Hotel Options In Ibiza For All The Family

Santa Eulalia is the island of Ibiza’s third largest resort, and extremely popular with families with the benefit of being only 21 kilometres from the airport, making transfers quick and easy. For those looking for a quiet Ibiza getaway, the town promises much and doesn’t disappoint. A picturesque, palm-lined promenade runs alongside the wide, sandy, child-friendly beach while the town also has a well-founded reputation for good food, good shopping, and cultural offerings, all at a little slower pace than of the island’s other resorts.

For people looking for a child-free break the Hotel Sol Ibiza is for adults (over 15) only. Found in a quiet enclave of Santa Eulalia, a stroll from the town’s hub, the hotel offers a contemporary interior design, and lots of sunny open spaces. Its rooms all have a terrace on which to relax and enjoy your holiday. Take a dip in the hotel’s outdoor pool or work up an appetite on the multipurpose sports court or gym. In the evenings, there is the option of live music or shows, or sit back and relax with a drink in the Piano Bar.

Upbeat Holiday Hotels

Visitors looking for a more upbeat holiday, may wish to consider Hotel Brisa, Ibiza or Hotel Riviera . Both are walking distance from San Antonio and its bustling scene, shops, restaurant and clubs. In peak season, July and August, the clubs of the resort are flocked to by holidaymakers in search of the ultimate nightlife. The rest of the year, however, sees the resort and these hotels, somewhat quieter.

Both hotels benefit from easy access to the beach of Punta Xinxó. To get to San Antonio itself, you can choose to travel the short three or so kilometres by foot, bus or even ferry. Buses can also take you to other nearby beaches for a change of scene during your stay.

The recently modernized, three-star Hotel Brisa is popular with couples and small groups of friends who want a relaxing holiday while being close to the shops and entertainment of San Antonio. The double rooms have balconies from which you can watch the world go by, or you can take advantage of local activities such as tennis, parasailing, scuba diving, or mini golf.

The Riviera Hotel Ibiza, also three-star, and which has the option to stay all-inclusive, has impressive sea views over the San Antonio Bay. The all-inclusive guests can eat all their meals at the restaurant buffet, which also opens twice a day for all guests. The hotel has terraces, gardens, and two swimming pools for both adults and children, and the Riviera Hotel can also offer apartments as well as hotel rooms.

Let Jet2holidays help you explore all that the island of Ibiza has to offer.
