Let me be clear.
I warmly welcome HRH Prince Charles to my country, Sri Lanka. I hope he will have a wonderful stay here during CHOGM.
Having said that, there is no telling how greedy Sri Lankan and other corrupt 3rd world dictators are for a family photo op with Royals.
Rajapassa is not alone in these inferiority complex issues.

Actually, you are a lot closer to what is being reported that you think.
They say that Rajapaksa will become the leader of the Commonwealth of Nations if the Queen is to die tomorrow (you know how those heads work now, right?) So apparently this is a very big honor for the Sri Lankans and what is not being said specifically is that bill they will get for the big bash will be all worth it and people should pay up without unnecessary complaints.
