Rishard is in the parliament but this guy is in the prison. This is how Muslims ministers got together with Sinhala Intellectuals and created MMDA. A natural terrorist, Rishard, told in the parliament that Tamils (one race) in Lankawe is refused to show their back for Rajeezk Kuzhu to suck more blood so the economy has gone down. But he was the Trade and Industry minister for long time and he built up lands and bank account to the amounts even his bosses wondered how he had it all. It is Badiuddin created the LTTE by shutting all ways to Tamils but rebel. The Tamil leader, whom still Muslims recognize, SJV started the freedom fight. Rishard is under many criminal investigation, beyond his connection to Tamil Churches bombing by ISIS. He is blamed for using 200 government buses free to transport Muslims to Tamils area, where they don’t want to live, because of the poorness of the area, but want to vote and create a Muslim MP using the PR system. That is how Rishard robs tax payers money for his associates and brought other races beggars. Earlier, the poorest race before the war is the richest race now after the war.
