  1. It is still a Paradise for kasippu breweres, casino owners, thugs, sex tourists, international prostitutes, government politicos and such.

  2. If the author can call Sri Lanka today “a Paradise”, well I can imagine what sort of exposure he would had in his visit to other countries. Sri Lanka is a Paradise only to the politicians of UPFA, murderers, drug peddlers, pimps, rapists, bribe takers, some senior armed forces and police persons, thug monks, new Cheap Justice etc.

For freedom and peace loving citizens who want to live in religious harmony and in peace with all fellow Sri Lankans without any race, cast, language or religions barriers and without superiority or inferiority complex Sri Lanka today is definitely not a Paradise.

  4. Ranil is not in vogue, because he is vague. No one knows clearly what he stands .

    • Yes Ranil refused to patronize somebody. You know who. That is why he seems very vague. If he has taken a few on free trips put them in expensive hotels and provided evry thing you know what he will be seen very clear to even a animal doctor. In Sri Lanka what you give is what you see.

  5. An excellent article to majority of the media and people who put the blame at Ranil Wickremasinghe. He is few politicians left in the country to uphold democratic values than resort to thuggery as most MP’s. I think it is the new culture of violence and intimidation rather than debate and discussion and also other secondary agenda’s of leadership by force which has led to even the media putting him in such a bad PR on him.

  6. Latimer, P.B, Rajasingham,

We all know the illiteracy, ignobility, mal-education and inferiority complex you all are suffering from! Before you worry about RW’s and WC members’ qualifications find out the whereabouts of your fraternal and maternal origins!

  7. Gamini Dullewe,

An extremely correct and realistic account of what has happened and is still happening in the country. Ranil is the last hope we have. People like Latimer, P.B, Rajasingham have been very well exposed in your post. They are the remnants of the degrading and swindling characters revealed by you and who are responsible for the abject poverty, anarchy and hopelessness in the country. One of the foremost things that must be done under a future government by the people is that the culprits like Latimer, P.B, Rajasingham, MR, GORA et al must be put behind bars for the damage they caused to the country!

  8. This is the longest piece of unmitigated rubbish, badly written to boot, to hit CT’s readers and God knows there has been some competition for that title already!

Since Dullewe seems to want to thrown everything, including the kitchen sink into this “composition,” perhaps he could make reference to the matter of the appointment of Mohan Pieris as Chief Justice and make appropriate comment on the matter? Or is that cutting too close to the bone?

    • Aney Apochchi!,

Maggots who live in the ditch of the Rajapakshas do not understand the value of education, wisdom and civility! With each application of pesticides maggots like you are effaced from the face of the earth and then a new generation of maggots are born out of hidden eggs! That is the story of your life!

Rather than indulge in personal abuse, how about answering the question that your buddy Dullewe doesn’t seem to want to about the Mohan Peiris appointment? Too close to the bone for you, too or is that bone maggot-riddled too?

  9. We blame you for hanging on as the most unpopular Leader of the UNP, the main opposition. You are a blessing to the Government, because not only the UNP voters but most of the elected Representatives hate you. The strong UNP supporters refrain from voting and the corrupt Regime gladly cast those votes in their favour. You have lost a countless number of Elections and please take my word you will never win until death. If you continue to stay as the Leader of the UNP, you will kill the party along with you. People suffer a lot under the corrupt Regime, but no one consider you as another alternative. It is a pity you do not understand that you are destroying a strong opposition that could take over power with a popular accepted Leader. I am a strong UNP supporter who has never supported any other party but will never vote the UNP as long as you remain the disgusting Leader.

  11. Ranil is the crook JR’s nephew. After working with uncle JR, Ranil learned all the crooked politics in Sri Lanka, now dreaming to be the next President.

It is known to everybody that Ranil is nurtured and safeguarded by president Rajapakse. Winning 4500 votes out of 5000 during last UNP leadership elections show how Ranil is fed and protectected by MR.

What is left in Ranil after continously loosing 14 elections in 20 years. It is both MR and RW plan to destablise UNP for ever. Ranil is MR’s mole, spy, decoy and dummy in the UNP giving all the information to keep MR in power……..while protecting his UNP leadership.

Getting 86 million rupee MR’s santhosam keep Ranil going for ever as opposition UNP leader.

Ranil is the Joanna and the liability of destablising UNP party, it’s voters and the country. The ever spineless, manless coward’s dream of becomming to the president is only a dream and nothing but a pipe dream.

KEEP DREAMING FOR EVER UNTIL COUNTRY SINKS IN THE OCEAN YOU COWARD CROOK JR’S NEPHEW.

  14. Gamini Dullewe, after loitering in many online places trying to drop his “separate state terror agenda” waste, finally come to the right place…………good for Dull….But, no place for terror in SL. At least Dull and the low-breed (terror lovers) can do anti-sinhala buddhist rants here.
