London has had terror attacks almost every month over the last 6 months.
If this hapenned in Colombo there would have been travel bans and airlines would have pulled out and risk premiums imposed on ships. Visiting Sports teams would have pulled out and creditbratingnagencies would have downgraded SL.
But this is London and hence nothing of this sort is applicable.

With all the modern gizmos, the city falls victim to a crude devices from amateur. This shows how poorly organized and prepared the British are. We see streets cordoned off with yellow tape depriving residents barring access and you say daily lives and activities are not threatened. Who are you trying to fool? The moral lesson here is that no city, country or people are safe from extremists or terrorists.
