the room. Israel’s attacks against Gaza would immediately cease if Hamas, who started this war, would release the remaining hostages and surrender unconditionally. Is that too much to ask for to prevent continuation of this “genocide”? In the very least it would help if the Hamas terrorists allowed the 2m Palestinian civilians to live in the subterranean tunnels, which they expressly built for such a day as Oct 7 2023, instead of hiding in them and exposing the civilians to shelling and Israeli airstrikes and fighting.
Continued.
/
Leonard Jayawardena / September 20, 2025
Continued from above comment.
With regard to (b), for practical purposes and intents, the two-state solution is now dead because there is no more appetite for this solution among the vast majority of Israelis after Oct 7 and compelling Israel to accede to such a solution is just so much wishful thinking . The Palestinians have had so many opportunities to have a state of their own, beginning with the 1947 UN Partition Plan, but each time they missed the bus. The 1947 Plan would have given Palestinians about 43% of the land–compare this with the relatively meagre 27% they would get under the two-state solution– but they rejected it, ostensibly because of dissatisfaction with the area of land allocated to them but a deeper reason was that they (at least most Arabs) did not recognize Israel’s right to have a state of their own at all and they attacked Israel, resulting in a further loss of land. The vast majority of Palestinians still don’t recognize Israel’s right to have their own state.
Continued.

The same story after the 1967 war and now history repeating after Oct 7. The Palestinians were given a de facto state in Gaza when Israel left it in 2005, not even leaving the bones of their dead in the cemeteries knowing fully well what the Gazans would do to them–but Oct 7 is how they reciprocated.
Those who think the Occupation by the Israelis to be the cause of all ills, consider that the PLO, whose original intent, as set out in its Palestine National Charter, was the liberation of ALL Palestine after the destruction of the state of Israel, was formed in 1964 BEFORE the 1967 war, when Israel occupied the West Bank, the Gaza Strip, the Golan Heights and the Sinai Peninsula, having taken them from the Jordanians, the Syrians and the Egyptians in war.

L Jayawardena, God will help Israel to keep the land he has given it to bring back Jesus into an undivided Jerusalem. Never was and never will be a Palestine.

Newsflash, people. Just in case you had not heard yet. Met Jesus on the Road to Damascus over the weekend. He was telling me there is No Chance that he will be returning until the folks who were responsible for his crucifixion from the last time around, are no longer in charge as they seem to be today. Anyway, don’t shoot the messenger. I am just forwarding information received as I told Him I would.

How many are aware that during the lifetime of Muhammed, a solar eclipse occurred? Solar eclipses were not well-known at the time, so somehow Muhammed was able to trick many people into believing he had actually split the moon into two. NASA has confirmed that a solar eclipse occurred during his lifetime (January 27, 632 CE). Of course, if one has functioning brain cells, the logical question to ask is, if the moon is split into two, how does it come back together again? This kind of fusion would require massive gravitational energy, very likely leading to some seismic event on the Earth. Unfortunately, the “believers” such as Scott and even Mehdi Hassan, believe in these so-called miracles.

Hello Lester,
The Mystic. You know perfectly well that I am an Atheist and do not believe any of your Ju-ju, hocus pocus defence of Religions and fairy stories. Unless you can show concrete evidence for these Supernatural claims then the default is NOT to believe them.
“the logical question to ask is, if the moon is split into two, how does it come back together again?”. No the logical question to ask is why you are even considering that it happened. It didn’t happen Lester, it is a myth. Just like the Resurrection, the “feeding of the 5000” and any other “Miracles”.
Here is an example of real historical evidence – Chinese astronomers in 1054 recorded the Crab Supernova – “SN 1054, the Crab Supernova,[2] is a supernova that was first observed on c. 10 July [O.S. c. 4 July] 1054, and remained visible until c. 12 April [O.S. c. 6 April] 1056”. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SN_1054
Your above comment is an example of your continuous “red herrings” and other logical fallacies. Here is a link to some of Lester’s favourite techniques https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fallacies
Best regards

Scott,
It didn’t happen Lester, it is a myth.
In Islamic theology:
A muʿjiza (معجزة) is, by definition, a miracle given by God to a prophet.
Its function is to prove the prophet’s truthfulness and confirm their mission.
Because of that definition, only prophets can have muʿjizāt.
So Scott is admitting Muhammed was not a prophet. If he didn’t split the moon (as Scott now admits), or perform certain other miracles falling under the category of “mu ‘jiza”, that is the only logical conclusion. But instead of Muhammed, Scott immediately attacks Christianity. Ulterior motives?

Hello Lester,
The Dodger. Show me in the Quran where it says that the Prophet Muhammad split the moon.
Best regards

“The Hour has drawn near and the moon has split. But if they see a sign, they turn away and say, ‘Passing magic.'”
