R Sampanthan, the leader of the TNA says he is yet to receive the proceedings and minutes of the Parliamentary Select Committee inquire into allegations against the Chief Justice.
Writing to the Speaker today, he says; “I have also not been given a copy of the purported report submitted by the government members of the PSC to Parliament on 8th December 2012. Neither a draft nor final report was made available to me prior to it being tabled in Parliament. Although it is said to have been tabled, the same has not been sent to me yet.”
“Kindly arrange for the above documents to be sent to me at the earliest to enable me to take appropriate action in this regard” Sampanthan urged the Speaker.

Daya, when I read the first two sentences of Native Veddah, I too thought it was a sarcastic comment but the last sentence proved otherwise. Anyway, he himself has admitted that it is not sarcastic! The reply is from the same computer symbol. Mr. Sampanthan is an elected Member of the TNA which contested the elections as a recognised party. He is also the leader of that Party. So, he has all the rights to request a copy of the PSC proceedings and moreover he was a Member of the PSC appointed by the Speaker. We shouldn’t compare these Tamil Leaders to Prabhakaran. For instance, the leader of the TULF Mr. Anandasangaree was awarded a Unesco Medal for Peace or some other achievement and he gave a very brave speech attacking the LTTE at Unesco Hqrs. in Paris and it was a houseful audience and all of us gave him a standing ovation and the clapping lasted over a minute. Please don’t label all the Tamils as LTTE sympathisers as they are our own brothers and sisters. If we can peacefully with foreigners in foreign countries why not with our own brothers and sisters. We shouldn’t forget that both Sinhalese and Tamils came from India and only the Native Veddahs were in our country when our ancestors arrived in Sri Lanka. Did you ask God or Lord Buddha, or Prophet Mohamed for you to be born to Sinhala Buddhist Parents? If we were born to Tamil parents, out thinking would have been completely different. So please treat all the Sri Lankans alike without any divisions and discrimination. If a group goes astray, we must try to get them back to our fold without discarding or killing them.

With his creeping age, Mr Sambandan has to do something soon, if he wants to leave a good legacy.
Otherwise this high class Tamil politician will only be remembered as a stooge of Mr Prabakaran and did nothing to prevent the destruction of life and property for 30 years although Mr Sambandan pretended as the sole representative of all Tamils in Srilanka.

The Public Trustee was said to have engaged in suspect deals not long ago. Those were just two examples of serious issues that has made the entire population bitter. The influential Buddhist heirarchy has just come out of enforced slumber and are juggling between the people’s anger and their own obligations to a vengeful regime.

I the speaker of the richest language in the world which is like music to ears, cannot be racist. U the morons in CT cant stand what i type, because i tell the truth. U ppl say I am a racist and homophobic. I am not racist,i am Tamil. Our language is the best not like ur stupid chingalam. whenever i hear chingalam, my head starts aching in the very spot my wife hit with a rod.I have short term memory since then so u have to bear whatever I type and never try to laugh at me. u should listen to me because i am Tamil.I dont think i began life with a sinhala seed like u though my wife thinks otherwise.how can she even think such a thing, i hate singhala.

of course i speak one of the civilised dialects called chingalam. i know whatever my people say in my heart i know it’s a worthless dialect. there are no poets or poetry in my dialect. all i have is something called byla or something which has been voted as the best music in the world. even john lennon, paul mccartney and george harrison sang bila. we are a superior race. in fact beatles music was based on bila.needless to say we invented music. we also invented a superior dance which lot of people acknowledge as a gift to this world. all we do is just wear dirty sarongs and do a devil dancing and beat the drums non stop. coming back to the dialect i speak some westerners after listening to what i spoke they said my dialect was made in heaven and thought much better than french. only tamil people say our dialect is not sweet. probably they are biased. anyway, now we are promoting our dialect in china. after listening to a few words of my dialect , oh dear they have put all loans on hold. we are just paupers. we don’t honour our word. they want a fat commission and repayments on existing loans. they say they are not running a charity.
what can we do. where can we go for money. may be we can send a few ariyawathi, somawathis, kusumawati to arab masters but chinese are adamant that they want the money now. we thought china was our friend who will just keep on pouring money but there is a limit to charity. i am an unemployed scrounger in the west.i don’t live in paradise but even if i do i will not get any dole. west is much better for me. .

From the many post above such as Dicky Bird, Native Vedda, what is clear is that we as a Sri Lankan race have not matured to elevate ourselves from micro organic outlook of man kind.
We can continue to blame a race or religion or colour, and still be in the same well and think we are the king of our own castle.
This type of mentality is what has caused this country so much of deaths, racial rift and slag behind technological progression of many other countries.
We as citizen of SL can still decide if we wish to plant the seeds of discrimination so that politicians can use such vulnerability of the public and claim there position to power in parliament and government.
Forget about the micro aspects such as religion or race, think macro who are we going to elevate our people. How many more universities can we build, educate more people so that they do not have to be subservient to harassed jobs such as house maids. We need to grow this country.
Hon. Samanthan has been elected by the people and is serving as a member of parliament similar to that of President Mahinda Rajapakse or Hon. Ranil Wickremasinghe. One reason i look up at Samanthan is that he is standing by a principle of democratic rights for the country and not conducting himself in a manner such MP. Wimal Weerawansa and MP. Dilan Perera who humiliate a women CJ with words such as “Nona”, “Baba” etc.
If you say Samantha is a Terrorist, MR and family are worse because the vice president of the SLFP is former Prabakaran right hand hand man Karuna who in fact killed 600 surrendered Police men, and the list goes on……
Anybody who has committed a crime must be held accountable under the law or lets as a nation decide to live in an Animals world.

we are from a superior race. even hitler had acknowledged that we are the purest of pure aryans. hitler can’t be wrong. can he. in fact we fought shoulder to shoulder with hitler to conquer europe and eventually the world to bring non aryans under our control. we are white skinned, blond haired and blue eyed. hitler had to admit our dialect was way way better than german. our dialect is the most advanced dialect spoken in this world.
we are a great followers of god buddha. god buddha was a good teacher for us. in many of his teachings he agreed with us that we can kill tamil people, rape their women, molest their children, steal their property even to have sex with dead tamil women. what a marvellous religion buddhism is. we are very proud to be buddhists.
during an excavation of one of our very very ancient vihara site we found the oldest hospital in the world. this state of the art hospital
had labs, theatres, and many more. surgeons of that hospital were highly skilled and their qualification was mtcs. as you know mtcs stood for member of the toilet college of surgeons.
we were a very very rich nation before we were invaded by tamils and whites. they plundered our wealth ( if any) and here we are now rely on maids and toilet cleaners to sustain our economy.
we are very very proud ( god only knows why)people.

we are the most intelligent people in the world. majority of the rocket scientists working for nasa are from tangalle and matara. even the head of nasa dr vithanage is from matara. even the man who reached moon is from galle. his name is neelage armstronge. we are a god’s gift to this world. we are everywhere. you name it we are there. head of world bank is dr pissudasa. head of imf is dr sirisena. even the un chief is mr banda moonasinge. head of unhcr is ms navige pillage. it goes without saying that we the most superior race in this world. tamil people are very very jealous about our intelligence and superior positions we hold.
for the past 2,500 years we have been saying tamil people of the north east are invaders. after 2,500 years now we have come to know north east tamil people were brought by dutch to grow tabacco, roll cigars and beedies. after all we learnt this from a dutch source. we are very intelligent people , however, we have to rely on whiteman to learn a bit of history about our country. we know about 1 million tamil people crossed the seas during dutch rule.we have no records to prove it other than to rely on whiteman. however, the children and grand children of these working class people were intelligent enough for american and british missioneries to start the best schools in the country. not only they were intelligent , they dominated industry, commerce and professions. we are intelligent people but we could only be subordinates to tamil masters.when things got out of hand we have to introduce positive discrimination favouring us on uni admissions and jobs. in some countries they call our doctors witch doctors. may be they know our intellient doctors entered uni through the back door.
when it comes to eating habits, tamil people eat vadai and dosai. we don’t like dosai and vadai. we eat karuvadu. karuvadu has a pleasant smell. on the other hand vadai and thosai stink. even french perfumery contains 75% karuvadu. now you know how superior we are.
