New Gaddafi Video Footage Purportedly Shows Late Libyan Leader After His Death

A YouTube upload purporting to show new footage from after Libyan strongman Muammar Gaddafi’s violent death last October has surfaced, allegedly providing a clearer view of the late dictator’s bloodied body.

Activist Sami al-Hamwi (@HamaEcho) tweeted a link to the video, remarking that someone should show the footage to Syrian president Bashar Assad as a reminder of what befell another Middle East dictator.

Previous footage posted shortly after Gaddafi’s death last year showed him on his knees, seemingly alive. In the clearer footage below, Gaddafi’s shirtless body appears to be transported by a group of men in the back of a van.

Muammar Gaddafi ruled Libya for almost 42 years, gaining a reputation as a colorful character and merciless dictator.

WARNING: Video below contains extremely graphic content. The footage below could not be independently verified and it’s unclear why the video was only released now.HUFFPOST

Siri Elapatha, why what about our own Tsunamipathi MR? Who apart from killing non combatant Tamils, how many innocent others like Lasantha Wickrematunge, Prageeth Eknaligoda and crowd have been killed?

        gamini,
Latest – Nimalaruban tortured and beaten to death in Vavuniya jail,no judicial inquiry reported,no postmortem report revealed, and permission for burial in home town refused on grounds of ‘national security’ – now reportedly allowed under supervision of a police officer.
Gaddafi finally received what he doled out to his countrymen who opposed him politically – almost similar to what happened to our own Rohana Wijeweera.

Yes Luwensky, not only in Libya, there are basterds in Sri Lanka also. The issue is still our bastards have not done what the Libyan bastards have done. Why they are taking so long is something that worries many sane people here. Afterall see the good things our Gadaffi has done for us. Has given us a new Air Line, Mihin Lanka for the citizen to travel Himin at cost. Instead of the three meals one had earlier now reduced to one, so less washing and cleaning. Education made easy for any synthetic product to pass. Doctorates galore for the mere asking, double or even tripple. Don’t you think our bastards should do what the Libyan bastards did as soon as possible?

But the biggest BASTARD to support moron Hitlerpaksa is Ranilpaksha, our “Leader of NO opposition”. He aids and abets Hitlerpaksha indirectly????

Ranil Bashing has been a past time for many who have earlier helped MR over RW to put him on the seat of power then. Now these very supporters of MR earlier have turned against MR and wants Ranil to oust MR, hook or by crook. They want RW to get the masses out and bring MR to his knees. But none of them are willing to assist Ranil in the effort of coming out to the streets. These are arm chair critics only. In the process of protest, if any get killed, it is RW who will have to take the blame, where he will be accused, that due to his greed for power grabbing that he has sacrificed the innocent. Therefore Ranil bashing alone will not do.

Why do you think people all over the world affectionately remember Mahathma Ganthi even 65 years after his assassination?

This should be yet another reminder for those tyrants who believe in their own indestructibility.

Native I respectfully differ from the stand taken about Mahathma Gandhi. Not about his anti violence demonstration but his advocation of clothing after himself being well dressed in Western attire as a Lawyer earlier. No wonder he was called a Naked Fakir. Just imagine if the entire Indian Nation in dhoti today? To tell you he is not that well received and remmembered in his own birth town today, except that the Political leaders are trying to down pour the nation, his personality for their own advantage.

          I beg to differ.

Ganthi is well respected and revered by Indians as well as non Indians.

Those who have BJP Hindutva agenda have always despised him not because of his principles but for their own right wing fascistic religious bigotry.

          You say:

” Just imagine if the entire Indian Nation in dhoti today”

Whats wrong with wearing indigenous dhoti?

I do wear amuday when at home. Its convenient, comfortable, cool, glamorous, smart and above all sexy. What more do you expect from our trendy amuday to be recognised as descent clothing?

Native, Bluffing the masses has been a trait of many a political leader, in this part of the world, who had climbed the social ladder. What is wrong with the dhoti is, just because Mahathma Gandhi got recognition wearing one does not necessarily mean, the down trodden will receive the same recognition. The same happened here, where our Politicians Banda, JR and others wearing the National Dress. Did they sport it, when they went overseas at the beginning for International Conferences? No, Banda is seen in three piece with his smoking pipe and JR in full suit at the San Fransisco Conference. Even today some of the Politicians who sport the National Dress here, are seen in full suit in foreign lands. So much for their commitment. In this respect of the attire, I concede the Communist leaders like NM, Colvin, Pieter and crowd although they bluffed the masses otherwise, calling the masses as Sahodarayas, they did not bluff with the dress. Similarly the Japanese having their Kimmonah as their National Dress, they sport themselves including the Royalty in the Western attire, the tail coat and full suit.

You may be comfortable and sexy in your mind wearing the amudey or for that matter without a stich. You admit, you are comfortable in your amudey at home. To quote you,’I do wear amuday when at home. Its convenient, comfortable, cool, glamorous, smart and above all sexy’. In other words you are dressed in Western Attire otherwise. If you are so comfortable, why do you not wear it for functions and outside the country? Why bluff Native? Just because this Naked Fakir wanted to revolt against the West for not being recognised, he thought he could get the whole of India to follow him. Did it happen that way? No, None were so foolish as himself.

One cannot be good at one time and bad at another. If it is so such a person is a dubious character. Millions of good deeds will be erased off by one bad deed. That is divine dictum. Then the divine punishment for the wrong deed comes unannounced in the form of natural calamity and even in the form of human action.

        No dreaming.
It is intelligent inferring from history.
Our top men foolishly believe that they can take refuge in China/Russia as these are powerful (but totalitaran) countries.

But do you really think that these countries are really interested in the “persons” rather than “our country”.
When regime change takes place and the country being ruled by a new democratic (popular) leader/s , can you expect these so called powerful nations not to side with the country’s new leaders
        and shelter the ousted men/women?

    complains:

“Did they sport it, when they went overseas at the beginning for International Conferences?”

When in Rome, do as the Roman’s do.

However I have seen a few photographs of Premadasa and JR in half sherwani jacket and trousers. Were they hiding behind the Indians?

    You say:

” No, None were so foolish as himself.”

Yet he kicked the white sahibs out of India which contributed the dismembering of the British Empire where sun never set despite the kicking and screaming of racist Churchill. Are you saying the British were stupider than the half naked fakir?

Native, you are mistaken that it was Mahathma Gandhi alone who kicked the British out. There were many factors and many people who contributed to that finality. As said every good thing must come to an end, so with the British Empire. As for whether the British are more stupid than this Naked Fakir, almost after sixty years after Mahathma Gandhi, one can easily asses in which direction the masses in India have moved, whether towards the Dhoti or the Western Tie, Coat and Suit.

Gandhi provided leadership and was a clever one at that. He was instrumental in uniting the country in the struggle to liberate Indians from colonialism.

Had Bose succeeded in his violent confrontation with the British we would have witnessed a million or more fiefdom fighting each other in the subcontinent.

Had the liberation struggle taken up arms the British would have nipped it at its bud.

All in all Gandhi’s contribution is to India will never be forgotten.

Ganthi was seen as god fearing Sadhu. However I see a shrewd politician in this half naked fakir.

Like many readers here and most in the country, we too wish to see the
Rajapakses out – but not in the violent manner in which Gaddafi was got
rid of. Remember, we are a country blessed with the lessons and tradition of non-violence, compassion and kindness of the great religions of Hinduism, Buddhism and Christianity. Revenge and the cry for the others blood is not part of the culture here. The Rajakses should be ousted via democratic norms before they do further incalculable harm to the country.

Hated leaders whom the people would treat as Gaddafi was treated always go around with large security contingent – if they dare to go out at all.
Those whom people will not harm but only respect and admire, travel in public by vehicle or even barefoot.
It is easy to distinguish between both types.
