
The Campaign for Free and Fair Elections confirmed the vehicle of a TNA member was shot at near a polling booth in Kodikamam in the Jaffna District a short while ago. The vehicles were delivering lunch to their polling agents at the Varani school booth. There is an army camp opposite the polling booth Caffe’s National Coordinator A. Anas said. He said the gunshots had been heard by others in the vicinity.
10 shots were fired at the vehicle belonging to candidate of the TNA. One van has bullet marks. No damages have been reported to the vehicles or passengers the monitors confirmed.

This is disgusting.
Whoever it is has a right to express himself. You can’t shoot them just because they hold a different view.
