Déjà vu Sri Lanka & Europe

Truck/Lorry based terrorism came to France in the form of a tragedy on Bastille Day. President Hollande who previously said he will lift the State of Emergency on July 26th had no choice but to extend it. How long this will last depends on how long Terrorists will keep blowing up bombs and killing mass numbers of civilians.

This is akin to the prolonged state of emergency in Sri Lanka necessitated by the long war against the LTTE. It reminds this writer of the Truck/Lorry based terrorist attacks, and also repeated attacks on military targets by the LTTE. These repeated incidents will have to lead to increased security and concrete barriers and blast walls soon in most nations facing threats from ISIS. This means more check points, random round ups and so many different restrictive security controls that will ruin the French open way of life and possibly human rights excesses as well Just the way Sri Lanka had to adapt to LTTE tactics with blast walls, bullet proof vehicles, bomb squads, and the way India had to adapt as well faced with Islamic terrorism directed from Pakistan and also during their gory war against Sikh separatism aka the Khalistani conflict an ugly era is dawning on a once peaceful continent that was known for open borders and liberal immigration policies.

LTTE used suicide trucks and bulldozers during the last days of the war and throughout their gory history of war. Some LTTE cadre may be living in France as well. LTTE’s first spectacular prominent suicide bombing occurred in 1987 when “Captain Miller” drove a truck laden with explosives into a Sri Lankan army camp killing 40 soldiers. French were relatively lucky it was not an explosives laden truck by professional ruthless terrorists like the LTTE. Everyone remembers the Central Bank bombing which cost 91 civilians lives in 1996 in the heart of Colombo.

The French government will have to start improving their intelligence gathering capabilities amongst their French Arab/Muslim communities. 10% of France’s population is Muslim. Vast majority are not supportive of terrorism, but they are also feeling very isolated and marginalized. Any successful attempt to infiltrate such groups will require a lot of social and economic policies geared towards reducing the influence of radical Islam.

Perhaps there is a parallel to the Tamil problem in Sri Lanka and why the LTTE at one time commanded such a lot of support and sympathy from the Tamil people of Sri Lanka? Matters were made worse in Sri Lanka by the UNP government organized pogrom against innocent Tamils around Colombo and other major cities in 1983. Black July should never be forgotten nor forgiven. A ragtag group of Indian backed rebels became a popular movement because Tamil people viewed them as their only protection in the face of repeated attacks by State sponsored goons.

Now why do a lot of Muslim French and Belgians also feel marginalized and live in enclaves not wanting to integrate? How much of it is racism and deliberate discrimination and how much of it is cultural? For example first generation conservative Wahabi types do not believe in equal rights and they want to impose Sharia law in modern western secular societies; how much of it is their refusal to adapt to the foster nations? In the case of France and Belgium, given their history of colonies in Africa, a lot of people are really 2nd and 3rd generation French or Belgians ,and not immigrants or refugees. But then again without adapting and accepting open secular western democracies a few of them want to force their view on society.

Take the example of a few thugs in Denmark. Bar owners in a suburb of the Danish capital, Copenhagen, have lobbied a government minister for help after being targeted by Muslim youths extorting money and demanding a so-called ‘Sharia zone’. The barkeepers in Nørrebro say they been harassed for months by so-called Sharia patrols, which have threatened them and vandalized bars in broad daylight. What nonsense is this? Denmark has been one of the most liberal nations accepting Arab refugees and they dare to do this? There is sometimes a limit to political correctness.

ISIS does not stand for innocent or independent state of Islam. It stands for Islamic State of Iraq and Syria.  They are losing ground on the battlefield. This will lead to more spectacular terrorist attacks across the world. ISIS is not Islamic just like BBS thugs are not Buddhists. But ISIS uses selective parts of their theology and is based on the radical Salafist Wahabi doctrine being spread around the world by Saudi imams.

One cannot ignore nor dismiss how ISIS came about. Chilcot report damns the US and UK. ISIS did not even exist in the terrorist lexicon until Bush foolishly invaded Iraq. It is sad that everything people with an awareness about global events, colonial history and the complexities of the Arab world predicted exactly what will happen. Bush in his Christian crusader complex refused to even heed his own smart father who would not have invaded Iraq in 2003.

But we cannot ignore the dangers of ISIS and ISIS inspired attacks around the world. Most of their victims are fellow Muslims. They hate everyone including Muslims who do not follow their hate fill brand of Wahabi Salafist ideology. They want an ideologically pure world where they get to force their writ on everyone be they Buddhists, Christians, Hindus or other Muslims.

Yes in fairness in a population of over 1.5 Billion Muslims worldwide, ISIS followers are less than 1% and they are mostly Arabs and ISIS inspired groups from other nations and parts of Muslim Russia where they faced cruelty at the hands of Russia’s military in the war in Chechnya and also in Dagestan. But their ability to strike across the world makes them very different from a group like the LTTE or IRA. They are an amorphous body. No one knows where they will strike again. They have wanted to strike inside India for a long time too. LTTE was a local group and did not go around wreaking havoc in other nations. They definitely made sure westerners were unharmed. This is directly opposite to ISIS ideology.

Look at how many fellow Muslims be their Shia or Sunni they have slaughtered around the world. They did not even give any respite to people during Ramadan. They made such a number of attacks from Truck bombs in Iraq which killed over 200 people, to Turkey, to Bangladesh and ISIS inspired attacks in the US by American citizens. Increasingly, people in open western secular societies are frightened by the spectre of a limitless series of ISIS or ISIS inspired attacks. But being frightened might lead policy makers to make foolish decisions to show “Something is being done” and rush into more war.

Nothing will make ISIS happier than to see US troops in the Middle East. These fanatics believe in something called the end times. They believe this and their “salvation” will be hastened if the mother of all battles happen.  The ISIS appeal is for the purification of Islam. It considers all other branches of Islam to be apostate. No other movement has emphasized apocalypticism—the idea that civilization will soon come to a tumultuous end due to ISIS ties to Wahhabism, which was birthed in Saudi Arabia and continues to flourish there. This sect believes that the arrival of the one known as the Mahdi is near. Of great significance to the ISIS horde is the large Syrian village of Dabiq.

This death by a thousand cuts is seen as inaction and vacillation of the leaders of the USA. People in the USA are increasingly seeking to become isolationists. This mentality gives a massive advantage to an unconventional racist bombastic buffoon like Trump who might now win the Presidential election on Nov 8th. He is gleeful that his predictions are coming true. People also wonder why President Obama arrogantly underestimated ISIS by calling it, in basketball parlance a “JV team”(that is the same as calling it an under-16 cricket team) until it was too late. He had a reluctance to initiate conflicts, or send in US troops into harm’s way in ill- defined wars, but his withdrawals and seemingly aloof ways of dealing with global terrorism threats are viewed as weakness by ISIS. And with such groups any perception of weakness is pounced upon. This is why Putin has to be given credit for forcing the issue in Syria. One cannot absolve the Shia Minority Assad dictatorship for the way they oppressed their own Sunni majority. But that war has now become a prolonged proxy war between Shias and Sunnis backed by Iran and their armed protégé’s Hezbollah from Lebanon against Saudi backed radical Islamic groups for greater control of the Middle East.

This game spiraled out of control until Russia intervened to protect their client state and to protect their interests in the region including their military bases in Latakia(Tartus Naval base and Khmeimim airbase). Russians looked from afar in disgust at the way the USA had bungled and ruined many nations. From Iraq under Bush to Libya destablized under Obama, places where there was no ISIS or Islamic radicalism, have now become as Trump put it “Harvard Universities of terrorism” directly linked to the invasion in 2003. There was no ISIS or AlQaeda in Iraq until the US bungled.

Putin upped the ante. It is only after they intervened that USA took notice that their brilliant plans to arm non-existent moderate rebels had failed. In a comedy of errors, at one time the CIA and State Department were backing and arming different groups that were fighting each other. That is sheer incompetence. It is like how India armed different groups to destabilize Sri Lanka until the LTTE turned against them.

So what next? It is anybody’s guess. This is a frightening reality of the 21st century. Trump wants to declare war. But how do you declare war against an amorphous entity with no political agenda or goal? They wanted a Caliphate but that will not happen? Or should they negotiate and say “there is no military solution to this” and sue for peace with ISIS and give them the Caliphate? France, US and Britain all said LTTE could not be beaten. May Sri Lankan leaders and all its people never create conditions for ethnic hatred again; 29 years of war and tears are enough. May there never be pogroms against innocent Tamils, or Muslims or Sinhalese. Isn’t there enough carnage ?

Buddhism is needed to cool and calm the fire of Islam that is raging in Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq,Yemen, Syria, Turkey, Somalia,Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Mali, Nigeria and now Nice, Paris, Brussels, Orlando, San Bernardino and Kashmir.

Buddha preached compassion, mercy, forgiveness, love, charity and patience.

Islam was all about war from the very beginning with Mohammed slaughtering Jews and Pagans, three of his successors murdered, and Mohammed’s two sons killed, all by fellow Muslims. Mohammed had many sex slaves.

The world needs the Samma Sambuddha and the foremost Arhat. Buddhism is a religion of peace. The Buddha taught that hatred is conquered by love. Muslims need the Buddha. I thank my Karma that I saw the light and abandoned Islam. Mohammed taught violence. Jahiliya was more peaceful than the caliphate.

May all living being live in happiness and attain Nibbahana!!!.

First of all Buddhism is not a Religion. But a philosophy to lighten one’s own wisdom and find the end of sufferings of life thru, As you say, compassion, mercy, forgiveness, love, charity and patience.

Evan our own Buddhists not practicing Buddhism but hatred evil,
will the Muslims find any freedom siding with Buddhism .

Are the Mahayana Buddhists like the Tibetan Buddhists any better than the Theravada Buddhists? Let’s see.

The Buddhist monk in charge of the temple asked her to send the child to the temple and she sent him there because they were poor. There was no possibility for them to pay the money for tuition fees. That was the reason why they sent the boy to the temple school. When the child began to refuse going to the temple school so adamantly, grandmother had to look for the reason. It was then only that she discovered that the child who was sent to learn good behavior, ethics and Buddha’s Dharma from the monk had in fact been abused by the monk.

      True.

But most Sri Lankans are so foolish that they think that any country will welcome them.

When, oh, when, will we focus on putting our country right?

      Uncle Amere:

Trump is a demagogue who makes shit up on a regular basis and lies; then he insults and degrades any and all possible demographics to appeal to the core base of his voters(blue collar undereducated sub informed white christian disenfranchised voters)

This is not accidental but intentional. This is now fear mongers work. I can bet my last 50 rupee note, I knew more about world events, global trends and complex issues as a 11 year old than he does now.

Simply put he is a TV talk show host. Very successful but angry. Sure there are issues but this year the anti establishment trend is what is driving white christians to vote for him in droves. So be careful.

Trump is a demagogue TV Reality show host, but how on earth is he garnering so many voters and generating the same sort of excitement for the rightwing that the popular Obama did from the liberals in 2008? Same trend in reverse direction.

How so called family values conservative Evangelical whites (and some of or fellow brownies too) find him (an uncouth man who is married 3 times and talks about how hot his own daughter is and!) so attractive is another perplexing question. They are deep down racists despite their pious veneers; these evangelicals hate Obama and hate anyone who is not a doctrinaire like themselves. He is also a sexist to the core who prefers his women to stand behind him and admire his rather small hands and appeal to his rather touchy ego.

Sad to see even a few new immigrants of this ideology hating Obama; calling him a Muslim, and subscribing to the racist “birther movement” that mainstream Republicans (including racist Sri Lankan americans) generated to delegitimize the Presidency of the first non-white man from the day he took office. It is nauseating to hear brown born again Sri Lankan first generation immigrants repeating the same ignorant racist rubbish because unlike you, they are too stupid and blinded by their ideology and believe all the bovine excrement spewed by FoxNews.

This might also be the election that sees the silent racist whites coming out in droves to elect Trump. Americans are also afraid of terrorism and that gives an advantage to Trump. Trump is likely to reset relations with Putin and Russia and go after ISIS terrorists strongly. A thin skinned mini Mussolini, and a woman who cannot seem to tell the truth are the 2 main choices. This will be like no other election in recent US history.

Whatever the outcome, it will be seismic. The Tamil ethnic issue, HR issues and war crimes issues, will get more attention from Hillary than from Trump. Hillary is likely to punish Sri Lanka. If Trump includes Sri Lanka in his proposed Trade Sanctions the repercussions could be seismic as well.

In fairness, Hillary’s lies are not war crimes unlike Bush and Cheney’s lies. Bets anyone? A racist demagogue with bad hair or a liar with a truth deficit?

Ask yourself this; fair enough Bengazhi needed to be investigated but will Republicans ever have the courage to investigate the Iraq war? will the US under Republicans ever have a Chilcot report?

With the Clintons, there has always been a pattern of using their intellectual brilliance(two of the smartest public figures in the US), and pathologically challenged ethical standards (Clinton Foundation: quid pro quo for Middle East donations) to obfuscate the truth and parse words to their advantage. When the still very popular(and a successful President) Bill Clinton said “I did not have sexual relations with that woman” referring to the Oval office fiasco with the intern Monica Lewinsky, what he meant was that fellatio did not count as having sexual relations! An entire new trend started in US High schools as a result of that attitude! It is indeed safer than the kind of sex, controversial racist self-professed “high moral conservative values’ Trump supporter Sarah Palin advocates: abstinence as her daughter proved.

Now there is a 50-50 chance that a demagogue with no political or public sector experience, appealing to baser racist white Christian voters and says incendiary things and makes racist utterances on a frequent basis might win. Trump is the anti-thesis of open free market global economy Republicans. Trump threatens to build a wall, which like India’s wall of Death (the longest border fence in the world between India and Bangladesh) that will be designed to stop illegal flow across porous borders. That resonates with lots of insecure people. In fairness, no one has heard of an outcry over India’s border wall with Bangladesh, so why should anyone shout about this? Is it double standards? He threatens to crack down on unfair trade practices and has named India, China and Vietnam as well. Odds are he will not be able to build that wall nor get Mexico to pay for it as he brags, but it resonates with white blue collar voters and racists. Who knows? Perhaps the Casino tycoon with 4 bankruptcies has some ace up his sleeve.

Some of Trump’s policy pronouncements are old school anti foreign protectionist discredited Democratic policies. His threat to impose 45%Tariffs on Chinese imports, to start trade wars and impose sanctions on US companies that invest abroad are not Republican principles Yet he has garnered nearly 3 million more white voters than Romney or Bush did when they ran in the primaries. If he manages to pull 6 % to 10% more White voters than Romney did, in the key states that will decide the election, he can easily become the next President of the most powerful nation on earth.

Why is that? It is because people feel left behind; and there is seething anger by the lower educated white voters engaging in blue collar jobs that they have been left behind. Also there is deep seated racism against immigrants, and especially illegal immigrants (they seem to forget that illegal immigrants are doing all the dirty jobs no Americans want for the wages that are paid for those menial jobs such as in roofing, construction, lawn care, hotels and meat slaughter industries etc.).
People want scapegoats. Hitler was democratically elected making Jews scapegoats for the humiliation Germans faced after losing World War I and having to pay reparations. But not even poor African Americans will do the sort of necessary jobs the illegal immigrants do with skill. Sri Lanka had a similar problem before the war with illegal immigrants from Tamil Nadu. Now it is believed again in post war booming Sri Lanka there are over 25,000 illegal immigrants from S.India across Sri Lanka.

Trump has also been able to capitalize in some of the “battleground states” after Hillary made arrogant anti coal miner statements. “We’re going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business,” she said in West Virginia in March. That was arrogant and insensitive. People feel slighted when a woman who wears a $12,000 Armani Suit at meetings talking about income inequality. That statement had ripple effects in a few battleground states, and other key states where there are quite a few people and towns depending on coal mining. This writer himself got very angry at this arrogant elitist attitude of hers. This writer’s mother in law’s grandfather and father legally migrated coal mine workers from Italy. They realized the value of hard work. They were not rich and blessed like a lot of new generation migrants from India or Sri Lanka who migrate, and have no idea how America worked and have no respect for the hard working working class.

NAFTA caused a lot of damage to American workers; that is why now even Hillary who was for the Trans Pacific partnership (TPP) has changed her mind. Trump and Sanders opposed it; after looking at the polls which showed a large percentage of Americans so does Hillary! NAFTA was a Republican baby signed into law by Bill Clinton. The third party candidate during the 1992 election Ross Perot warned about the “giant sucking sound” and that is exactly what happened. NAFTA turned out to be one of the worst ever trade deals for ordinary working class Americans. Will ECTA do the same to Sri Lanka? Why is there such an obscene hurry to sign it without full disclosure?

I will not vote for either but Trump is a Kim Jong Un Mussolini Mugabe Idi Amin in the making. He has no idea of the constitution but has clever sound bites about the 2nd amendment and other basic issues like trade that appeals to those who were left behind by globalization and the bad Republican ideas like NAFTA. Do not forget NAFTA was a republican baby and most Democrats voted against it in Congress and Senate.

Do not forget they went to war in Iraq based on lies. This man’s stars are in the correct alignment(if one is a supersititious Sri Lankan leader who relied on horoscopes) and he is likely to win. He will never be able to build a wall or start trade wars we Americans will lose. But he threatens Tariffs. Those are totally anathema to Republicans in general. Republicans love free trade and democrats do not.

Ranjith I go by Voltaire “I may not agree with what you say, I defend to my death your RIGHT to say it” So with your ad hominem attacks you revealed a deep seated feeling. Fair enough. Let me put it this way, for our former motherland, Hillary is more harmful because she will continue President Obama’s policies and even an Eelam maybe a possibility given US efforts to destabilize nations who do not toe the line. I have written about this.

Mainstream Republicans caused the conditions over 30 years for this to happen. If you read David Brooks an educated intellectual Conservative, he speaks a lot about this. http://www.nytimes.com/2016/04/29/opinion/if-not-trump-what.html?_r=0

But on the otherhand, when Trump talks about unfair trade practices he also refers to India and Vietnam and this puts SL in the same bag as far as he is concerned. US is one of the biggest export markets for SL exports(primarily apparel). I have neither licked anyone’s boots nor balls and it is sad that you have to write things like that under pseudonyms. We are all dark skinned Dravidian people; some Sri Lankans think they are Aryan. That is not the case. I also will like you to read the entire response. I love Uncle Amere: he is a genuine man but the reality is Trump is a demagogue. Please listen to what he has said. There are other options like Gary Johnson and Jill Stein for people to vote if they do not like either of the main candidates. I do not like either of them. Now let me go lick my own boots. IF Trump wins(more than likely if terrorist attacks continue), unlike the racist wing of White Republicans who delegitimized Obama with the “Birther” lies I will support him and respect him and give him a fair chance. Republicans never gave Obama a chance: Obama failed in fighting ISIS and I mentioned that in the original article. I am now licking my coffee old chap. Enjoy life on the beach.

I predicted Libyan disaster long before the US lied and bombed it. Where there is no ISIS, now it is an ISIS center. Oh young man, welcome to America dude. School teachers need to exist for others to shine no? What is wrong with being a school teacher ? My mom was a brilliant school teacher and so was my grandfather from Matale. My mom still teaches at 87. Thanks for that barb. Not to worry, you have EVERY RIGHT to say whatever you want if you feel your candidate and hero was insulted. Hillary Lied, Cheney Lied, Bush Lied; no doubt about it. Chances are Trump may win. In the deep south less than 20% of whites voted for Obama because of the deep seated traditions of racism. Please do not go down that road to feel superior to another by way of wealth or whatever criteria one uses for this.

Donald Trump: I think I am, actually humble. I think I’m much more humble than you would understand.

Lesley Stahl: As you think about– prospect of running this country in these tough times where the world is spinning apart– are you awed? Are you intimidated? Are you humbled by the enormity of this?

Donald Trump: You just said it best.

              Mike Pence: Mmm.

Donald Trump: In a world that’s spinning apart. That’s what I’m thinking of. I’m not thinking of, “Oh gee, isn’t this wonderful? Isn’t this great what I’ve done?” I’ve had people that said, “It doesn’t matter if you win or lose, what you’ve done has never been done before. You’re gonna go down in the history books.” You know what I say to ’em?” I say, “You’re wrong.” I will consider it, ’cause I funded my own primaries, I’m funding now a lot of this campaign. I’m putting in, you know– I’ve spent $55 million in the primaries. I’m spending a fortunate now. I’ll tell you, it is spinning. Our world is spinning out of control. Our country’s spinning out of control. That’s what I think about. And I’ll stop that.

    Dear Mano Ratwatte,

To your last paragraph, I say Amen.

What goes before, is a sound recounting of what has been happening, but with no solution offered. Quite rightly so. This whole thing is so complex, we don’t know where we are heading.

It worries me that from the USA, you say that there is a possibility of Trump actually winning. I had imagined him to be such an obvious ass that he would lose hands down – unfortunately to such an uninspiring person as Hillary Clinton.

But if that is how you see things, thanks for the warning. It would do a lot of good if all of us stopped imagining that we can really control events.

As for the ISIS threat and the millions of innocent Muslims: I wish the latter would understand how dire the threat is, and stopped asserting their identity at every turn. I’m not asking that they all do what “thankfully ex-Muslim” appears to have done. That’s asking for too much.

The history books tell us that Buddhism and Hinduism was destroyed in Afghanistan but today we are not talking about history; after all, the ongoing Sunni Islamization process continues today in Kashmir, Southern Thailand, Somalia, the Maldives, Yemen and a host of other mainly Sunni Islamic nations. Therefore, while the Dalai Lama enjoys his world tours he remains mainly silent about the beheading of Buddhist children and monks in southern Thailand and clearly says little about the ban on Buddhism in Saudi Arabia. Even worse, the Dalai Lama praises Islam while fellow Buddhists are being slaughtered and persecuted in southern Thailand.

Therefore, the Dalai Lama and Western duplicity is the problem because you have countless Christian leaders and politicians saying the same while Somali Christian converts are being hounded down and slaughtered one by one. Their silence and lies is enabling southern Thailand and Somalia to take place and the same applies to the destruction of the Hindu Kashmiri Pandits.

Therefore, the Dalai Lama is a retired man and out of his job of political head.

In many parts of the Sunni Muslim world it is clear that their societies are going backwards and not forward. Western leaders and many elites alongside political correctness, mean that you have a media blackout “on reality” and instead every excuse is given and we have “moral relativity.” Yet in the early 21st century it is clear that “the stone age mentality” is still alive in many parts of the world and Sunni Islamic hatred is aimed at non-Muslims and minority Muslim groups like the Ahmadiyya and Shia.

Indeed, “the stone age mentality” was more progressive than modern day Saudi Arabia. After all, women would have had more freedom in the stone-age period than they do in modern day Saudi Arabia and clearly you had greater religious pluralism in the stone-age period.

After all, in modern day Saudi Arabia which is the cradle of Islam, it is abundantly clear that females must cover up from head to toe and they must not mingle freely with males. At the same time, no non-Muslim places of worship are allowed and Buddhists, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, and others, must not pray openly or speak openly about their faith.

The Shia also suffers enormous persecution in Saudi Arabia because Sunni Islamic fanatics deem them to be infidels. Therefore, converts from Sunni Islam to Shia Islam in Saudi Arabia face persecution. Also, Ahmadiyya Muslims are not allowed to enter Saudi Arabia because they are deemed to be infidels in the eyes of Sunni Islamic elites in Saudi Arabia.

If Buddhists or Christians, or other non-Muslims, speak openly about their faith in modern day Saudi Arabia then they will face the Sunni Islamic inquisition. This means that they will be questioned by the religious police in Saudi Arabia and they will face the wrath of Islamic Sharia law based on Sunni Islamic doctrines.

The situation becomes even more alarming when it applies to a Muslim converting to another religion, because this is punishable by death in Saudi Arabia. Given this reality, the Sunni Islamic inquisition is a modern day fact in the land of Mecca and Medina and it is abundantly clear that religious and gender equality is seen to be a threat to Sunni Islam.

Therefore, females, non-Muslims, or anyone who supports another world view faces the wrath of the ongoing Sunni Islamic inquisition in Saudi Arabia. This applies to all aspects of life and if a Buddhist or Christian male had sex with a Muslim female or wanted to marry a Muslim female; then the penalty would mean death for the non-Muslim male and prison for the Muslim female.

If nations like the United Kingdom introduced the same system and imposed even 1% of the same restrictions on Sunni Muslims; then liberals, champagne socialists, and the political correct brigade would be attacking the British government and system. However, the same people who care about human rights and equality have “hit a Sunni Islamic brick wall.”

This applies to a blackout on reality therefore it is fine for Sunni Muslims in various parts of the world, for example in Afghanistan, the Maldives, Saudi Arabia, and Somalia, to support killing all apostates from Islam and to victimize women into becoming shadows. Yet if someone points out the complete backwardness of this system and religion; then you are deemed to be a racist or other terminologies are used in order to silence you into submission.

Radical white converts to Sunni Islam are also continuing this hatred and Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi who was born Ian Dallas before his conversion to Islam clearly hates the Shia and deems all non-Sunni Muslims to be inferior and worthy of jizya and persecution.

Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi, the Sunni Islamic Sufi fanatic, states that

“Jordan, too is split. The mass are modernist but devoid of an ‘Aqida and a Fiqh, while the Rulership openly espouses one-worldist movements and has issued a Declaration accepting the Shi‘a as if it could subsist within Islam. Shi‘ism is not a cancer in the body of Islam, it was a wart which fell off, hence its name.”

Therefore, Shaykh Abdalqadir as-Sufi is part of the Sunni Islamic hate machine and this non-Muslim did not turn to Islam in order to reach religious enlightenment. On the contrary, he entered the Sunni Islamic hate theory of all non-Muslims and he clearly loathes Shia Islam.

If we look at the situation in many parts of the world, then it is clear that the Sunni Islamic inquisition is ongoing and non-Muslims are being killed or victimized because of their non-Muslim religion. Also, minority Muslims like the Shia and Ahmadiyya are killed and persecuted by Sunni Islamic fanatics.

For example, radical Sunni Islamists in Somalia are intent on destroying all things which are deemed to be un-Islamic and in order to do this Islamic Sharia Law is in full swing, alongside intimidation, the killing of Christians, banning music, chopping hands and feet off, and other draconian measures. This society, according to devout Sunni Islamists in Somalia, is meant to be the “new way” and Sunni Islamists state that they are following the teachings of Mohammed and that their theories are based on the Koran and the Hadiths.

In this sense, radical Sunni Islamists are claiming that it is they, and not liberal Muslims, who are carrying out “real Islam.” In a strange irony, they can claim that this is true because Mohammed stated the following:

“Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the latter day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Messenger have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth, out of those who have been given the Book, until they pay the tax in acknowledgment of superiority and they are in a state of subjection.” Koran 9:29

I understand first generation immigrants have different values for women and prefer them to be subservient or be homemakers, but my gosh, how can you all support a man who constantly demeans women including his own Republicans? We welcome you immigrants but please do not think you can just blindly expect everyone to be so hateful as some of you.

As an ex military combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan who is a fan of his programming teacher, I find it appalling that people from foreign countries who have become citizens of this great nation will support a man who engages in race baiting and demeaning american born people of Hispanic origin. Why attack this man because he called out Trump?

Also have you ever watched his live performances on how he insults women? How can people who claim to cherish conservative values accept a man who has married 3 times and is so unChristian? He insulted Carly Fiorina. I guess if you a male from an underdeveloped nation where women have no rights it is ok to expect and demand they be subservient and be at home and cook and be substitute mothers to sexist men?

When the anchor throws to Carly Fiorina for her reaction to Trump’s momentum, Trump’s expression sours in schoolboy disgust as the camera bores in on Fiorina. “Look at that face!” he cries. “Would anyone vote for that? Can you imagine that, the face of our next president?!” The laughter grows halting and faint behind him. “I mean, she’s a woman, and I’m not s’posedta say bad things, but really, folks, come on. Are we serious?”

Here are some news articles over time on his treatment of women.

Donald Trump claims to “cherish” women, but his actions — and words — suggest otherwise.

Fox News’ Megyn Kelly called him out on his sexist behavior during the GOP debate on August 6, reminding him: “You have called women you don’t like ‘fat pigs’, ‘dogs’, ‘slobs’, and ‘disgusting animals.”

Trump laughed off the question, claiming he doesn’t “have the time for total political correctness.” Later, Trump called Kelly a “bimbo” and said that he “didn’t recognize” the remarks she was referencing.

    Well, we recognize them.

Trump has consistently insulted, belittled, sexualized and stereotyped women. He has also taken the time to personally insult individual notable women like Sarah Jessica Parker, Rosie O’Donnell, Cher, Bette Midler, and others.

He has no respect for family values. He has no respect for women and his wives are his trophy wives.

Donald J. Trump, who received draft deferments through much of the Vietnam War, told the author of a coming biography that he nevertheless “always felt that I was in the military” because of his education at a military-themed boarding school.

Mr. Trump said his experience at the New York Military Academy, an expensive prep school where his parents had sent him to correct poor behavior, gave him “more training militarily than a lot of the guys that go into the military.”

That claim may raise eyebrows given that Mr. Trump, now a Republican presidential candidate, never served in the military and mocked Senator John McCain of Arizona, a decorated naval aviator, for his captivity of several years during the Vietnam War.

“He’s not a war hero,” Mr. Trump said in July. “He’s a war hero because he was captured. I like people that weren’t captured.”
