And….what are these actors supposed to be doing, other than mouthing off talking points circulated by Eelamists?

This is an international conspiracy against a poor small nation. Ours is a domestic conflict due to two different languages, why all these international players/conspirators. Our president is capable of solving the domestic issue with the TNA, why internationalize it to such an extent? Why involve people from this many countries? These people are all out to tarnish the image of Sri Lanka in the International arena.

@gamarala, Lanka have an image? Where? I agree these TGTE fellows have nothing to do but incite trouble especially for the poor Tamils in lanka. Your president, this clown rajapukka? are you bloody kidding me about him resolving problems? He is too busy robbing the country. The outside interference is not against the country fool, it is against the thugs who are in power. This is the poison this rajapukka bugger has fed into your little pea brain and you believe this nonsense. Go write your garbage somewhere else, maybe a Sinhala extremist newspaper. Idiots like you will believe this crap.

          Tamil from the north

Assuming that there is going to be a regime change, what next?

Clan goes and there are many more waiting in the wings to replace it.

The fate of the people would not change for the better. The worsening situation can only be arrested by restructuring the state. Regime change is not the panacea.

The Sinhala/Buddhists have been fed on a staple diet of hatred, enmity and racism towards the minorities, made to believe in their exclusive right to own this island, envious of others, rage on a 24/7/52 basis, unleash 450 years bottled up colonial anger on hapless minorities regularly, and more.

Under these conditions kicking the clan out of office, out of the country could only amount to a cosmetic change. The problems are deep rooted.

I have a simple solution. Let me kick all descendants of Kallathonies back to where they belong, North South India.

You say, “Our president is capable of solving the domestic issue with the TNA,….” and “Why involve people from this many countries?.”

The president has certainly shown his capabilities in this matter by re-appointing G.M. Chandrasiri as the Northern Provinical Governor much against the wishes of the TNA, who are vehemently opposed to a Governor with a heartless military background.

You are talking bloody rot. The president is not capable of solving this problem at all, and he will not solve this problem even if he is given another 100 years to do it.

If Mahinda Rajapakse and the army that controls him have a fraction of the concern of Gamarala, we should have peace and
reconciliation between the two major communities soon.

In fairness TGTE should also consider appointing VENEREAL Gandasara as a Senator. Gandasara could be of immense help during “senate sittings”!!

    • 5
      2

How about Mervyn?. After all he acted in that movie on Elala and Duttu.

I certainly wouldn’t let Gandasara out of SL because he will not fare well outside of SL with the same games. If we does play the same game he might end becoming a “Mamanithar” – Great man, in no time you know ;)

        Native,

Is there any way to check weather TGTE has vacancies for following posts.

        1. Cheap Justice.
        2. Attorney General.
        3. IGP.
        4. Secretary of Defense.
        5. Governor – Central Bank TGTE
        6. Supreme Court Judges.
        7. Members for Bribery commission.
        8. Election Commissioner.

We have some quality guys for above posts for TGTE in case if they need except No. 4 as we need him here for Presidential election. After the Presidential election we can consider him also. But please note that under any circumstances we can’t send Champika Ranawaka, Udaya Gammanpila, Nishantha Sri Warnasingha, Omalpe Sobitha, Athuraliye Ratha, Wimal Weerawansa, Galagoda Gandasara, Dilantha Withanage, Nalin De Silva, Gunadasa Amarasekara as they are doing an immense service to keep TGTE alive.

Sorry mate, we can’t afford to send him out of the country as our future President Anura Kumara Disanayaka has promised to re-open “Helping Hambantota” case once he elected to the office.

Since you are keen to send some brainy guys to help TGTE, I can suggest,

            9. Hon. Bandula Gunawardana – Education Minister for Montessori Children.

            10. S. B Disanayaka – Higher Education Minister for Pigs, Dogs and Animals.

Usha S Sri-Skanda-Rajah has to consider all posts that you have recommended.

Thanks for reminding me the other persons who are working for TGTE and propping it up. I tend to forget all these names as you know my age is catching up with me. It is of course nice to see their names now and then.

They are the sole reason as to why we urgently need to restructure the state with the view to democratising it.

Rudrakumaran and the gang are bunch of idiots who are trying to make good innocent Tamils lives difficult in SL. You’ll never get your fairyland.

SL’s Tamil community paid a hefty price for Prabakaran’s absolute madness and now they are trying to rebuild their lives again.

      It’s a small world.
You cannot stop lobbyist as they run nations.
This trans was conceived in line with South Sudan and they have a representative there.
But today what has South Sudan achieved?? The conflict goes on the CIA is there and the oil flows to Ethiopia.Ethiopias are now constructing a 1 billion road network linking the oil flow and have a 50k force maintaining the oil security.

So their multinational concept is either they have what you have robbed or you would die holding onto your loot.

Sangakkara and the like may be far too early in their mockery.
Nelson Mandela and the ANC, Yasser Arafat and the PLO were mocked
at earlier too but they came back to rule. TGTE and what they stand for needs to be seriously considered. They may not get their “Govt”
soon but they will continue to bother and cause concern with the legitimacy of their cause – until such
time as the Rajapakse regime reviews its rigid stand on allowing some form of devolution to the Tamils in the NEP. Justice, reason and foresight are necessary here before the matter takes further international proportions. Re-appointing army man Chandrasiri as Governor for 5 more years, when the elected representatives continue to ask for a civilian official, is not a sign of give-and-take that is necessary in the circumstances. This is further tacit admission the Army has become far too bigger and outside the control of Mahinda Rajapakse.

GFT boss Suren Surendran, doesn’t get a guernsey but the geriatric Sinhala Tiger from Down Under is a Senator.

TNA heavy, Abraham Sumanathiran issues a joint statement with Suren Surendran on behalf of the Diaspora that the President must bend over now, after the LTTE proxy Sambandan, Premachandran and Senathiraj met Ramposa.

Is Suren more powerful than the TNGTE PM Rudrakumaran?.

Or has the PM given up on having his Eelaam in Yalpanam?.

Has he settled now for NYC, Scarborough, Oslo and Sydney?.

BTW, Isn’t it a pity that the hard working eminent supporters like Ms T, Ms Samarasinghe, Dr Narendran and Reverend Emmanuel missed out on even Deputy positions….

Why are you all jumping up and down. This is the outfit which released a statement an year ago saying all members who were elected at the previous election were automatically re-elected (yes without proper electoral process) because the tamils were so united and supportive of this joke they opt not to have an election!.

Meanwhile Mahinda has requested Rudra to advise him in on how he could get reelected without an election as even he finds this rather strange and simply comedic. To be frank the news that these people are now senators of an idiotic outfit surely a mark of shame for the named ones on the list!

“The tamils do not have people of their own that they need foreigners to rule them?”
Its a fair statement if your in a well and your vision is limited. If you want to look at it the positive sense you got to understand the objective. Which is recognition and what better way than joining people that are recognized in their own fields and hold more credibility on the world stage than any politician in Sri Lanka. It also sends the message that Tamils are willing to work with the world community they are not tied by race or religion.

“Tamils are willing to work with the world community they are not tied by race or religion”

is this why Prabakaran and merry LTTE men chased all the muslims from the north ? (not forgetting the killing of the tamil intellectuals)

          • 0
            3

This is the Sinhala Buddhist racist mentality, Prabakaran is not the yardstick to measure all Tamils having said that one has to understand Muslims lived like brothers until their greed and SL military influence turned them into snitches. Was it right to chase all Muslims I don’t think so but I also think he had little choice in that environment.

            • 1
              0

If Tamils aren’t racist why won’t they work together with the Sinhalese? The sink hole Tamils are in today is because of scum racists like Ponna, Chelva, Sunda and Prabha. TGTE senators or the TN jokers will lead Tamils nowhere, except, perhaps to another lagoon! Better luck next time around!

However if you use gauge measuring their stupidity all of them will hit the final mark.

The question is, have the Tamils launched any sustained campaign against LTTE for what they did to the Muslims? My Elders tell me they haven’t heard of any such protest either in this island or outside.

“Was it right to chase all Muslims I don’t think so but I also think he had little choice in that environment.”

What was the environment and what was the reason they were cleansed from the North?

It seems clear that the TGTE is just the revamped LTTE – now trying to adopt the semblance of a “democratic government”.
