Wikileaks leaked video of Civilians killed in Baghdad – Full video
Short and concise version
Wikileaks has obtained and decrypted this previously unreleased video footage from a US Apache helicopter in 2007. It shows Reuters journalist Namir Noor-Eldeen, driver Saeed Chmagh, and several others as the Apache shoots and kills them in a public square in Eastern Baghdad. They are apparently assumed to be insurgents. After the initial shooting, an unarmed group of adults and children in a minivan arrives on the scene and attempts to transport the wounded. They are fired upon as well. The official statement on this incident initially listed all adults as insurgents and claimed the US military did not know how the deaths ocurred. Wikileaks released this video with transcripts and a package of supporting documents on April 5th 2010

130 years is nothing.
Our “fearless judge” Sarath Ambepitiya sentenced Velupillai Prabakaran, tried in absentia,to 200 years imprisonment – equal to three average lifespans!
He later sentenced a young mother,a widow with two young children, to life imprisonment for posession of 30 mg of heroin.
Nowadays, our magistrates send persons brought by police, without even asking them privately as to what actually happened,to “jail without bail” – known as remand. The rich & those with political ‘clout’promptly fall sick and are hospitalised. Some doctors even find that are sick!
Those with superficial scalp wounds are allowed to go to singapore for treatment.
Our police are kind to some miscreants by ‘releasing’ them on “police bail” which does not exist in the Penal Code.
Our judiciary is indeed unique.

Sarath Fonseka would have ended up the same way, had SF stood by what he revealed the truth of Gota giving the orders to massacre the surrenderees at the hands of Shavendra Silva, because SF had no hand in it. SF had to retract, not for the fear of Gota, but for the involvement of the Americans who would have kept quiet if Gota dealt with SF as threatened for treason, punishment being death as said by the furious Gota. Why is America shielding such person as Shavendra Silva in the UN, let alone an Inquiry, but not even being subject to any questioning with the kind of evidence available?

Why?
Because in the U.S and most other nations money is of imperial importance and human rights are not – until there’s an election when they pretend they are.

130 years of incarceration in a cage for upholding his legal and moral duty for exposing war crimes, but legality and morality does not matter amidst of ‘Do what I am told not as I do’. Obomber and his high ranking Army officers have already declared Manning guilty “He broke the law!” long before his trial and his Army top brass lost no sleep during the three years they tortured Manning with forced nudity and solitary confinement. Thomas Jefferson would consider Private Bradley Manning a patriot.
Further a society drifts away from the truth, the more it will hate those who expose it.
