Sri Lanka’s ruling party national list MP A H M Azwar attended the CHOGM official days briefing press conference as a journalist and attacked channel 4 and foreign media today. Though he introduced himself as a citizen of Sri Lanka many journalist questioned how a government MP participated and asked questions while sitting with journalists. Commonwealth Spokesman Richard Uku asked him to speak in a civilized manner.

Aswar is not an elected MP but was appointed by the ruling party. He is also one of the Presidential Adviser. With all these responsible positions he holds, he acts like a buffoon in parliament interrupting all oppositions MPs especially TNA MPs. Above all, the uncivilized public speeches held by MR, Wimal buruwa, Mervin should promptly be banned askin them to be in compliance with ETHICS of PUBLIC speeches. Very recently, I listened to a video in which MR was using filthy kinda sinhala publicly… ( apita kelawanna enawa).
