Major defect in Lankawe politics is, not connecting with the racial problems from 1948, Lankawe has not been able to form an Economic Policy or Finance Policy. SWRD’s Socialistic policy, it was neither LSSP’s left wing nor right wing not even center, but only the father of Kleptocracy, which eventually started to boom in Lankawe. It opened a new industry in Lankawe, mushrooming new political factories with Socialistic Identity Political parties. Politicians were converted to a new religion, a new school of thought, how to swindle without any allegiance to a political party or any fundamental policy or principle. Leaders like Rajitha Mangala, Rambo, SB, Dayasiri ,Velukumar, ………. were highly facilitated to be morning in one party and evening in another party. Donkey Trading & Political Milling flourished with net result of no law and order, but violence, sexual misconduct, prostitution, international transactional fraud,…… all the negative symptom showed massive growth while people trapped in un-escapable borrowing and poverty. An old fashioned cultural, classical society, when they faced with sudden economic growth, it loses control and start to show negative growth in other areas. But Sinhala Buddhism strangely showed negative growth in every aspects of human life, after 1948.

America fears of China, wants Ceylon’s facilities. So it wants a democratic republic of Ceylon, with much better friendships to West. But Sinhala Buddhist doesn’t like both solutions for two reasons. In either case overruling of Tamils may be lost so Tamils will end up saying this island is theirs too; a contradiction to Mahavamsa history and Sinhala Buddhism. If the Sinhalese are enlightened and free, the rulers’ Chinese commission and royal life will be shaken. Can a team like Royals, who were defeated and chased out in 2015, ever hope again for 2/3 in a country if it is politically matured? Royals who robbed the country (SLFP did it from Siri Mao’s time) now crying that there is no money to operate. American government doesn’t do political lending for Lankawe. 1978 constitution has amendment against any political solution for Tamils, by its 6A. This is barring Tamils asking for their preferred solution. This 6A is against the 29A of the 1948 constitution, it was under which Tamils too received their freedom. 1978 Constitution is now having 13A. 13A is saying to merge North and East and provide semi Federal solutions to Tamils. As 13A is latter one to 6A, so merging North East under 13A cannot be a violation under 6A. But Old King got the Supreme Court to have the merged North East separated only on a signature problem based on JR’s time. In 2013, TNA, in NPC, went for election with Internal Self-determination. Vaddukoddai Convention asked for separate country. After winning the election, Sampanthan Aiya said it was the latest referendum from Tamils. That is, instead of Vaddukoddai convention for North east, he said internal self-determination is the one he was asking from Sinhala government for North East. Internal Self-determination for North east was challenged at Court under 6A and The Court said internal self-determination is not separation. Now Old King is saying no solution merging North East is possible because merging them is separation. Britain, a self-made democratic country, shouldn’t or cannot plead innocence for not recognizing the political status of Ceylon and setting its political path this way committing two mistakes in 1931 & 1948.
