Video footage obtained from YouTube purports to shows a second explosion as bystanders watch the aftermath of a car bombing in the Lebanese capital Beirut on Friday. Wissam al-Hassan, one of the country’s most senior intelligence officers, was killed in the blast along with his bodyguard and a civilian.
