UN Petrie Report On SL Raised At UNGA New York

Sri Lanka came up at the UN General Assembly in New York last week when the UN’s damning report on the institutional failure to use its resources and protect civilians in the island during the last phase of the war also known as the Petrie report was discussed.

Ban Ki-Moon

Ambassador of Switzerland to the UN in New York Paul Seger, in his comments at the discussion, said that Switzerland hopes the follow-up process to the Internal Review Panel-Report on UN action in Sri Lanka will result in a more targeted mobilization of the resources of the UN system in complex situations.

UN General Secretary Ban Ki Moon also attended the interactive dialogue on the responsibility to protect (R2P).

The following are video footage of the statements at the R2P session:

Like Commonwealth Sharma and UN Nambiar, UN godfather, Ban Ki Moon is also trying to cover up the war crimes committed by Sri Lanka.

The UN is failing Sri Lanka again (with exception of UNHRC’s Ms, Navi Pillai) who spoke straight and true and told the truth about this abominable DEBACLE of Asia, which is moving backwards and turning into a military dictatorship with war criminals Rajpassa brothers running the show and creating a DEEP STATE with a facade of democratic elections! Other countries from Burma to Indonesia to Arab Spring are kicking dictators out but Lanka is moving to create a military dictatorship which the UN watches and World Bank (which should be SHUT DOWN) fund the Ministry of Defense!
The international development agencies are all supporting the militarization of Lanka and have not said a word about the need to demobilize, decommission and down size the military and stop military businesses that are front for the Rajapassa family looting of the country.
The UN should tell the hypocrite David Camaron who is rattling to bomb Syria to boycott and move the Commonwealth circus of clowns out of Colombo.

If you want the UN to intervene in Sri Lanka, have a look at Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya where the UN has been active. UN has been nothing but a tool of US and UK, allowing them to demolish infrastructure and murder over million of innocent women and children. Even dictators like Sadam, Gadafi, Assad cannot match the grusome atrocities and cruelty unleashed by UN and its evil associates. Strange, those calling for the end of a “dictatorship” in Sri Lanka were silent whilst the murderous, racist Tamil terrorists were running around. Now they seek, having lost their war, partners to re-ignite their campaign. Its a tough time for Tamil racists!

The UN pulling the wool over the eyes of the world, at the behest of the Americans and Indians to safeguard their brief carriers, MR and family to cover War Crimes being investigated. Callum Macrae should be appreciated by all who value Justice for exposing the lot.

    Report of the Secretary-General

    ”…….
    Conclusion
    72. The consequences of the failure by States to protect their populations were evident in the brutal legacy of the twentieth century. Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, we have again witnessed atrocity crimes that are the direct consequence of the failure of States to take preventive action, including in Côte
d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Sri Lanka, the Sudan and the Syrian Arab Republic. These situations are particularly tragic when we know that they could have been prevented.
