Little boys whose hands and parts of their face or torso are being blown off from booby-trapped cans of food that soldiers had left behind for starving children; soldiers who leave behind, poisoned food for a starving people to eat, booby-trapped toys that explode when excited children picked them up are promoted as the world’s most moral army.
The harm they have been doing is diabolical, and yet, they expect you to believe they are the victims. Invoking a long-forgotten holocaust and screaming discrimination, they expect you to suspend fundamental human reason to believe that the daily sniping of children with so called “kill shots” to the head or chest and the bombing of entire neighbourhoods that bury families alive and wipe out whole bloodlines is self-defence and just.
They want you to believe that a young man who had not eaten a thing in several days, who kept fighting even when all he had was one functioning arm, that this man was motivated by some innate subhuman savagery and irrational hatred or jealousy of an occupying oppressor, rather than the indomitable yearning to see at least their future generations free in their own ancestral homeland.
Children wander barefoot with empty pots; they gather the flesh of their parents into plastic bags; bury their siblings, cousins and friends’ remains lest they are scavenged by stray dogs or vultures; sneak out from their makeshift tents in the middle of the night to sleep on their parents’ graves; they often pray for death just to join their families and not be alone in this terrible world anymore, terrorized so utterly that children lose their hair, lose their memory, lose their minds, and those as young as 4 and 5 years old die of heart attacks or cancerous growths from drinking only polluted water and not having nutrition to ward off disease with grossly depleted immune systems.
The persistent stress of terror from predator drones, starvation, relentless bombing, lack of nutrients, make mothers deliver premature babies. Barely functioning hospitals having incubators with babies die, alone in hospital beds, crying until they could cry no more, and die, to decompose in the same places.
Soldiers habitually destroy scanners and other diagnostic equipment, pull out plugs from incubators or life-support systems and bury the witnesses alive in mass graves, handcuffed and beaten, still in their distinct medical garb.
With persistent international pressure, a trickle of wheat flour aid trucks are allowed into the enclave; the snipers and battle tanks wait until the starving people are lured into firing positions and are then systematically massacred when they are gathered to collect a handful of flour to prepare a day’s bread; some finally-allowed food delivery vehicle into a shelter for embedded journalists to document is then set fire to, that is the entire shelter and aid truck before anyone could taste the food.
Snipers gloatingly brag about blowing out 42 kneecaps in one day as one soldier did in 2019 well before the long-flogged date when we are made to believe everything began; a tank commander admitted to CNN that he ran over hundreds of starving women and children with his tank, their squished flesh lingering in the tank treads as evidence of his crime.
The soldiers systematically rape doctors, patients, and other captives with hot metal rods, jagged and electrified sticks, even fire extinguishers, sometimes raping to death, as happened with precious surgeons and others.
Innocent women are forced to give birth in the filth of dirty floors, on urine and faeces-soaked clothes, get Caesarean-section deliveries or limb amputations without anaesthesia as medical aid trucks are prevented from entering.
The children are targeted by remote drone operators who shoot them in the head or chest and later the soldiers decorate armoured tanks with their toys. Killed or displaced women’s lingerie are worn by the soldiers and photos taken, proudly posted on their social media for the world to see.
Imagine if the oppressors had been subjected to their homes being stolen over the last eighty years, expelling owners whose ancestors for many centuries lived there; imagine if more than an estimated ten percent of their population had been exterminated in under two years; bombed every hospital, university, library, museum, cultural centre, place of worship, and simultaneously set up an observation platform where the actual oppressor people came to watch their slaughter like a tourist attraction, what would your reaction be?
The besieged people are corralled by the hundreds of thousands into flimsy tents with no protection from extreme weather, no access to sanitation or water, then daily bombed in so called safe zones, often burned alive with incendiary munitions while being cut off from access to food and medicine, deliberately obliterating agricultural land and nurseries.
If the world were watching the livestreamed systematic annihilation of the oppressor in real time, there would be no debating whether that constituted terrorism or genocide, and the mere notion of an affront to them would receive howls of indignation and horror from all over Europe and north America.
And yet we, the “Other” must do just that, enduring the indignity of debating those who still like to think that the victims’ only life choices should be to leave their homeland, in what they quaintly call “voluntary” migration, submit to the supremacy of their tormentors, or die politely and quietly by the tens of thousands.
But Western readers of my words would be wrong to think that I write to convince you of anything that is framed outside of your entrenched worldview. The recent toothless UN general assembly resolution, though well-meaning and appreciated, is of little consequence in the midst of this holocaust of our time.
I write in the spirit of intellectuals like Noam Chomsky and Norman Finkelstein, both of whom have extensively studied the history of this human tragedy defying finely dressed well-spoken evil monsters who harbour the same supremacist ideologies as any other European settler colonizer, and these notions of entitlement and privilege, of being divinely favoured, blessed, or chosen according to ancient text books.
If you still believe the western media narratives you have crossed all ethical lines and nurtured the most vile of human impulses. But the rest of the world is finally glimpsing the terror we have endured at your blatantly false narratives for so long, and they are seeing the reality of who you are, who you’ve always been. They watch in utter astonishment the sadism, the glee, the joy, and pleasure with which you conduct, watch, and cheer the daily details of breaking innocent bodies, innocent minds, factual history and therefore, our future.

Oh God. This is terrible to read of. It is the truth however. And it’s been unbelievably going on for over 80 years. Palestinian side has been no better. They started the savagery first when their lands were stolen by the people who called themselves Jews. The Palestinians had to live in horrific conditions and naturally turned crazed. Yes, they were given Gaza, but little or no money to build up their livihoods other than some donations from Arab states for base survival. West Bank and Golan Heights they had to continuously fight for as they were/are being constantly bulldozed and bombarded off their established ancient properties.

So it is savagery to resist the theft of one’s land!
Fantastic sense of justice and fair play!

SJ, God gave Israel to the Jews for a purpose. They don’t need to steal other lands. Jesus is coming back to undivided Jerusalem for kingdom rule.
/

DTG,
It wasn’t God that gave Palestine to the Jews. It was the British . Read, if you can understand English:
The Balfour Declaration was a public statement issued by the British Government in 1917 during the First World War announcing its support for the establishment of a “national home for the Jewish people” in Palestine, then an Ottoman region with a small minority Jewish population.
As for Jesus, he would be lucky if the Jews don’t crucify him again.

/
ramona therese fernando / September 28, 2025
SJ…..yes, you’re right. But you are merely picking on semantics. Truth is, these Palestinians did awful things to the so-called Jews and they retaliated in the same manner at first. But within the last 50 years, these so-called Jews retaliated with genocide so as to free up land for their annual stream of 50,000 and more immigrants.
–
When the Palestinians attacked the Israelis and killed 2,000 of them, they did not retaliate by killing 2,000 or even double the number to 4,000, but killed over 65,000 Palestinians! This shows absolute genocide by Israel in line with their expansionist policies.
–
The two-state solution won’t be easy. There will possibly be killings on both sides at first, but international forces like UN and NATO will keep the attacks justified between both sides ( neutral…..is that a better semantic, SJ?). In about 50 years and less, both sides will accept, interact, and intermingle with each other as one people. 🙏☯️✌️

The did not start the “savagery” first, they were reacting to the unwanted Europeans being dumped in their land by the UN and Western nations who did not want these troubled masses in their own country decades ago.
Under International laws they have a RIGHT to resist their brutal occupier even by ARMED STRUGGLE. The genocidal nation is the violator of international laws.
“”Long ago, it was settled that resistance and even armed struggle against a colonial occupation force is not just recognised under international law but specifically endorsed.
In accordance with international humanitarian law, wars of national liberation have been expressly embraced, through the adoption of Additional Protocol I to the Geneva Conventions of 1949 (pdf), as a protected and essential right of occupied people everywhere.
Finding evolving vitality in humanitarian law, for decades the General Assembly of the United Nations (UNGA) – once described as the collective conscience of the world – has noted the right of peoples to self-determination, independence and human rights.”

Agreed. But at this point in time, the so-called Jews cannot be holocausted yet again. It will kill any hope of the Palestinians getting their free and prosperous country. World has to work in the most humanitarian way possible. Repeating the same Jihadi rethoric will not solve these problems in this day and age. The whole world knows the truth, and justice will be served for all. First thing to do is to get rid of the criminal Nethanyahu.
/
Ashan / September 29, 2025
This conflict basically has nothing to do with “jihadis” these are people with no freedom who have been illegally occupied for decades, fighting for their freedom and rights.
The Palestinian Christians and Muslims have been the target of hate and violent crimes even prior to 7 October.
This is inside the genocidal nation.
“”Over 50 Christian and Muslim sites have been vandalized in Israel and the West Bank since 2009, but only nine indictments have been filed and only seven convictions handed down, according to Public Security Ministry data. Moreover, only eight of the 53 cases are still under investigation, with the other 45 all closed.
The ministry data only goes through July 2017, but the vandalism hasn’t ended.
The latest attack occurred last Wednesday, at St. Stephen’s Church in the Beit Jamal Monastery, near Beit Shemesh. Many items were broken, including some of the stained glass windows and a status of the Virgin Mary.”
Today all churches and mosques have been bombed to rubble in Gaza, and historical religious building gone. The late Pope used to call Catholics at a church every day to make sure they are okay.
The war criminals have spread anti Muslim propaganda and accusation of terrorism, to justify their violence and theft of lands, which is the true cause of this conflict.

Ashan,……yes, the horrors thst have been inflictednin the Palestinians are immesurable. Israel is a terrible burden on the earth. Yet it is Jihadi tactics to not seek a more peaceful solution at this time. US has finally produced a peace deal. It looks promising. Arab countries are involved. Hamas has to go. Nethanayhu has to also go. Hopefully, his people will hand him over to be prosecuted as a war criminal.

Not true at all. Jews have lived in Israel hundreds of years before the Romans. More than 1000 years before the so-called “Palestinians”, who are anyway Jordanians.
c. 1200–1000 BCE: Early Israelite tribes settled in Canaan.
c. 1000 BCE: King David established Jerusalem as the capital.
c. 950 BCE: King Solomon built the First Temple.
586 BCE: Babylonians destroyed the First Temple; many Jews were exiled to Babylon, but some remained in the land.
516 BCE: Second Temple was built in Jerusalem after Persian rule allowed Jews to return.
332 BCE onward: Alexander the Great and then various Hellenistic rulers controlled the region, but Jews continued to live there.
63 BCE: Rome took control under Pompey, making Judea a client state.

Ramona,
And if you look at Canada, there were zero Europeans living there in 1200. Now there are?
By the way, did you know that Lebanon used to be majority Christian? Of course the big prize is “Turkey.” That whole place was conquered from the Byzantines. Mehmed II conquered Constantinople in 1453 and the “Hagia Sophia” was converted into a mosque. Once Islam conquers, the domination is final. There is no reversion.
Guess who wanted to celebrate 911 in a similar way as the Turks?
The Park51 project
Original plan: The project, first announced in 2009, was a planned 13-story Islamic community center called the Cordoba House, located two blocks from the World Trade Center site

Hello Lester,
Sorry to nitpick, but some of our Viking Relatives lived in Newfoundland (Canada) from around 1021 AD. Now granted is wasn’t many, but it was more than “zero”.
“Once Islam conquers, the domination is final”. You obviously don’t know about Spanish History. “The Islamic conquest of Spain, which began in 711 CE” – “The conquest was remarkably swift, with Muslim rule established over most of the peninsula within about seven years”.
It wasn’t a short-lived conquest, but it did end “This period, known as Al-Andalus, resulted in a dominant Islamic civilization in Europe, characterized by cultural, religious, and social changes, and lasted for nearly 800 years until the fall of the Emirate of Granada in 1492”.
So Lester the Liar “There is no reversion.”, but there was.
Best regards

Lester / September 30, 2025
The Vikings did not colonize any part of North America. They built a few settlements and ran way.
Regarding Spain, one reason for the downfall was anti-semitism.
Scholars have emphasized that animosity against the Visigothic rule in some regions of the Visigothic Kingdom, including to a greater extent the deep disagreements and resentment involving the local Jewish communities and the ruling authorities, weakened the kingdom and played a pivotal role in the ultimate success of the Umayyad Conquest of Iberia.
Islam conquered 4 continents regardless. Outside of Europe, the damage done is permanent . Whether Constantinople (Turkey), India, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Indonesia, North Africa, etc. Europe is a work in process. Demographics may favor Islamization in the future, if Birmingham, England is any example.

Ramona,
Looks like Trump is going to send “international peacekeepers” to Gaza. The peacekeepers will be under the control of the US military. It’s an interesting plan. The Western peacekeepers can gather intelligence about Hamas activities, which will then be passed on to Israel. Hamas is a fascist entity. Fascists are like vampires. They constantly crave blood. Hamas cannot survive for very long without attempting some kind of attack on Israel. I don’t think this plan will work. The only plan that will work is for the Palestinians to voluntarily exit Gaza to third countries. This plan is a delaying tactic at best, until the next Hamas attack.

This deal is very interesting. If it goes through, the deal saves Netanyahu’s political career. If all the hostages are released, his popularity will increase greatly in Israel. It will be a morale boost for the IDF as well. I still think Trump has set up the mother of all Trojan horses here, using the wealthy Arabs to trick Hamas. Hamas has to take the bait, else they lose their funding.
/
ramona therese fernando / September 30, 2025
Lester, Nethanyahus own people are waiting to try him for war crimes. His days are numbered. International forces with the Arab nations will ensure that the Hamas Jihadists will not rise again as long as prosperity for Gaza is assured. Previously, there was no plan for the success of their resettlement and livelihoods.
/
Lester / September 30, 2025
Not quite, Ramona. The Israeli people don’t care about Gaza, except getting all the hostages back. That’s why they are protesting everyday. If Netanyahu can do that, he will be a “national hero”, for them at least.
About this “peace plan”, you saw how Trump tricked Iran. He also gave Israel permission to bomb a Hamas target in Qatar. He must have offered the Arab leaders massive bribes to push this deal. Weapons sales, perhaps nuclear energy (which KSA is begging for). He’s also offering them a more diplomatic pathway to be free of Hamas, to avoid domestic fallout.
This is like the “Stalingrad Moment” for Hamas. Stay and be executed. Surrender and disappear, nevertheless.

Cont…..
Successive global authorities never had a plan to help the Palestinians other than to give arms to Israel for their protection. Israel used this for continuous expansion with continuous immigration into israel of over 50,000/year of people who called themselves Jews. One would have thought they would have stopped all immigration an started intermingling witth the Palestinians. But they have a huge sense of entitlement. After their usual incursions into Palestinian territory, they constantly make the world feel guilty, reminding them of the holocaust. Their meanness is unnatural
(one wonders if they were like this in Europe which caused the Europens to retaliate against them…..or maybe the Europeans were just racist……but then racism takes time to evolve, especially out of monetary imbalances). At some point they could have stopped the immigration and attempted to work with the Palestinians.

Ramona,
As long as “Hamas” is part of this new “State”, it will continue its nefarious activities. There are peacekeepers on the Israeli-Lebanese borders. It does not prevent Israel from violating Lebanese airspace, or Hezbollah from firing as many rockets as they want. Arab “peacekeeping” force is a joke. The Arabs have no experience with “peacekeeping”, neither are they interested in long-term “peace”, certainly not with Israel. Hamas will grow exponentially under this lot. So we are back to square one: the only way Israel can maintain stability is to annex Gaza. It does not make Israel “racist”, since 20% of the Israeli population is already Palestinian.
/
ramona therese fernando / September 30, 2025
Lester, …Arabs are not there for the peacekeeping. Arabs are there to invest their money into Gaza and the international forces will ensure the money is used wisely for the Palestinian people. It hasn’t been done before in this entrepreneural style, and it is bound to work for Gaza, especially with Trump’s business acumen.
/
Lester / October 1, 2025
Ramona,
” Arabs are there to invest their money into Gaza”
Remember my earlier proposal? The people of Gaza (above 18 and not Hamas members) should be given $30K USD and the opportunity to permanently resettle in countries that take them. For example, Ukraine, which has experienced severe population contraction. Gaza right now looks worse than Berlin in 1945. It will take decades and tens of billions to rebuild the place to any modern standards. In case Hamas or some other militant group attacks again (which is very likely the case), Israel will resume bombing. Ask yourself a reasonable question: which child under 10 wants to grow up in Gaza now? The crime against humanity is that countries like KSA and UAE do not offer asylum to Gazans.

davidthegood,
Jewish people have lived in Gaza since 145 CE. That is 1880 years ago. Most of the so-called “Palestinians” living in Gaza/West Bank were brought there as settlers by the Ottomans. There was never a “race” or “ethnicity” called “Palestinian.” Palestinian is an amalgamation of Circassians, Bosnians, Algerians, Turkmen, Egyptians. The Ottomans brought these people in and later on they identified as “Palestinian.” There was never a nation called Palestine, it was simply a region controlled by the Ottomans, then British, and finally Israel.
Some very wealthy Arabs, such as Qatar, gave Hamas a lot of money to do a fake freedom struggle. Hamas leaders lived in 5 star hotels in Qatar, while using poor Palestinian youth as suicide bombers.

World knows very well of what happened in Ceylon, which was the second-best country in Asia when European leaving. Sadly, they all know too well what kind of history they wrote to Ceylon kids to study. Now, even within Dravidian languages, they are saying even Telugu is with larger population, Tamil is the important Language, From Greek’s time to Vijayanagar period, Tamils’ international trade is undeniably carrying rich evidence. No more Florida Lab is needed to prove that. International community is not able to support Tamils on their sovereignty, not because they think it is Sinhalese area. Their first need is to go for a trial play how much for China, how much for India and how much is America. Once that is resolved, they will tell where Sinhalese Buddhist border ends and where Tamils’ property starts. Unfortunately, there is also widespread understanding of the type of history that was written for Ceylonese children to learn, highlighting the impact of Mahanama’s bestiality.
/
Mallaiyuran / September 27, 2025
The global community is well aware of the events that transpired in Ceylon, recognized as the second-best country in Asia at the time of the Europeans’ departure. Tamils felt the ownership and worked hard never stopping, even during the Europeans until now, under Sinhala Buddhists. Sinhala Buddhists blamed Colonialists for teaching them science and math, which differ from Mahanama’s Mahavamsa canon, waited lazily for moon Rice. Thank God the Chinese took the demurrage penalty and took back that poisonous poop, otherwise, by now, the UN would have been forced to steal the second Israel from somewhere (maybe from Kim Jong-un) to keep you all alive, because Ceylon might have been declared unlivable. If the Sinhalese ever had felt Ceylon was their country, then what in the hell did they import poop to destroy the farmlands and the country? Watch again, Poop-y is gone, now the Sinhala Buddhists have dipped their hand in the Poppy seed deep! Is there a way to correct these Lala wildlife’s descendants?
/
Mallaiyuran / September 27, 2025
International Perspectives on Tamils’ Sovereignty
The lack of international support for Tamil sovereignty does not stem from a perception that the region is inherently Sinhalese. Instead, the primary concern among global powers is to determine the stakes of China, India, and America in the region. Only after these interests are addressed will decisions be made regarding the boundaries between Sinhalese Buddhist territories and lands belonging to the Tamils. (By the way if your blood is of 30% Chinese, 30% Wild Lala and 30% Colonial America, then you may continue to live in Ceylon, in the future too).
Defining the Foundation of Israel and Jewish Identity
More than a century ago, the establishment of Israel was determined as a homeland for the Jewish people, rather than for Muslims who may share Jewish ancestry. The criteria for being recognized as a religious Jew on specific practices: 1). Observing the Mitzvot (commandments) and studying the Torah, 2). Adhering to Halakha (Jewish law), 3). Celebrating Shabbat (the Sabbath), 4). Maintaining kosher dietary laws, these elements serve as the fundamental identifiers of Jewish religious life.
/
Mallaiyuran / September 27, 2025
Occasionally, because the blindfolded illumination is taking place in CT, misunderstandings or errors in interpretation can lead to misguided decisions regarding the nature of Jewish identity and the purpose behind the founding of Israel. It is essential to recognize and uphold the established criteria to avoid such mistakes. Britain, France, Spain recognizing the two-country solution is not a pat on the back for Hamas to terrorize Israel in future too and keep its citizens without any fault of theirs. Remember, Israeli citizens are not Tamils for Hamas to do such funny things. If they misunderstood the circumstances, they will really poy for their stupidity, no impunity like the Sinhala Buddhists had.

Thanks Lasantha,
You mirror the thoughts of all right-thinking and sane people. Now those with a mind twisted by insanity or distorted by religious beliefs will have their stupid say. Usually a waste of CT space.
Meanwhile the world should be ashamed of what’s happening in Gaza.
The PMs of the UK, Canada, & Australia, so-called bastions of democracy and the free world, pragmatists that they are, have sought to quieten the voices of dissent in their own countries by belatedly recognising Palestinian right. In doing so they have attempted to wash the blood from their hands. The criminals.

Hello DTC,
The Universe might have always existed, in some form. You say that your God has always existed. We can see and interact with the universe, so we know it exists. We also have evidence of a “Big Bang” event around 13.5 Billion Years ago. The Universe is expanding and experiencing an acceleration. We measure all these things; the Webb Telescope is making more of the Universe visible and broadening our knowledge.
Now where is your evidence of a God?
Not just any old God, but the Omniscient, Omnipotent and Omnipresent Christian God.
Best regards

Q: What ‘banged’?
Q: Can ‘nothing’ bang?

LankaScot / September 28, 2025
Hello Nathan,
Most Cosmologists nowadays subscribe to the consensus that the “Big Bang” was not the beginning of the Universe.
For a change AI says the same “The prevailing thought in cosmology is that the Big Bang wasn’t an explosion in space but the rapid expansion of space itself from an initial extremely hot, dense state, approximately 13.8 billion years ago. While the Big Bang theory describes the universe’s evolution from this state to its current form, the nature of the universe before this initial moment or at the hypothetical “time zero” remains a profound mystery, although there is ongoing research and debate about what may have occurred then”
So we don’t need something from nothing, although Lawrence Krauss has written a very good book “A Universe from Nothing” 2012 where he discusses modern Cosmology.
By the way Hawking Radiation – https://www.britannica.com/science/Hawking-radiation – is something from nothing where a pair of particles “pop into existence” and one of the pair is captured by a Black Hole and the other escapes. Quantum Foam is fascinating. – https://bigthink.com/hard-science/nothing-exist-quantum-foam/

Nathan,
The term “Big Bang,” originally introduced by earlier scientists, remains prevalent in current scientific discourse. The concept encompasses complex mechanisms that are challenging to condense succinctly. Notably, the Big Bang does not denote an explosion or a specific location where expansion commenced; instead, it describes a general expansion of space itself. During this expansion, only space is extending—planetary bodies do not traverse space in this process.
To illustrate, consider inflating a white balloon marked with colored spots: as the balloon expands, the spots maintain their relative positions, demonstrating spatial expansion without movement between objects. Similarly, in physics demonstrations involving water waves, floating objects oscillate vertically but remain stationary, exemplifying how motion occurs without displacement. These analogies clarify why it is ambiguous to pinpoint the trajectory of Earth within the expanding universe.
The origin of this expansion is not explicitly defined, and it is understood to be a universal phenomenon. Certain models propose that cosmic expansion forms part of a larger cyclical process, encompassing previous phases of contraction. Therefore, expansion may be characterized as the inverse of shrinking rather than as an explosive event. This cyclic nature can be likened to the rhythmic oscillation of a grandfather clock’s pendulum—steady and recurrent, rather than sudden and violent.
Don’t forget to subscribe to track the changes in the story at the next birth!
Don’t bang your head anywhere, listing to bogy illuminators!

Hello DTG,
Read my reply to Nathan above. Far better minds than mine (or yours) are pondering these questions. Hugh Everett postulated the Multiverse, Julian Barbour thinks that time is an illusion and that Entropy doesn’t necessarily always increase. We were not around 13.5 Billion Years ago so unless we build a Time Machine we will never know for certain what came before.
Maybe there is something in Hindu Cosmology that approaches Modern Cosmology better than Theism (including Christianity) ” – Hindu cosmology, which views time as a vast, repeating process of creation, preservation, and destruction rather than a linear progression”.
Maybe a cycle of Big Bangs and Big Crunches; the Jury is still out.

The Good David, the deluded clown, has jumped in with his god theory, supposedly born of a woman who hadn’t known intercourse, for her husband must have had his thing cut off. Hilarious stuff. Good David wasn’t taught basic science in school. So he clings on to the only religion he has been impregnated with, not looking around to learn that there are thousands of religions even in this, the 21st Century. And so we continue to have wars.
David, when you die you and your body will rot, putrefy, stink, become dust, return to the atmosphere. The World and its beauty is the only heaven we all will ever know. So enjoy it. Stop dreaming, stop hallucinating. Oh, you hoodwinked wretched man.

Creator God will never let you inhabit true heaven and hence your only existence after death of body, is this unbelieving soul you have now, on its way to hell fire and ever burning with the devil whose lies you followed in this soul you have. Open your mind to the one who created you spiritually, like your parents physically.

Thanks. Most experts agree the LTTE trained with the PLO. A simple Google search can confirm. Regarding Holy War, that is for the Muslims. On the Israeli (Jewish) side, it is a war of survival. Israel has been very patient with the Palestinians in Gaza, but at some point, annexation will be the only option left.

What makes you think that Michael Roberts is well informed on the subject?
India facilitated the PLO-PLOTE training deal.
Pakistan and PLO were not that close and Pakistan was a US client. I doubt Pakistan aiding the anti-Muslim LTTE and even if it did, it would have been American equipment.
The LTTE got out of India’s orbit early, not to join PLO but reportedly Israel. With time, it had a network of arms suppliers who had more to do with the West.

Your fake credentials are showing themselves well. You are also a Marxist, which surely compounds the habit. There are very few intelligent Marxists.
Examples of false claims made by Arafat include:
Birthplace and family: Arafat claimed to have been born in Jerusalem and asserted a connection to the prominent Husseini family. In reality, he was born in Cairo, Egypt, to a different family. According to one biographer, he was only distantly, if at all, related to the Husseini clan.
Business success: He claimed to have been a wealthy businessman in Kuwait, a statement also believed to be untrue.
Military exploits: His accounts of combat during the 1948 Arab-Israeli war were exaggerated, including a claim to have disabled more Israeli armored vehicles than were present in his area of fighting.

Hello Lester,
“There are very few intelligent Marxists”. What is your definition of a Marxist? How many Marxists do you know? Marxists are concerned with Class Relationships and the Ownership & Means of Production. Of course there is much more to Marxism than the above. Read Marx’s “Das Kapital” to give yourself a good grounding in Marxism and Lenin’s Philosophical Notebooks for Dialectical Materialism.
Here are two excellent Historians E. P. Thompson and Eric Hobsbawm who I (maybe even you) would consider clever.

The article’s featured image, a set of skulls, is most apt, for the article is indeed intellectual skullduggery: Reciting a litany of unsupported alleged atrocities committed by the IDF in the ongoing Gaza war, the author plays to the emotions of the readers and hopes to evoke outrage against Israel in their mind. An appeal to the heart rather than the head.
The words “fair” and “balanced” seem alien to his vocabulary, for there is absolutely no mention of what caused the war in the first place–October 7th– and what keeps it going–Hamas not releasing the remaining hostages and not surrendering unconditionally. In return, Israel has offered safe passage to Hamas leaders out of Gaza.
War is an inherently ugly thing and it is up to Hamas, who started this war, to end it by doing the sensible thing. Hamas is solely responsible for this tragedy and the blood of every Gazan killed lies on the heads of Hamas terrorists.

Why quote Chomsky and Finklestein. Especially Finklestein, is just repeating the same talking points to milk the talk show cash cow.
Here is Churchill:
“Individual Muslims may show splendid qualities, but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world,”…”No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith.”
Did I not say Islam is regressive? There are Muslims who wish to speak out against extremism, but the “rules” of the religion do not permit such a debate. So the extremist group is essentially holding the more liberal group hostage. The net result is a “clash of civilizations” between Sunni Islam and modern values.
A good example is Abdus Salam. A brilliant scientist, but when he died, the Pakistani government removed the word “Muslim” from his epitaph, because he was an Ahmadi. In any normal country, a Nobel Prize winner would be considered a national hero, but this guy got the ice treatment.

Did nothing happen before 7th October?

Leonard Jayawardena / September 27, 2025
JM: “Did nothing happen before 7th October?”
So you are one of those who justify what Hamas did on October 7, 2023 and are effectively a Hamas supporter? Shame on you!
Do you have any idea of the atrocities committed by Hamas on that day? If they had just targeted Israeli military personnel and installations and may be taken a few hostages alive–without killing, raping, brutalising, etc. any civilians–we could then all agree that what Israel died after Oct 7 in Gaza was unjustifiable. But Hamas, who until Oct 7 had just harassed Israel from time to time by launching a few rockets into Israel–like it was their hobby–crossed a line on that day and the majority of Gazans celebrated these bestial attacks of Hamas. No decent person could justify Oct 7.
Continued.
/
Lester / September 29, 2025
So you are one of those who justify what Hamas did on October 7, 2023 and are effectively a Hamas supporter?
There are many like him. The real question is why Israel doesn’t simply annex Gaza. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist to know that Hamas will never give up voluntarily.
Apparently Trump has deported 200K people in about 7 months. That is 10% of the population of Gaza. Give the Gazans two choices. Either leave Gaza voluntarily, or leave involuntarily on a jumbo jet. Starmer and Macron just recognized a Palestinian State, so they should be ready to give a warm welcome to their new guests.
/
Leonard Jayawardena / September 27, 2025
Continued from above reply.
As for what happened before Oct 7, Israel gave the Gazans a de facto state, having left its occupation in 2005, and Hamas became rulers in 2006 and they reciprocated with Oct 7.
As for the occupation of the West Bank and the “oppression” that has resulted from it, this was captured in the 1967 war from the Jordanians after they had attacked Israel and one of the reasons for their continued occupation of it is security against both internal and external threats. The Oct 7 attacks have amply justified their stance. If with all the restrictions imposed on Gaza by Israel for security reasons, such as not allowing an airport, access to the sea, restrictions on travel to the West Bank, Oct 7 happened, can you imagine what the Palestinians would do to Israel if they had a fully sovereign state with armed forces, airplanes, etc. with a border with Israel in the north and the east and easy firing distance of Israel?
In case you are not aware, the majority of Palestinians do not recognize Israel’s right to exist as a state of any size, and do you know what the Arabs would have done to Israel if they had prevailed against Israel in 1948, 1967, etc.?

“Did nothing happen before 7th October?” Some have sought to highlight events prior to that date, attempting to provide context for the current situation. The argument presented suggests that Hamas had certain motivations for their actions on October 7th, including crossing borders and taking hostages. Meanwhile, criticism is directed towards Prime Minister Netanyahu’s response, specifically regarding efforts to secure the release of Israeli hostages. The author implies there is controversy over whether such actions are justified, especially given broader concerns about escalating the conflict beyond Gaza to regions such as Iran, Qatar, and Lebanon.
International observers emphasize that while Israel has the right to rescue its citizens, the expansion of military operations raises significant concerns. There is particular attention on adherence to international law, specifically the principle that only military targets should be engaged during armed conflict. Actions against entities acting as peace brokers are broadly condemned, regardless of preceding events. It is important to note that support for a two-state solution does not equate to endorsing the acts of violence committed on October 7th; rather, it reflects concern for proportionality and the broader regional consequences of ongoing hostilities. For God shakes use some of the education for which you spend time, to understand the issue on the hand you are talking about.
/
Mallaiyuran / September 29, 2025
Significant events have transpired between the early attempts by Jews to establish a kingdom in Judah and the recent attacks by Hamas, which targeted innocent civilians, including children attending a music concert. This historical context underscores the complexity and depth of the conflict, with numerous developments occurring over time. When someone poses a question that appears evasive or deliberately ambiguous, it suggests an effort to shift the perception of justice in favor of a particular viewpoint, rather than engaging in honest and open discussion rooted in principles of justice. Before October 7th, Hamas had amassed a substantial arsenal and constructed a sophisticated, extensive network of tunnels in Gaza. These actions indicate a clear intent to initiate a devastating conflict with Israel, one that would be difficult for any external party to halt. Hamas’s preparations reveal its commitment to continuing hostilities, regardless of broader consequences. Hamas chooses to interpret all preceding events as justification for seeking revenge in its own way. This approach bypasses existing international mechanisms designed to defuse or suppress conflicts, irrespective of their effectiveness or impartiality in administering justice to both sides. A major concern is the reluctance of some individuals to engage in honest, logical discourse. Instead, there is a tendency to justify Hamas’s acts of terror, including hostage-taking, as the sole solution to the Palestinian issue, rather than exploring alternatives through constructive debate.
/
Mallaiyuran / September 29, 2025
The complexities of modern conflicts, such as the Israeli Palestinian issue, cannot be fully understood without acknowledging the historical actions and decisions made during the era of European colonialism. The Balfour Declaration, often cited in current debates, is just one example among many instances of British colonial influence. At the time, Britain held the status of a colonial master and was responsible for far-reaching actions that affected numerous communities. The British Empire orchestrated the dispersal of Tamil populations, relocating more than a million Tamils to Ceylon. This migration had long-lasting implications, as the British later shifted their stance due to advocacy for Tamil human rights by activists such as Bridle Grace, an Australian communist. Britain subsequently drafted the Soulbury Constitution, a unitary framework intended to grant independence to Ceylon, and included Section 29 to protect Tamils from discriminatory policies advocated by figures like Don Stephen. When attempts were made to deport Tamils back to India, the Privy Council ruled that Section 29 had not been violated, upholding the principle that sovereign nations have the authority to define their own citizenship. Additionally, many Tamils who had been brought as laborers—sometimes labeled as “Cinnamon Peelers”—were forcefully assimilated and classified as low-caste Sinhalese.
/
Mallaiyuran / September 29, 2025
The plight of Estate Tamils is just one example among many cases of Colonial British mishandling of Tamil populations, who were often exploited as laborers across the world. The problematic treatment of Tamils was not isolated. Similar patterns of exploitation and disregard for human rights occurred globally, with Britain and other European colonial powers failing to address or resolve the consequences of the transatlantic slave trade, which had a devastating impact on African populations. The legacy of colonial immigration policies continues to affect societies to this day. Beyond colonial actions, forced religious conversions by Muslim rulers also contributed to the complex social and political landscapes in regions such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Malaysia. These actions have led to enduring problems and tensions within these societies. When questions are posed that oversimplify or overlook the historical depth of these issues, for example, asking, “Did nothing happen before 7th October?” such inquiries reflect a limited understanding of global human history. Debates about the Balfour Declaration and its relevance to the Israeli Palestinian conflict often fail to acknowledge the broader context and legacies of colonialism. Those who focus solely on this aspect, without considering the wider historical and humanitarian implications, are seen as out of touch with present realities.
/
Mallaiyuran / September 29, 2025
The author notes a lack of understanding of historical challenges that occurred before the United Nations and the efforts made during the UN’s period to address these problems. An informed perspective on the Israeli Palestinian conflict demands recognition of these historical layers and a commitment to honest, logical discourse grounded in justice and proportionality.

His references to a former Rwandan president who spoke of “fighting against drugs being dangerous” without naming the leader are now the subject of harsh criticism from experts.

It will take centuries, if not millennia, for a displaced people to attain normalcy. No, they were not benovalently granted the land of Gaza by the Israelis – the land already belonged to the Palestinian people. They were chased into the place and cordoned off with their properties, livelihoods, and sanity lost, and with little hope and money to begin again afresh. Hopefully, the Arab countries together with US, UN, and NATO forces will soon build them up to be the successful country they deserve, and with far wider Gaza borders.

Ramona,
The issue is not necessarily the Palestinians now, it is Iran. With some Russian help and through its own efforts, Iran has developed very sophisticated ballistic missiles. Israel does not have the capability to invade Iran, so the next best option is to suppress the Iranian proxy, Hamas. Before Iran gives that technology to Hamas.
/
ramona therese fernando / September 29, 2025
Lester,…..definitely Iran should be put out of the picture. That too should be done by the US, NATO, and UN forces. They didn’t do well previouly and were grossly rapacious and autocratic. But times have changed, and it would be to their benefit to be humanitarian and use soft tactics in achieving peace and prosperity. Their ongoing capitalistic system that caused so many terrible wars and destruction throughout the world will take a turn when they invest the billions-trillions of dollars needed to build up Gaza into a successful country for the displaced Palestinians.

Hamas is a not an Iranian Proxy. It is/was a small Resistance Movement that also Governed Gaza. Gaza has been destroyed and no matter how good the Missiles that Iran has they will change nothing for Hamas, even if they obtained them. They have no Navy, no Airforce and only the much depleted Qassam Brigades. With a population of around 2 Million it is amazing that they survived for so long..
Israel has the huge might of the USA funding and supplying them with the best of Arms in the World. The US is attempting to change the Old World Order and I hope the rest of the World succeeds in stopping them. Maybe there will be 2 Pariah States – the USA and Israel.

DTG,……you can’t really blame Iran. British stole most of their oil and their people suffered dire poverty as a result. Later, US tried to act a bit better, but sat controlling them via their oil. Shah then got deposed and made off with multi-billions to trillions of dollars of Iranian wealth to the US and UK while their people starved (the late Charlie Kirk was full of praise for the Iranian immigrants as great contributors to America , but he did not know about the suffering people left back in Iran). Iran saw it happening with the Palestinian people too, where Western capitalism (an extension of previous colonialism), built up Israel to serve its interests against the direly needed socialism for the suffering Palestinians and people of the region. Same thing happened in N and S Korea. So if anyone is going to hell, it is those Western countries that made so many millions-billions of people suffer for so long. Anyway, Muslims believe Jesus is coming back for them.

“Anyway, Muslims believe Jesus is coming back for them”. For the Muslims Jesus was a Prophet and as you say will return on the “Day of Judgement” as a mortal Human Being. His coming back will signal the final battle between good and evil where he will defeat the Antichrist.
The next bit is not for the ears of DTG. “Christians will follow Jesus (PBUH) in his second coming and become Muslims”.
Best regards

DTG,……But now, with the global outrage, these Western countries are hopefully trying a more humane and novel approach. But it will of course still be a controlling one to sustain their capitalism. They’ll make a beeline first and foremost to any oil and gas deposits in Gaza. Then, we hope and pray that the international body, especially as it includes the Arab narions, will ensure Gaza goes back to the Palestinian people with much investment and bountiful returns. These Western nations might be tempted by Israel’s monetary potential over the suffering Palestinians, but the world is watching and judging them. If they fail at this one, China is in-waiting, ready to take control ideologically and lead the globe more fairly.

OMG DTG,
Our CT-clown, or DTG, shouldn’t be a human. If he is, he ought to be able to distinguish between reality (truths) and religion (beliefs). I am reminded every time I am compelled to read from this man that, as the elders continued to say, “too much of a good thing can harm you.”
It’s up to you behavioral biologists and anthropologists to decide which human species belong to which category. That would be more helpful.

Ramona: “It will take centuries, if not millennia, for a displaced people to attain normalcy.”
How right you are! Jews have experienced numerous displacements throughout history, from the Babylonian Exile in the sixth century B.C. to the expulsion of Jews from Arab countries after 1948. And they finally came back to their homeland in Palestine and established a state in 1948 but failed miserably to make a success of it, so that they still belong in the ranks of the most impoverished and undeveloped countries in the world. What a pity they didn’t have available the sage advice of RTF.
RTF: “They [Gazans] were chased into the place and cordoned off with their properties, livelihoods, and sanity lost, and with little hope and money to begin again afresh.”
Here’s a good article I found on the economy of Gaza:
https://news.sky.com/story/how-gaza-went-from-desperately-poor-to-even-poorer-and-why-thats-important-to-the-current-war-12992403
As you read this keep in mind the fact that many millions of dollars Gaza received in money and other forms of aid have been misused by Hamas to build weapons and their terror tunnel network–aid that could have been used to uplift the living standards of the Gazans.

Leonard J,
–
The Jews you speak of are not Jews at all, but much mixed with the other races they lived with for 2,000 years. They are ancient gone history, and the place they fled from, mostly Europe, should have taken them back and rehabilitated them. Instead, these so-called Jews stole land that did not belong to them and displaced the true blood of Judah (now turned Muslim) from their rightful dwellings.
–
Yes, Hamas used millions of dollars.to wage their Jihadi war against the Israelis who stole their homes and livelihoods. But their Jihadism only came about because that was the only amount of money given to them with no plan to uplift thier society. Finally, the Arab states with the help of US and international forces have formulated the well-structured plan of giving them Billions ( not mere millions) to boost Gaza up, once and for all, on the only land left to them.

ramona therese fernando / September 30, 2025
And Leonard J,……of course the West Bank is doing far better than Gaza. Israel has subjugated the place and fine-tuned it to its desires, forcing the Palestinians to comply or else. If they don’t comply, their lands are taken over like in the last few months, and fancy Israeli mansions are built atop of Palestenian property. Palestinians are then forced to escape to Gaza. Gaza is just a convenient place to dump excess Palestinians.

The Jews returned to their homeland from the Babylonian exile later in the sixth century under King Cyrus but I have ignored that for the purpose of my comment.

Hello Leonard,
I hope that you re-read your posts on the Gaza Genocide after it has ended and the Israelis are before the Hague Courts. “Reciting a litany of unsupported alleged atrocities committed by the IDF in the ongoing Gaza war”. I am sure that you will find some weaselly excuse when Israel is found guilty.
For years I argued with my Catholic Philippine friends that Duterte was a Criminal engaging in extra Judicial Killings. He is currently in Prison at the Hague charged with Crimes against Humanity https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cg5e1v85lrdo

LS, thanks for the link.
It would be fantastic if the killers of current Genoside Gaza could be convicted within our lifetime. My wish is that all those who support Nataniyahu and all other barbarians who are complicit in the calculated daylight murders that are still going on in Gaza today be sentenced to death. Some UNGA speakers last week were outspoken about the genocide, while others avoided the subject entirely, as if it were none of their concern.
Unfortunately, Thambutthegama burampi, aka, our inexperienced president, did not take the opportunity to address any critical issues; instead, his speech contained some “malle pol” content. He could have made better use of his time if he had been more prepared, in my opinion.

LS: “I hope that you re-read your posts on the Gaza Genocide….”
I can’t recall ever having posted anything related to the Gaza “genocide” in CT comments. On the other hand, that’s is obviously one of YOUR obsessions.
By “unsupported” in “unsupported alleged atrocities committed by the IDF” I meant unsupported in the ARTICLE. A writer making serious allegations which may be disputed by some has a duty to cite credible sources for them. That’s all I meant. The allegations–or at least some of them–may actually be true.
However, these allegations are NOT my concern in my posts. Pl re-read my posts.

Would you care to explain why exactly you as a Christian support a Jewish State? Is it for Biblical reasons, like DTG?

I have responded to your comment exactly the way you have responded to my posts: by a totally irrelevant comment, yet you didn’t get it. I have outlined my reasons for supporting Israel in the matter of the Israel-Gaza war in numerous posts under various articles, including the present one, but yet you say, “If you can’t explain your position, I completely understand”?
And people find fault with ME for saying that “Many CT commenters have the mental/ intellectual level of teenagers and are ‘children in understanding.'”
/
old codger / September 30, 2025
LJ,
If it is below your dignity to answer a simple question, but try to hide behind my “mental capacity”, I understand completely again. At least DTG has the guts to keep repeating his Biblical quotes.
“have outlined my reasons for supporting Israel in the matter of the Israel-Gaza war in numerous posts under various articles, including the present one, “
So, is it so very difficult to set them out, to satisfy an “intellectual teenager”? All I can find in the present article is a fixation on October 7th. As Jaffna Man asked, “Didn’t anything happen before that?” .
Okay, I know you will now claim that you are only “supporting Israel in the matter of the Israel-Gaza war”.
My position is that Israel is a European settler state like South Africa. Whether the Africans (or the Arabs) are not as good as whites at farming or economics is not relevant.

LS,
“How much more condescending can you be”
.
Regretfully, many people in Sri Lanka have this problem.
They are caught completely deluded by the “Dunning Krueger effect” and continue to argue. Therefore, if you would share your thoughts with them, we wouldn’t make a single inch of progress. For the time being, what is happening in SL is that Sunil Handunetti, the responsible minister, has once again misused his words by making public remarks while being unaware of the distinction between a “Nobel Prize” and a “Guinness record.”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HN-e23hwGSE
Regretfully, they also don’t come down to demand a public apology. In that nation, that is how they are expected to behave. . Others have “Malle pol” responses.
I believe that the longer you stay in our homeland, the more you will become accustomed to the subtleties and nuances of our people.
Our self-described intellectual, LESTER, would only treat your questions/comments with his evasiveness; he would never even read it or understand what you or anyone else had to say. It is complete ignorance, not condescending nature, in my opinion.

Another failed attempt, Scott.
Christians support Israel, as Judaism is the primary source of Christian belief. Civilized people (excluding some characters on social media) support Israel as it is the only democracy in the Middle East.
As a so-called atheist, why do you support the existence of a radical Islamic state? Or perhaps, the claims to atheism are just part of the taqiya

What has ” being a democracy ” (assuming it’s true) have to do with it? Chemicals
spread by the world’s no.1 democracy are still producing deformed babies in Vietnam. And of course it was the only user of a nuclear weapon. Israel tooconnived with white South Africa to try and give it the Bomb. That alone is enough to paint Israel as a racist pariah state.

Hello Lester,
Which Radical Islamic State do I support?
I don’t support any Theistic State, however they exist no matter what I think of them. I have always been treated kindly by people individually in all of the Countries that I have worked in or visited. That includes Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi, Morocco which are Islamic. Even in Nigeria, which is even more corrupt than most, people were individually very friendly. Baksheesh is an Arabic Term but Christian Nigerians (especially the Police) take it to extremes, they call it “Dash”. I spent most of my time in Rivers State (majority Christian) so I met very few Muslims.
As for “Christians support Israel, as Judaism is the primary source of Christian belief”. Do you know nothing of the pogroms by Christians against the Jews? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pogrom

Native,
Here is a good definition of democracy:
1. Not Marxist
2. Does not fund terrorism or construction of radical religious centers either domestically or overseas
3. Free elections
4. The right to own property (both men and women)
5. Government does not support child marriage
This is all you need for democracy in 2025.

LS: “You did not answer OC’s Question ‘Would you care to explain why exactly you as a Christian support a Jewish State? Is it for Biblical reasons, like DTG?'”
Time and again I have stated in my comments that I respond only to comments relevant either to the article or my comments, which are, of course, always relevant to the article under which they are posted. A rare exception from me would be a humorous comment. The ignorant, the unintelligent and the irrational may find titillation in all sorts of irrelevancies but they profit nothing.
It’s part of the responsibility and burden of being an adult to maintain standards worthy of an adult. They cannot yield to the unreasonable demands of children–in the present case, teenagers.

Hello Leonard,
You have reminded me of a Robert Burns poem from my teenage years.
It’s called “Holy Willie’s Prayer”.
One verse comes to mind –
–
Yet I am here, a chosen sample,
To shew Thy grace is great and ample:
I’m here, a pillar o’ Thy temple
Strong as a rock,
A guide, a ruler and example
To a’ Thy flock.—
Or maybe a line from another poem would suffice to bring about some self reflection on ad hominem attacks like “Many CT commenters have the mental/ intellectual level of teenagers and are ‘children in understanding”
from To a Louse –
O wad some Pow’r the giftie gie us
To see oursels as others see us!
It wad frae monie a blunder free us
An’ foolish notion:
What airs in dress an’ gait wad lea’e us,
And ev’n Devotion!

Best regards

OC, while some people don’t take their religious mantra seriously, others can’t live without it. Our DTG falls into the second group. He has been taught that his god is also the cause of his bloats. If he had been born a few hundred years ago, his thinking might have been more appropriate.
By the way, there are Europeans (Germans, Italians… ) I’ve met who won’t even eat a toffee without giving thanks in prayer. They believe that even a belly bloat should be a sign from God. Despite clinical chemistry and genetic evidence to the contrary, some Sinhala Buddhist monks still maintain that bacterial, viral, and other similar diseases are caused by unseen forces.
