Entire Sirisena Family At The UN

President Maithripala Sirisena, who is currently in New York for the the 72nd Regular Session of the UN General Assembly (UNGA 72) has been accompanied by his wife Jayanthi, son Daham and daughters Chathurika and Dharani Colombo Telegraph reliably learns.

Two yeas ago Daham Sirisena was spotted attending the UNGA sessions and seated with the Sri Lanka delegation raising eyebrows and causing much embarrassment to the President.

This year, however, the President’s wife and elder daughter Chathurika, although seen at the UN Headquarters, have not been spotted attending the sessions. Daham, is in New York, according to sources, but has not been seen as yet at the UN. Although the President’s younger daughter Dharani has not been in the public eye as much as her controversial siblings, she is also in New York, a foreign ministry source told Colombo Telegraph. Oh what a bummer …….. he should have taken Sajiin Vass Gunawardena to punch Donald Trump.

That would have put us on the map …… one up on the ol’ Rocket-Boy.

Tame speeches that no one listens to is not the direction the world is heading …………… something spectacular is the need of the hour.

The Book Launch of ” President my Thaththa ‘” in Newyork , the Publishers may have invited the family of Chathu Sirisena on the expense of the Publishers.
These are very common things folks !! Great opportunity for them.
All I could say Good luck to them , earning their living by means of doing an honest job instead of living on others.

This Bi-partisan UNP_SLFP culture of corruption and nepotism, that has reached heights under Mahinda Jarapassa with support of bond scam Ranil Wickramasinghe must end. Instead of dragging SAITEM issue, JVP should organize a series of massive anti-corruption rallies.
Also there should be an age limit for politicians and no one over 60 should be allowed to contest. This generation of corrupt political leads must GET OUT and let younger people take over

The Debt burden of the country is a result of corruption and Fake development projects funded by foreign aid agencies (China, US, India, Japan, Korea) to further their economic and security interest.

Well the United Nations is itself a useless and corrupt talk show and a massive waste of funds. NO women have ever been its head and Gutterez is another crony.

President Trump’s plan to de-fund UN is a very good one! Actually, UN should be shut down to save massive sums of poor people’ money spent by dictators of Global South on shopping sprees and UN shows in New York.

“Where are they staying? The Plaza, Waldorf, St Regis??”

It doesn’t really matter where they are staying , what matters is , who is putting up with the bill ! Only the president’s expenditure should be paid in full by the tax payers’ money , rest must be paid by them selves.

remember when mafia king taking hundred odd delegation subsequently been sidelined ? what about his travel restrictions ! he was always reminded that he couldn’t travel outside the UN premises , if he did , he would be arrested ! what an embarrassment for the country , lucky we don’t have to put up with such humiliation any more.

    CT,
Let poor fella have some gala with the family in New York at the expense of 62 lakhs who thought this “humble human being would change “nasty” practices of “moron” MR!” :-p

Bdw, he should have accompanied Sachini Navaratne also and let her to write the second phase of the book ‘janadipati thatta’ on behalf of Chathu the loku doo! Would “UN giya thaththa” a suitable title?

      Good idea.

KASmaalam K A Sumanasekere, Udaya Prabhath Gammanpila, Weerasangilige Wimal Weerawansa and Dayan Jayatilleka are the qualified Dr Mahinda b***s carriers. I suggest these three should be authorised to write the next part of the Mahawamsa, essentially the history of Rajapaksas.

      |I think you should start keeping notes on the life of the the saffron clad thug Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara in case you are asked to publish his life story.

Oh Nativz you have responded! Well, if I get the job, I will first read the biographies of Chelva, Sundaralinkam, Amirthalinkam etc., first. Then go to their fore fathers, Ponnambalam brothers etc., not forgetting the Manner and Jaffna bishops who cradle the terrorists in the recent past. Last but not least, I will somehow read uncle Viggie and grand pa Sampa also, so that my job will be much easy as Galagoda Aththe’s book will be mostly a carbon copy of the above mentioned “plural” leaders for Tamils in SL.

You will you get a free copy my friend. Sure.

Don’t forget to mention Pon Ramanathan saved Don Stephen Senanayake’s a**e in 1915 and another 35 or so a***s. Probably your granddads neck from gallows for killing innocent Muslims.

By the way when you write about VP, please make a passing comment he kicked the invading Hindian IPKF back to Sultanate of New Delhi while the Sri Lankan armed forces were hiding behind his bum.

Yes yes Native V, I will write about Pon Rama’s great efforts to get the freedom to us from Brit imperials. And the guts that he had to talk on behalf of Sinhalas when Muslims started rampage against Sinhalese in 1915. At the same time, I cant skip mention how he did reluctant to accept the fact that Sinhalas are the majority in this country. Because they did not want to lose their privileges they already received from Brits.

Sorry bro, at times, truth is bitter.

Bdw, you must be happy with your boss’s presentation with reg. to the constitution. Specially the merger of NE! (Do hope it is nothing to do with ‘little now-more later’ concept of Chelva and his followers of olden and modern days).

Don’t forget one more historically important piece of information. When free education was discussed D S S opposed it while Pon supported it.

By the way are you going to mention how VP won the war for Dr Mahinda and won two elections for him? Please mention the fees Dr Mahinda paid VP for his election work in 2005. May be in the region of Rs 185 million. Find out from Basil, Tiran and Emil Kanthan.

Pon Ram would have foreseen the future of this island, how a noisy minority the Sinhala/Buddhist fascists could hold this country to ransom through various means. This noisy minority loves to perpetuate their rule over 21 million life.

Please let me have a copy of your history book.

Of course mate, Pon’ bros were great at times compare to some of the Sin leaders. UNP opposed for free edu. But Pon bros racial remarks also needed to be mention in the book if it is to be with real facts.

Your VP paid MR claims is bit cheap political and no one who is in the right mind wont buy that silly story. Hence, um not going to give any space in the book for such a hypothesis.

                cheers

I don’t know where you got the idea. Probably you are another padikkama carrier to the public racist HLD M. If you need excellent racist comment read the public racist Anagarika Homeless Dhamapala.

“Your VP paid MR claims is bit cheap political and no one who is in the right mind wont buy that silly story.”.

It was Dr MR who paid VP to rig the election in 2005 not the other way round. Ask Tiran and Emil Kanthan, they would be happy to confirm it. By the way Dr Gota not only recouped everything Dr MR paid to VP but many times over when Gota’s boys broke into VP’s Central Bank safe.

But ballige puthas sons instead ruined the nation by various crimes commited also tremouring DALADA maligawa premised by their night races held …

This development is perfectly OK by me, as long as we – the citizenry – don’t have to pick the bill. The President has every right to have his family wherever he goes, but he must pay out of his pocket, for that is the right and proper thing to do.

I still believe he will. If not, we are in JokeLand.

Quite So! The rest of the brigade it has to be a private trip and not at state expense. It is incidental to note that when Late Abdul Kalam was President of India and he invited some of his relatives to visit him in Rashrapathi Bhavan, the full trip, the train journey from South India and back, the lodging expenses were all borne by the worthy son of India when he fathered the Nation. But such fellows are not welcome by the system and he was not wanted for a second term. Good people really have no place. So it is not a small wonder that MY3 has to shed some of his puratincal preachings of simplicity so that he may be “invited” to serve a second term which he “reluctantly” accepts. Oh! Gosh!

      justice

he won’t be able to fund it at our current exchange rates. However rich people can fund it for him. For example they can book the hotels and pay for it.Then the question arises when those guys want a favour how is he going to refuse them. That is why in high public office you should not accept any favours from anybody because in this world all expect favours to be returned one day. There is no free lunch in this world.Even when elections take place politicians come after the votes of ordinary people but their election campaign is funded by the rich.So it is no wonder that after the election they work for the big end of town returning the favour and forget the small people altogether. That is one of the pit falls of democracy.

Cannot understand why CT keeps attacking President Sirisena. Looks like they have a personal animosity with him. Compared to the way other politicians play out money this is nothing.
Everybody knows how MR behaved and how Ranil & his ‘Royal’ mates’ records handling public money. Even some of the others before MR were not clean.
In this background is it a grave sin for a President to take his family to listen to his speech at the UN or Chaturika getting a ghost writer to write about her father?
    Please be realistic.

    • 19
      2

I think the point is not to compare with the past or other current politicians, but highlight the hypocrisy of President Mr. Good Governance Sirisena. The standard he (and others too) should be compared to is the standard he set for himself! Unless he demonstrates that he paid for his children, it is the taxpayer in Sri Lanka who is financing this joyride… however expensive or cheap it is with respect to the antics of others is irrelevant.

CT has no grudge that can be proved? MR advanced Rs. 7 million approx..to start with:-
“A top UN official of Sri Lanka in New York is to be questioned over alleged financial irregularities. concerning an advance of more than US$ 50,000 for expenses related to a visit by former President and entourage to attend the UN General Assembly.

“Cannot understand why CT keeps attacking President Sirisena. Looks like they have a personal animosity with him. “

We should press CT to uncover more of his undemocratic deals with the former and present crooks .

Within the last two and half years he and his family have misused his powers than we expected. His son was involved in many serious incidents, the IGP who saved his son was himself saved from disciplinary actions, when some senior members of the armed forces were summoned at the courts he expressed his displeasure, he vowed to protect all those war criminals, has no intention of seriously charging all his former colleagues for fraud, war crimes, …………………..

In 2015 his son accompanied his father to UN General Assembly where he was seated along Sri Lankan delegation, a privilege other Sri Lankan citizen of his age don’t enjoy.

There is not much difference among the leaders.

As long as he is he is paying for them from his personal account, whats the problem?

  • 9
    14

Surely they did not go there to open foreign bank accounts to hoard ill-gotten money as commissions and bribes. Ho many state enterprises made losses and went bankrupt including Rubavahini under MR King.. The income of many enterprises was syphoned to foreign banks under the previous ruler. If this family members went on their money nothing can be wrong.

    • 2
      0

Where do you think the family’s money came from? How does a gramasevaka become a multi-millionaire overnight? How can an upright leader appoint his brother SLT chairman two weeks after gaining power? How can that foul daughter accompanied by huge security, swan around Polonnaruwa ‘trying to find out what the burning problems of the people are’?

We know what their problems are. Too many arseholes like them living off the backs of the poor and the hungry.

This is a very nice photo of the Sirisena family, They all look very happy, with nice smiles. I do not think that I have ever seen a photo of MR’s wife having a happy face in any of her photos. Wives – Fearless, Feelings – heartless, Education – Valueless

No difference to the Rajapaksa’s. They are there are tax payer expense, will stay at the top hotels, most probably take the entire floor, will go on a shopping spree, and Daham will get new imported underwear, and the latest duds, and will have a jolly good time.
So how different is this President to the last, when it comes to the family sponging off the country? Looks like the entire village is in New York.

Two years ago the royal son cried that “Mommy doesn’t go that is why I did go”. This time, probably it would be “They all went; then why shouldn’t I too go?”

The media reported the usual large entourage did not accompany because the gang was needed back at home to demolish 13A .But, now it seems to it would have been disturbance to the family vation?

The thief played a drama singing to gazette the OMP bill while Geneva was in session. (Even if it had been passed with would not have been any good for the missing people). They, every second play a game to manipulate somebody’s opinion and maneuver through it their agenda. They call it (Appa Diplomacy) democratic majority decision. Now the High Commissioner understand well these crooks. So they want to meet him at New York. It is unlikely he take money from Lankawe like the Korean poor beggar Ban-Ki-Moon and Nambiar. He has all what he wants.

SO WHAT? Ivanka the blondie with a clothing line but no brains to be an advisor, the two dumb fuck sons Don Jr. who loves to act macho and the boy who looks like Lord Valdemort with some cheap Mexican Plastic surgery. (both arrogant putzes who love to cut tails off big game in Africa like a lot of arrogant rich billionaire class kids who fail to serve in the US military) ALL attended UN sessions. Only one missing was the not so pretty gal from his second marriage(only marriage to an American Marla Maples) Tiffany.. Tiffany was always discriminated against when he cheated on their mothers and also groped a lot of pussy. SO WHAT? This is just something even Sirimavo did but in very small delegations. She took her useless son Anura to expose him. Give the Sirisenas a break.
