De Facto CJ And Shiranee’s Attempt To Discover Leaks To Websites Fails

The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission has recently informed the de facto Chief Justice Mohan Pieris and Supreme Court Justice Shiranee Tilakawardane that they are unable to trace who gives information to websites operated from outside the country.

This response has been sent consequent to the request from the Supreme Court incumbents to the TRC to find out the sources who have been giving information about the judiciary to those websites, mainly the Colombo Telegraph and Lankaenews.

Judges SCIt is also learnt that in the meantime, de facto Chief justice, Pieris has sought similar information from the Ajith Nivad Cabraal through the Economic Intelligence Unit of the Central Bank. The Unit conducts regular surveillance on the accounts of citizens in cooperation with the military and police intelligence operations.  Both Cabraal and Pieris are part of the cabal headed by Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Gotabya Rajapaksa. Called the Tuesday tea party these three individuals are known to meet at the Central Bank every week. The country’s economic, defence and judicial decisions are known to be made at this meeting on the instructions of Gotabaya Rajapaksa.

Meanwhile junior judges have aired their displeasure over the de facto CJ’s affiliations with the Central Bank Governor which has recently resulted in one of Cabraal’s loyalists, Assistant Governor Batagoda being called to lecture for judges at the Judges Institute.

De facto CJ, Pieris was earlier appointed as Chairman of Seylan Bank by Secretary to the Ministry of Defence Gotabaya. A few months ago, the de facto CJ also summoned the judges of the Commercial High Courts and told them that the Government was unhappy with the judgments against the banks and the banks cannot function effectively with their orders. Soon thereafter, in an unprecedented move, all commercial court judges were transferred out of the commercial courts during the annual transfers.

People in have lost faith in the judiciary. Soon they will take law into their hands. Mohan has become a monkey in the hands of Rajapakses. He is not a Chief Justice but a CHEAP JUSTICE. This man has no integrity and he will do any dirty work for Rajapakses as far as he gets some crumbs from them.

The tea party is the code word for DEEP STATE which is the inner core of the the Rajapaksa MILITARY DICTATORSHIP.

The deep state which is a political science concept connotes a STATE WITHIN A STATE, with key players in military intelligence, Judiciary, economy and administration (Laltih Weeratunge the CHAOS specialist) running a state within a state while merely the SHOW of democracy (the elections circus) is maintained as a facade to disguise the MILITARY DICTATORSHIP and its CORRUPTION and the destruction of democratic institutions from within and their hollowing out of the Judiciary and the law enforcement agencies.

Hope Sinhalaya Modayas and the MODA OPPOSITION that is also drunk on a form of SINHALA BUDDHIST NATIONALISM that is abhorrent to Buddhism wake up soon – before it is too late to get rid of the JARAPASSAs and their CHAOS..

Bunch of greedy idiots with their traditional amudes on their heads.

The people of the nation are not with you anymore irrespective of race/culture/religion.

When Shiranee was Tilakawardenas wife she showed brilliance however once she divorced she has just grown senile.

Indipendant journalists, investigators, lawyers and opposition watch dogs must collect all necessary information about the activities they are involved. financial information, illegal orders, poilcy violations and constituional violations for future actions. We must bring them to justice and must punish them at every court for wrong doing. People have the power.

” The country’s economic, defence and judicial decisions are known to be made at this meeting on the instructions of Gotabaya Rajapaksa….”

The above statement sums up all about how the economy/judiciary and security is failing onto a Banana Republic levels with a 10th grader and a former 7-Eleven clerk in USA is controlling all three of them.

Come Geneva 2014 – lets take them to the Hague.

This country deserves better life for its inhabitants.

Not all the Wigs and Gowns can cover their misdoings being servile to their Corrupt political powers to stay in positions enjoying the perks and they believe the masses are unaware of what they do for their survival. They have no Shame nor Scruples either. They are under the mistaken belief that their associates are unaware and look up to them as figures of virtue. If only they know what others think of them, which they will come to know the day they are out of Positions.

Yes. now Shiranee T. will soon retire, I am told. She will be nothing then, even in her own eyes.

I am waiting for the day.

even if these judges or the other professionals do wear the gowns, wigs and cloaks, do they ever fulfil the job to the levels that an european jurist would do ?

Never, these people only abuse almost everything pretending the same laws as it is the case in the Europe are being practised in the island.

Today, even the ones with records of health problems undergo these trainings and the consequences are seen to this date – unexpected human losses. To this date, under this man – there is no place for the humanity. JuST BECASUE his brother the gota thought it should have been a part of lanken systems, they may have introduced it. Basta.

Our legal system is exemplary. USA should take an example as to the Judiciary should function. Angela Corre’s incaserating a teen ager in a State Prison or manhandling by USA police a woman diplomat is not heard of in Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka’s vlues will not be recognised by extremely anti Sri Lnka website like that of Colombo Telegraph. It is a shame that this type of media is allowed to exist. This is not test freedom. This is wild accusation to discredit governments and people. Colombo Telegraph should be banned.
