Louis Arnour charges that there is evidence that would implicate top Govt. and military Leaders of killing Tamils deliberately and intentionaly. Dose she also know that the killings of the Tamils were done with the full knowledge of the Americans who gave the green light to commit the massacre? It is for this reason the Americans are trying their best to avoid an Investigation although Louis Arbour, Gordon Weisse and Navi Pillai crowd are keen.
