A protest rally was held on June 28th in Paris against the discrimination of homosexuals and demanding equal rights for them.

The large crowd consisting of  homosexual rights organizations, human rights organizations, leftist political parties, women’s organizations , trade unions and artistes participated in the protest Rally.

Despite pouring falling rain the protest which started in front of Luxembourg park marched through Bastille finishing after four hours at Republic Square in Paris.
