What could this Garadiya share about all the abusive past of the deal that MR should have made with his cross over ?

On onehand, I have the sympathy – since this man s mediation more or less caused to protect UNP until shortly.

The day this man joined with Rajapakshe to eat Kiribath almost made us upset.

But the 157 millions that Rajapano is reported to have spent during the month Nov 2014, THIS man and others too should contriubte…. if that sum is to be paid by Rajanao all other henchmen who regularly ate there should be made liable.

On one hand I have the sympathy….
He washed away all he did,in one action at a very crucial moment
in a treacherous way!He allowed MARA to match the loss of My3
and he did the devious he was never expected to do for UNP all
      his life.So,no sympathy.Good riddance.

Who is this cow on the picture clapping ? I wonder what would all these men and women would utter today, after all that cow who wanted to sell her house properties once MR is defeated in the election: How come all those stupid thought MR would be given a 3 rd mandate ? During my short visit to the island – from what I gathered by talking to hand picked ones from all walks of lives there down – I was convinced that people wanted a change. However the manner that bugger s posters were displayed as if I was compelled to see him in there, did not allow me any sympathy towards MR anymore. This man almost smeared the lanken standards if we had let alone some. He bathed goo just because of his kind of FROG IN A WELL mentality. How could the bugger allow Wimal BUruwanse to drop all shit from his cesspit like mouthpiece against My3. All the filthy talks made it a reality that we need a change.

RE: Tissa Attanayake Arrested And Interrogated

“Tissa Attanayake has been arrested and is currently being interrogated by the Criminal Investigation Department.”

Medamulana Mahinda Rajapaksa Whore House is being raided and MaRa whores are being rounded up.

When will the Head Madame of the MaRa Whorehouse be arrested?

Is it all real or just for show?

I do want to know how much MR paid to this man at the time his cross over was made ?

Where can we get this info from ?

And the rumours about Dayasiri’s deal with UPFA at that time ?

My curiosity does not let me waiting longer.

DAMN GOOD for this foul mouthed loser, who is being kept by Chandanee Bandara a minister of the UNP. He deserves to be locked up for forging signatures and betraying the masses for SELFISH Personal gains. Produce him in courts fine him the amount he had taken from MR times two, coz that money anyways belonged to the country via the tax payers, which MR used at his beck and call…

Next in line are… Wimal Weere, Sajin Vaas, Rohitha Abey, Keheliya, Johnston, Basil, GOATa, Namal, MR, Yoshitha, Gandassara, Dilantha,Nimal Siripala, Dilan and others… all of em MUST be arrested first and then produced in court…let the burden of proof be given to them so that they can prove themselves innocent than be (in no sense)..

A 300M out of a promied 500M was paid for Tissa A by Eisan de Silva the boss of Sherman Sons business group as the commission got for the Norochcholai power plant and was told to ‘earn’ the other 200M from the ministerial post which lasted only 20 days.

Its high time Minister Ranawaka do a full investigation and find the exact commissions and behin the scene corruption of this power plant.

Now that he has been arrested, produced before a magistrate who re-remanded him till feb 11th…. shall we move on to Modawansa and his wife ? She had obtained 2 passports one a regular passport, the other a DIPLOMATIC passport using two different names and dates of birth. Again this boils down to forgery and abuse of political power by her Husband… let em share one cell like KILLER COP Vass Gunawardana and his son…

      • 2

so it was a call from MaRa to Eisan de Silva of Shermans Sons that had to pay for the Tissa A’s crossover as the man find it difficult to support the living and educational expenses of his children studying in the UK.

This is how the politicians work on both the great divide of our so called Parliamentary.

If not for this 500M loot, this man will be a senior minister of this cabibet of ‘Yaha-Palanaya’

Then he was given a fake document preapared by a team headed by Dulles and came on the state media with a conscipiracy to fool the voting public.

This man deserve a good 20 years in the prison and send a message for would be Tissa Aththanayakes.

Minister of Power and Energy – Minister Ranawaka is not the minister of justice as I got to know. Matilada Aunty, you need to practise your patientce but patience. It will take few more time to corner them all. I have no idea where you are – even onthe west you would NOT do much within 4 weeks. However we Clearly see that the current admniistration have been making their every effort to corner the culprits.

Oh I forgot to add SB Dissanayake, see what I found a while ago.. This moron too should be arrested ASAP and his Passport impounded… now I wonder how he’s gonna make Chandrika run naked at the Galle Face… ahhh Those who live in Glass houses should NEVER throw stones… how true !

S.B. Acquires Colombo 7 House Gifted To Colombo University.

University of Colombo has come under severe criticism for allowing former Higher Education Minister S.B. Dissanayake to acquire a valuable residence in Colombo 7 on forged documents which was a gift to the university by an eminent Gynaecologist.

The residence of Dr. Siva Chinnathambi, at No.11, Hewa Avenue, Colombo 7 was gifted to the Colombo University to be used as a hostel for the female undergraduates studying at the University of Colombo. After the demise of Dr. Chinnathambi in 2000 the residence was allowed to be occupied by her nephew as per the last will and it was only after his demise in 2010, the executor and trustee to Dr. Chinnathambi’s will Kandiah Neelakandan, Precedent Partner of Neelakandan and Neelakandan Attorneys-at Law and Notaries Public handed over the property from a deed of gift to the University of Colombo.

However up to date, the Colombo University has not used it as a women undergraduate hostel but is alleged to have allowed the former Higher Education Minister S.B. Dissanayake to acquire the property on forged documents.

The property which Dissanayake has acquired is situated in a land extent of one rood, two decimal sixteen perches and is said to be worth around over Rs.500 million which is now leased out to the Chinese.

When contacted Vice Chancellor, Colombo University Dr. K. Hirimburegama to find out as to why this property was not converted as a hostel but has been leased out to the Chinese, the Vice Chancellor said it was done to generate money to renovate the existing hostels which are in a dilapidated condition. “This house can accommodate around 25-30 students. Why spend money to maintain them when we can generate money through this property and renovate the hostels and give the benefit to more than 300 students. This was done in a good intention,” Dr. Hirimburegama said.

Dr. Siva Chinnathambi the prominent Gynaecologist left her last will whereby bequeathing her residential house at No: 11, Hewa Avenue, Colombo 7 as a gift to the University of Colombo to be used as a hostel for the female medical students, after the demise of her nephew K.C. Nadarajah.

Prof. Chinnathambi in her last will state as thus, “I give devise and bequeath my residential house at No: 11, Hewa Avenue, Colombo 7, upon trust to my executor and trustee subject to the conditions that my nephew Kumaraj Chittranjan (K.C.) Nadarajah be permitted to occupy the same during his lifetime and after his demise the said property be made over conveyed and transferred as a gift to the University of Sri Lanka for use as a hostel for women undergraduates attending the university campus in Colombo”.

The said property is in extent of one rood, two decimal sixteen perches according to plan number 108, dated March 8, 1958 made by R.H. de Silva Licensed Surveyor and registered in A 472/ 133 in the Colombo Land Registry.

Prof. Chinnathambi died on November 28, 2000 leaving the last will and testament no: 82, dated March 16, 1994 attested by Sashidevi Neelakandan and M. Pasupathi was nominated constituted and appointed to be the executor and trustee of her last will.

According to the last will, if the executor and trustee M. Pasupathi is unwilling or unable to act as the executor and trustee V. Murugesu and failing him, Kandiah Neelakandan was appointed the executor and trustee of the will.

“As M. Pasupathi having migrated to Australia was not willing and was unable to act as the executor and trustee of this will, V. Murugesu instituted Testamentary proceedings no: 326429 / T in the District Court of Colombo in which the last will was proved and admitted to probate,” Kandiah Neelakandan said.

Kandiah Neelakandan told The Sunday Leader that V. Murugesu died on March 20, 2010 and two months later on May 8, 2010 Dr. Chinnathambi’s nephew K.C. Nadarajah to whom, was permitted to occupy 11, Hewa Avenue Colombo 7 too passed away.

“As Prof. Chinnathambi appointed me as the executor and trustee in her last will in the absence of M. Pasupathi and V. Murugesu, after the demise of the K.C. Nadarajah, I made a deed of declaration (No: 117 of December 22, 2012) attested by A.H. Sumathipala Notary Public to record that No:11, Hewa Avenue property is held by me on trust in terms of Dr. Chinnathambi’s last will. I then contacted University of Colombo and offered to gift the property for the use of a female hostel in terms of the said last will,” Neelakandan added.

According to Neelakandan, the Colombo University agreed to accept the gift and retained M/s Julius and Creasy as their lawyers.

“The deed of gift (No: 487 of January 12, 2011) was attested by T.N. Haputhanthrie and handed over to the University of Colombo,” Neelakandan said.

Although the purpose of gifting this valuable property to the Colombo University was to give proper hostel facilities for the Colombo University undergraduates, the receiver has allowed the former Higher Education Minister under whose purview the universities come to acquire as his own property.

Meanwhile it is also learnt that the antiquities and movable properties of Dr. Chinnathambi which has been gifted to her nephew K.C. Nadarajah too has gone missing which is worth more than Rs.100 million.

In terms of the conditions, Dilipan Tyagarajah of No: 92, Kynsey Road, Colombo 8 has to take custody of the movable property and it was only after that the University of Colombo has to take possession of the land and buildings.

K.C. Nadarajah who was living alone at 11, Hewa Avenue, Colombo 7 died under mysterious circumstances in his residence on May 8, 2010, the house was sealed and police guarded the house round the clock on Colombo Magistrate’s order.

“This property on the directives of the Colombo Magistrate was sealed and police guarded the premises round the clock. Later the Colombo University Registrar got the property released and I went to the house with the university registrar to remove the movable assets. The sealed house has been ransacked and there were nothing left for me to remove. Although I lodged a complaint with the police, the intruders were not arrested so far for the past three years nor the police have found the antiquities which are worth more than Rs.100 million,” Tyagarajah told The Sunday Leader.

For Tyagarajah, it is a question as to how the robbers were able to break in to the sealed house and remove the expensive antiquities when the police were guarding the house. “It is surprising as to why the police could not question the police officers who were guarding the premises and arrest the robbers,” Tyagarajah claimed.

According to the list of antiquities that have stolen from No: 11, Hewa Avenue, Colombo 7 is a replica of Taj Mahal made out of Ivory , which alone is worth several millions.

Meanwhile it is reported that Colombo Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya on January 19 has ordered the police to investigate in to a complaint lodged by Dilipan Tyagarajah in 2011 that the two storied house gifted to Colombo University by the late Dr. Siva Chinnathambi has been acquired by former Higher Education Minister S.B. Dissanayake using forged documents.

Meanwhile Kandiah Neelakandan said that neither he nor any of the family members of late Dr. Chinnathambi was consulted by the University of Colombo to find out whether we are agreeable to rent out the house to a private party.

“They never consulted us. This is misleading,” Neelakandan said.

When contacted Police Spokesman SSP Ajith Rohana whether Colombo magistrate ordered the police to investigate in to the complaint, the Police Spokesman said that he is not aware of it and he will make inquiries about the matter. All attempts later on to contact SSP Ajith Rohana for a comment failed as he was not available in his office.

I would love that political teenager being arrested – none other than Udaya Gommanpila.
Man it is like a dream actually, few weeks ago, I thought my gosh whether nation will ever have the chance to chase away Rajapakshes.. but that has changed as never thought making it a reality….. how come.. it is the people s power.
Our people – majoirty are not that fools as we estimated before. They though seem taking more time, but they can make it.

In the days to come – we will get more about sharks and sprats not being able to face it but struggling being unable to bear the size of the nett.
As some journalist say thse sharks are large than the size of the net.. make it difficult to get cornered with the conventional methods being applied against the akin for such a long time.

Buddy, I did not touch this closely as you perhaps did, because I was out of the country for the last 3 decades, but I was alert to lanken info from that day on. I respected CT and the other few as valuable sources of my info. However, on my travel made to the island towards the end of Nov 2014 confirmed me that Rajapakshes have only been looting tax payers funds in a manner oppositon has been made powerless by all of MR s machineries (media, thuggery, IT frauds, Central bank statistics etc).

The torments that the average should have gone through being unabel to rise up against MR and his thuggish administration should be similar to those who stayed mum in Lybia, Zimbabwe, Parkistan or serveral other states where dicators abused their folks focusing only about their political survivial.

This is the man who completely destroyed UNP for last 20 years.

Fortunately he left UNP before presidential election and joined with Robbers, thugs and traitors.

Everyone knows what he did after joined with Mahinda Rajapaksa.

    What Goes Around Comes Around.

This great that he was arrested the crime he purposely did to get credit from Former Dictator Mahinda Rajapaksa.

Next Weerawansa must be arrested and incarcerated for life.

All dogs who barked for Mahinda must be imprisoned in ane cell to realise the gravity of the crime.

I don’t blame Tissa alone for this crisis. The political system that is practised in the name of democracy should be blamed for this changing sides for ministry posts and paying bribe for buying people elected individuals. The President should give priority to take legal measures to stop this exchange of people. There should be constitutional and legal provisions for stopping this business. Anyone who elected from a political party should not be allowed automatically to change the party. They should resign and join the party and contest for the re-elction. Further, any one who has less than six months of membership in a political party should not be or those who had criminal records in their carrier should not be given ministerial posts.

  • 2

Damn Good, serves Tissa right !

These unprincipled, spineless “embarrassments” should be elbowed out of society and barred from holding public office. Like Judas in the bible, he betrayed his faith for the 300 mill – damn disgrace.

I will not trust the likes of such turncoats – Tissa A, Wimal W nor Gamanpilla. THey should be locked up to avoid them contaminating the society.

As stated by Snowdown in his comments above, it is time the other oxygen thieves – Sajin Vaas, Rohitha Abey, Keheliya, Johnston, Basil, GOATa, Namal, MR, Yoshitha, Gandassara, Dilantha, Dilan are apprehended.

And their pet elephants recovered. In the past when there is corruption, skeletons come out of the cupboards, but with the RAjapakse regime and its MEGA Corruption, it no longer skeletons, but LIVE ELEPHANTS that come out of their palatial homes – all maintained at state expense. It is the Rajapakse family and their cronies that are the proverbial elephant in the room !!

Wasantha Senanayake too should be questioned on what basis Gota’s wrong doing in having a baby elephant illegally is pardonable whereas the Buddhist temples that had similar young elephants are being further investigated.

Politicians in SL stink ! Sad sad mother lanka.

When will we have decent politicians who put people first. Gone are the days of KB Rat, Maitripala Senanayake, CPD, DS et al. Even collectively they did not rob the country as one single family did in the past ten years.

Damn good he is receiving his rewards now fir all the sabotaging the UNP during the time he was functioning as the Secretary. He was conniving with other fraudsters in the media for whatever benefits he may have been receiving. One can realise how much damage he has been doing to the UNP during the past few years. Again he crossed over from the party perhaps amassing a huge sum of money and stooped to the lowest level of announcing a bogus agreement.

He is a disgrace to himself.

From Secretary of UNP to Minister of Health and now in the jail.

Mohan Pieris too must follow him.

Both of them must be put in the lockers for a long time.

With the arrest of this creaky peaky, Wimal Weerakotiya must have gone into coma, waiting for Mahinda to resuscitate him with Kottamalli watura.

He looks very happy after the arrest. He was waving his both hands together as they were handcuffed as if he has achieved a great thing. May be he is enjoying the moment in the hope that it would be easy to masturbate in the jail using his both hands!!

Political chameleons like Tissa Attanayake have been the bane of political parties since independence.
They ruined stable governments before they could function effectively.
This man not only changed his colours but also appears to have forged signatures on a spurious document – a punishable crime.

A law to prevent ‘change overs’ in parliament was reported as being part of the “100 day program”.
In the old days, by elections were common, when MPs resigned their seats – this was correct & democratic – the electorate had to approve the change over.

Real Kangaroo Government. An Example of “Pannadai”(fibrous structure born with tender products in palm trees. In practice toddy trappers use it to filter the toddy. Then Pannadai let the sweet toddy run through it and keep garbage with it.) This remind the Old King’s government arresting and putting Wateka Thero in prison saying he lied to police.

New Royals are Prosecuting worthless cases. This is how they are planning to cover up all what happened in the UPFA brutal period. Keeping on arrest without bail for 10 days, for producing a false document? But, those who took plane and ran to America are coming back to accept Minister post? in the new Royal government? Now, it is almost certain what kind of government has been formed and who are going to be prosecuted.

This guy hopped from UNP to UPFA just only for perks. There is nothing else underneath. He is being prosecuted with the name of possessing a forged document. That is when he was trying to hop the branch, by inexperience, missed the target. Now, he has neither UNP Protection nor UPFA protection. But the actual perpetrator on both parties well sand safe. Even war criminal killed 150,000 Tamils are assured safety by Both parties. In fact, the old King, who paid and bought Tissa Arranayake’s fate is going to be decided by the party, not by the court, as per the New King promise at the Old King’s bother’s house. He said if the UNP takes SLFP secretary, then he has the power to take the UNP’s secretary. In fact non of that buying selling is coming to court.

Those who attacked the Judge and Court is, for an example, walking around free, with more power in the New Kings court. So far, nothing has been said or brought as fraud or crime committed by Mokan Peiris. He has been replaced with SriPavan.

All what Tissa has to do is to hire a western professor and write a book of what happened in both parties. He should be having a reasonable secrets of how New King got selected as the Common Candidate. That will pay off defense cost. Then will set up as an example to others what to do.
