Although the President Mahinda has not commented on Tiger leader Velupillai Prabhakaran’s son, Balachandran, he knew that Balachandnran was killed by the security forces, Colombo Telegraph can reveal today.
President Rajapaksa was shocked and distraught when he was informed that Tiger leader Velupillai Prabhakaran’s son, Balachandran, had been killed, Colombo Telegraph reliably learns. The President had at that point traveled without his usual security detail to the Bellanwila Temple where he had spent some moments in deep reflection. Colombo Telegraph learns that he had said ‘this should not have happened.’ Although the President has not commented on Balachandran, political analysts opine that this indicates that there was no ‘decision from the top’ with respect to the fate of Prabhakaran’s child.
The Sri Lankan government has not indicated any knowledge about how Balachandran was killed, a position that is not inconsistent with the above revelation.
A series of photographs taken a few hours apart and on the same camera, show Balachandran Prabhakaran. One of them shows the boy sitting in a bunker, alive and unharmed, apparently in the custody of Sri Lankan troops. Another, a few hours later, shows the boy’s body lying on the ground, his chest pierced by bullets. The authorities always said Prabhakaran’s son was killed in cross-fire, as troops moved in to take the LTTE’s last stronghold, located on a scrap of coastline near Mullaitivu in the north-east of the country. In these photographs, which digital image analysis indicates were taken with the same camera, we can see he has been shot five times in the chest.
“These photographs are particularly important evidentially, because they prove that Balachandran was not killed in crossfire, or in a battle. His death was deliberate and calculated. The pictures fill in chilling details on the circumstances of his murder — and leave the Sri Lankan government with yet more questions to answer about just how systematic the executions at the end of the war appear to have been. Last year, we first revealed video footage and stills which showed Balachandran’s body shortly after his execution. These were analysed for us by a respected forensic pathologist, Professor Derrick Pounder, to assess the cause of death.” said the director, “No Fire Zone: The Killing Fields of Sri Lanka”, Callum Macrae.
Professor Derrick identified what he thinks is the first of the shots to be fired at the boy: “There is a speckling (on the skin) from propellant tattooing, indicating that the distance of the muzzle of the weapon to this boy’s chest was two to three feet or less. He could have reached out with his hand and touched the gun that killed him.”
The professor said the angle of the shots suggested that after that bullet was fired, the boy fell backwards and was then shot four more times. Unlike the men around him, there was no indication that the boy had been blindfolded or bound, so it was possible that the boy may have been made to watch the execution of his guards before the gun was turned on him.

British forensic expert Professor Pounder believes he has identified the first of the shots to be fired at the boy: “There is a speckling from propellant tattooing, indicating that the distance of the muzzle of the weapon to this boy’s chest was two to three feet or less. He could have reached out with his hand and touched the gun that killed him.”

Here the question should be raised, if one of Rajapakshe offsprings had destined to the very same manner, how the bugger MR would have reacted ?
Hypocrite that have already forgotten or is trying to forget the way he himself fought for human rights by making speeches in UNHRC sessions, to stay as if he is dead with this kind of incidents is beyong all ethical grounds.
Anyway, one should not even use the ethical and moral aspects about human beings, when talking about Rajapakshes.
Unfortunately, the situation is made seen through their personal interference to local media ( over 90%) to send a totally different message across the nation and globe make the locals and others further blind… this is the reason as few commentators repeatedly add to this and other forum that the genuiness of opposition leader or leaders are overshadowed. Anyway, let s hope the situation would not stay as it is forever.

@ soma.. are you stupid or what???? what part of this article did you find difficult to understand??? it states ‘President Rajapaksa was shocked and distraught when he was informed that Tiger leader Velupillai Prabhakaran’s son, Balachandran, had been killed,’
which means that the president didn’t give the order as stated by the so called CH4 team all war Excess came from the very top.. NOw CMB Telegraph the is the tamil net minus the Venom.. For them to make such a claim as many of which already knew about this well before..
Just like how Kathiravelu Thayapararajah the so called disappeared killed by the Army as alleged by many so called ‘as we have stated politically motivated’ Int Human rights Groups suddenly emerged alive in TN with his entire family.. Wonder how many such disappeared are refugees today????

He could even promise you – that he will protect you from any kind of threat. But these just words that come from his cespit like mouth piece. These we now know looking back the way how he treated any citizen in the no war situation.
Dimwits of your kind would even believe whatever the bugger would utter. But for me any growing numbers of the population hate the man that much. I am fed up his acting to this day. Life of our people are not a bollywood or hollywood or other film him to go on acting in this way. Even yestreday in Matara I heard him making public statements that he would never allow anyone to destroy our nation. These are just slogans to stay in power.
How many times the buggers cespit dropped words of this sort… reemmeber the way he made it ” that he is the president for everyone”, but on his back to commercial district, he continues going on his underground agendas. That is the nature Rajapakshe.
I respect CBK that much today than in the past for one single reason…. she was the only prominent figure to have declared that Rajapakshes are unethical, uncultured, uneducated rascals. This MR himself proved to the nation cleverly during the last 5 years.
All these popular rhetorics are to bind the average stupid folks to misguide for his political survivial.

Question is who killed Balachandran and why did not Jarapassa order an immediate investigation – to prevent more war crimes?!
Fact is Mahinda Rajapaksa and his brothers are uneducated and have no understanding of law and order or good governance or the Law of War!
Sri Lanka’s killing fields were sanctioned by the Jarapassa brothers and they must be held accountable and tried for crimes against humanity.

If they killed the boy arbitorily, revenging his father´s cruelties, it is a murder. If the boy was killed with many others at the end of the war – is not a war crime. Anyway, this should long have been investigated. At least to start of such investigation is obligatory to help the victimized people. Nothing is done sofar. Every good buddhist incl. me would raise the quesiton, what has the MR regime done sofar regarding this and other crimes that have been rising day to another. This bugger should be made very clear that there will be no peace and reconciliation, so long crimes against the humanity are not adressed the properly. This he should start for any crimes regardless of them being minor or major. Then only people would feel that the man is concerned about the human rights.

Time has reached to address
the crime against humannity by Mahinda Rajapakshe. The capital is the latest. People are made silent. They would not could not open their voices.
Today the degree psychosis is much higher than before 2005. It is seen that the country is peaceful, but almost many talk to me are dissatisfied with the way govt and oppostion, both react against.
Hope the oppostion masses would become more stronger at least in the days to come to drive away the bastard and his clans out of our sigts paving the way to peace and harmony of the country.
Curse is that people are made believable to what Ranil W´s is far from. The genuine peronality is the only way out the nation to come out of the problems that we face today. His economic and international priniciples are the best compared to the abusive ones of Mahinda.

When you are out of island, you are all considred as srilankens
not as
a)Srilanken tamil

d)srilanken muslims
I got to know many that live in Europe for their own economic reasons but as refugees – these countries cite them all as srilankens. We the ones who moved out of the country years ago for our education are though gotten good status in some areas.
And for your mati brain: We the human beings have lot in common with other animals too. These is the reason that genetists from Boston believe us HBeings to have been created by human-swine hybrids. And the fact that diabetic patients, until very recent to use insulin produced by swine; some human patients to transplant swine organs make it clear that we the animals are all interconnected. Or is this another spin to wriggle out of command responsibility as the commander in chief of the armed forces? Once MR said he was willing to die if he was found guilty of war crimes on behalf of the armed forces.
Another question MR needs to address is did he authorise the execution of VP after his surrender? Did he prescribe the way in which Prabaharan (Psychopath and the Tamil Terrorist in chief) was to be killed? Who did come up with the idea of inserting hot iron into his posterior and before being hacked to dead. Did MR authorise when to kill him.
Was VP forced to crawl to Sarath Fonseka and lick his boots? SF also promised to sit on the electric chair.
The history of war crime in this island since 5th April 1971 needs to be documented because the people deserve to know everything that went on and committed in their name, including how Rohana Wije weera was killed.
/
Ben Hurling / May 19, 2014
Native,
Where did you get VP’s posterior torture details? Never heard of it before. Is this reliable?
Agree. Those who ignored Rohana Wijeweera’s extra-judicial summary killing under Ranjan Wijeratne’s supervision were building the foundations of brutal impunity.
We did not build this criminal society overnight.
We earned it ourselves.

“Where did you get VP’s posterior torture details? Never heard of it before. Is this reliable?”
Three different sources unrelated to each other made this information available to me. I cannot be 100% sure as you know I was not there nor were my sources. We cannot be sure unless the torturer in chief confessed to cavity checking VP with hot iron rod. If you have any sources close to those who witnessed VP’s arrest please find out from them.
Cavity checking with hot iron rod or stick covered with barbed wire is a favourite torture technique among the armed forces.
Having won the war Sinhala/Buddhist society is in real trouble. These torturers are living among the Sinhalese, they are the fathers, brothers, uncles, cousins, friends or even grandfathers.
The MOD has already acknowledged that over 300 war veterans had committed suicide within the last few years. Some have killed their own family members and others.
“We did not build this criminal society overnight. We earned it ourselves.”
That is exactly what I have been trying to convey in this forum.

Gruesome torture in SL is no uncivilized Hambantota Clan invention. Though it has hit a new high right now.
Both methods of torture and its use keep getting worse with every ruler and party in SL. All are complicit once they are in power. Both SLFP & UNP.

In the 1970s there was no human right champions.
A few years ago I met with a few people who suffered in the hands of police. They were arrested through no fault of their own few days after JVP started its first failed “revolution” or terrorism in 1971. These innocent young men were arrested at the time for being in the wrong place (a few yards from their homes)at the wrong time. Taken in brutalized left with broken arms legs ribs life long breathing difficulties and more suffering.
I can tell you many real life incidents that I know of which took place deep in the down South between 1987 – 1990.
Whatever you see now is only the continuation of the past. MR, Gota, Fonseka has taken it to dizzying height.
Calm yourself, sit down and review the entire 66 year past history.

Mahinda Rajapaksa may not have sanctioned the murder of this child but his brother Gota who effectively conducted the state’s war, I am pretty sure, is culpable for it. However, the the blame lands at the feet of the man who was not only the minister of defence but also the president in whose name the state’s war was conducted.
I am not surprised Mahinda went before the Gods when told of this abominable crime against a child. What he fails to realise is that he also carries the God’s wrath for the murders of tens of thousands of innocent civilians and unarmed surrendered Tamil fighters. The man’s place in hell is already reserved. I hope he reaches there the same way he des patched his victims.

But even today we are fighting further. Today it is to liberate it from Rajapakshes. Not Rajapakshe magical powers liberated the country from LTTE terror, it was the synergy of all. To that time, powerful men in LTTE had already been marginalized; political wing of LTTE had been weakened; Terror organizsation itself was not supported by their own peole – so, those who feel that MR did the job what all other leaders failed is to be recorrected.
If MR vision and wisdom should be honoured, one should pose the quetion as to why his admin failed to reach anything towards the permement peace during the last few year in the post war scenarios.
And the govt would claimed that they held election in the NE areas, but that was only held to get the attention from the IC in order to hold CHOGEM inthe country. The young boy, even if he was Prabhakaran’s son, did not deserve to die like this. But let’s keep these things in perspective. Neither did the little boys and girls who along with their mothers were massacred by the Tigers, in cold blood. If you want to weep for one, weep also for the others.

Who has moved on? From the last time this subject was discussed has the brutal rajapakse regime done anything to prevent future bloodshed, and given the minorities in SL any protection from saffron robed thugs, who burn shops, places of worship, and terrorize the people? This subject will never go away, nor the accusations of the government doing nothing from international bodies, until something is genuinely done.

Colombo Telegraph is commemorating it’s own version of the LTTE’s demise on 18th May by publishing this garbage from Channel 4 and Callum McRae.
Looking at these events logically there are no leftovers of Prabhakaran, the self declared demi-god of the Tamil terrorists, to carry any future attempts of a foolish venture that terrorized the people of this island nation and almost took it back to the stone age. It is better that Balachandran or for that matter any of this crazy killers family is no more.
The Tamils like heroes. MGR, Jayalalitha, Karunanidhi are three classic examples of this. These are nothing but celluloid heroes who have been made into leaders.
No wonder Prabhakaran bumped off all the educated Tamils he managed to get hold off. All the others ran away to distant lands. Rajan Hoole is one such. He is alive because he escaped.
Tamils should wake up to the reality. They have the capacity to produce the best leaders without idolizing celluloid heroes with no education or any background. This is the curse of the Tamils.

What about the left over criminals who ochestrated and carried out the several pogroms against the innocent Tamils from independence? They also have to be eliminated. All the criminal activities happening in the country are the results of these people and the progeny. As for the education all the sinhalese leaders in the present parliament are uneducated or got their certificates by “other means” The one or two educated people among them are selling their soul for the crumbs!!! You won’t have to wait long to witness the doom of this country if the present state of governance continues!!!!

“Tamils should wake up to the reality.”
What is the reality?
“They have the capacity to produce the best leaders without idolizing celluloid heroes with no education or any background.”
What is the use of producing best leaders when all those supposed to the best and great were undermined and beaten up by the Sinhala/Buddhist thugs and the state.
Sinhala/Buddhists also produced leaders who were educated in prestigious foreign institution who turned out to be the worst kind of morons. The best of the Sinhala/Buddhists,educated and supposed to be clever, burnt down a cultural institution. Cultural events were disrupted and people were killed while good and the great were in power in 1974.
Innocent people were being wiped out while the entire country was watching, and the Sinhala/Buddhist didn’t have the will to stop it. In 1971 as between 1987 and 1991, innocent civilians were killed and chucked in rivers or buried under burning pyres of tyre.
I am still looking for the educated, good and the great Sinhala/Buddhist.
There is also other side of the reality, only if you care to face it.
“The Tamils like heroes. MGR, Jayalalitha, Karunanidhi are three classic examples of this. These are nothing but celluloid heroes who have been made into leaders.”
You seemed to be well informed about these celluloid heroes. Let us hear about them.
“No wonder Prabhakaran bumped off all the educated Tamils he managed to get hold off. All the others ran away to distant lands. Rajan Hoole is one such.”
Tamil Exodus started in the late 1950s since the moron introduced Sinhala only language policy. It speeded up in the later as a the state run by descendants of Kallthonies continue to deny equal opportunities to other Kallthonies.
The first act of bumping off didn’t start with VP (The Psychopath) and he was not the first terrorist. You must have forgotten the first terrorist, Rohana Wijeweera who was also a Sinhala/Buddhists racist and was not a good teacher. Otherwise VP would have turned out to be great uneducated liberator of the Tamils as well as Sinhalese. You should blame your own Rohana for not educating his fellow terrorists.
It has been a story of Sinhala/Buddhist culture influencing fellow Kallthonies. In fact it started with Vijaya the first Kallthonie asylum seeker who was deported from Lala land by his own people and his father.

I had always hoped and prayed that VP’s wife , daughter and younger son had survived the war. I had also for reasons that I consider yet valid, doubted the veracity of the photographs of young Balachandran, alive and then dead.
If it is indeed true that our President was aware of Balachandran’ s murder and has not yet publicly acknowledged it, I wonder how he lives with his conscience! As a father of three sons and God Father to his entire clan, how could he have not admitted to this incident, despite the moment in the Bellanwila temple? We have seen his deviousness and his subterfuge many times over. This episode however, is beyond the pale
I have agonised over this news, since I read it early this morning. I apologise to all those who were aware of what had happened to Balachandran and presented a case for it. I am genuinely sorry and terribly sad. The innocent face of Balachandran will haunt me to the end of my life. My lingering hope that he and his mother and sister are yet alive, has been dashed to smithereens .
If what is alleged is true, our President deserves any punishment that is possible in this life and anything else, which may be possible in his after life. Karma has to pronounce the final judgement.
How can he face his family, the peoples of this country and the world, if this episode is really true. How can he continue to be our President?

How do you think Ananthi Sathistharan faces everybody – family, international community, Tamil people and mothers in particular, human rights activists who are today campaign with her together (like MA Sumanthiran who went to Geneva with her – he could have stayed back in protest)?
Not a single one of these people seems to have any problem with what her husband did then and the fact that she even today condones those atrocious acts in public right?
How do you face Sinhala victims of LTTE knowing your brother financed LTTE from London at one time?
Instead of trying to sort out a sordid past isn’t it better to move on and reach a political agreement? All these men and women who are the vociferous advocates of justice and what not have now lived the better part of their lives. Success or failure of this endeavor (there can never be success but more turmoil and chaos) has no impact on them. Whatever happens they have nothing to loose.
Think about the people who still have the opportunity to shape their lives. Why do you demand from them that they waste their lives looking into this bottomless pit?
We as Sinhalese did not appoint TNA and therefore it is not for us to remove them. Whether their hands are clean or tainted with our blood we have to deal with them. Whether it is Sumanthiran or Sathistharan the Sinhala representatives have to negotiate with them as long as they are voted in by Tamil people. That is the price we have to pay to secure a better future for our children.
We can do that because for as long as they stick to the “agreed upon solution” what they do or not will have no impact on us.
Similarly, you as Tamils did not vote in Mahinda, you do not recognize him as your leader and therefore it is not your business to comment whether he should go or stay. Thus stop complaining about what Mahinda is and is not and start negotiating with him.
Whether it is Mahinda or somebody else to solve the problem you have to talk with a leader that is appointed by popular vote of Sinhala people — not someone who barely crosses the threshold with the support of Tamils, Muslims, Americans, Indians, Brits and other shadowy creatures. Irrespective of who you talk to you must offer something that addresses the concerns of Sinhala side for the settlement to be viable.

If we represent the majority sinahalya – we all disgree the way the child is reported to have been killed.
Are there evidence to prove that they both have been killed in combat ? No I dont think so. May be there are enough evidence to prove other way around.
About the naked woman found killed – the questions should be raised as to why she is naked at the time found killed ?
Not anyone with sanity would feel the woman was killed in combat… considering that she was made naked… else she should have been killed by wind or so.. to remove her cloths in that way. All in all, these two issues must be investigated at length – Govt has not denied it sofar. Latter alone could lead MR as the leader of the nation to be brought before Hague.
If latter is done – people of this country could finally elect their future leader to bring us sustatinable peace.

I can understand now why the government is fighting tooth and nail to avoid a UNHRC inquiry!
Further, I was one of the few who wanted the LTTE to be defeated and eliminated as an entity. However, it did not imply that war crime of this nature were acceptable or have to be condoned. This not also imply that the LTTE did not commit horrendous war crimes.
A war crime is a war crime, regardless of who commits it. It shreds even the superficial veneer of humanity we carry in our sleeves!

The conclusion of the Bible story of Adam and Eve eating the fruit in Genesis 2:15-17 is like this: The Lord God cursed not only Adam and Eve but his son and his family and all the unborn and yet to be born as the punishment for eating a forbidden fruit.
That Bible story shows us not just the son but generations may have to pay for some sins by some people. Tamils must ponder whether that is what they are facing. Cannot this Balachandran’s death be considered a payback for the horrific sins by his father and his goons?
Have you not seen the images of babies that were killed by LTTE goons? Then again innocent children get killed in all wars at all times. Leave out the past wars in which worst crimes have been committed by the countries of the so-called international community, right now we hear many children are dying by their vicious drone attacks in Afghanistan, Pakistan and many other countries. If that’s the ongoing scenario, what’s so special about Balachandran being killed? At least we have a peaceful country now.
By the way, now that Jaya has become a nonentity for the government at the centre, the future for Tamils who seek retribution against MR is not so bright, eh.

Dr. RN,
I have made my point. You decide where you want to go.
Where did I equate adult Ananthi Sasitharan with Balachandran? I equated CHILDREN killed by Sasitharan’s husband with Balachandran. I equated Mahinda with people who sit together with her. You have read DBSJ right? If people don’t have any problem with Sasitharan why are they having trouble with Balachandran’s killers?
I have no tears for Balachandran because I have run out of tears crying for children for 3 decades. I have no tears for him because he was shot while other children were not that fortunate.
This is not about war crimes or the death of Balachandran because long before Balachandran or Isaipriya died, so many other people were killed by Isaipriya and her gang of cut throats but those who are appalled by war crimes today didn’t say a single word then! In fact they like your brother were collecting money to commit even more war crimes!!!
Don’t try to point fingers at others in this game for others can also point many fingers at you. What did you do while your brother was raising money for LTTE?
Will the UNHRC inquire about him and the like? Will you give evidence against your brother? If he did collect money (I’m sure he did for people have blogged about this in CT and there is no smoke without fire they say) shouldn’t he be punished? You and Mahinda are quite alike in that respect.
You are after selective justice. We know that. You know that and we all know why.
This project to topple the government by stamping war-crimes charges on it will not bring peace. This is continuation of war by other means. Whatever you impose on Sinhala people as a political solution will roll off like water on a duck’s back. Its just a matter of time. So why persist in this endeavor which is doomed to fail? Is 30 years of dirty war and ugly politics not enough?
You cannot bring justice to Balachandren when you can do absolutely nothing about hundreds of others like him. By trying to do the impossible you are ruining the chances of reaching a political agreement which will prevent recurrence of such deaths.

Navin ,
Ananthi’s husband was guilty of many acts of terrorism. However, Ananthi’s has right to cry for husband and the father if her children. I will not however endorse her politics. I know what the deliberate murder of loved ones means. I empathise with those who died because of riots, insurrections , wars and terrorism in Sri Lanka, I mourn for the infants and children killed in these instances more. My concern transcends communal barriers. I mourn the humans.
Please see the photographs I have posted below:

image002.jpg (263.9 KB)
image003.jpg (228.1 KB)

image005.jpg (172.3 KB)
What do you feel? Some of those in these photographs may have been part of LTTE terrorist missions and its propaganda apparatus. But should we become terrorists in turn? Does the murder of Sinhala and Muslim children, justify the murder of Tamil children? Does the murder of VP’s son, avenge the crimes by the father. Do our system of justice, religious beliefs and culture justify the ‘ Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth’ paradigm. Further, if we go by such a paradigm, the question arises as to whether the chicken or the egg came first in the Sinhala-Tamil political equation.
Let us not become less human because the LTTE was inhuman. The LTTE terrorism and war crimes do not justify government terrorism and war crimes. I am aware of the acts of war crime and terrorism committed by the LTTE and have not hesitated to condemn them
Further, I am not my brother’s keeper. He has the right to his thoughts and actions. What proff do you have that he collected money for the LTTE? What I know is that the temple he is associated with donated money for the Tsunami victims in the Vanni,

http://www.hrw.org/reports/2006/ltte0306/4.htm
“Jayadevan had lived in the U.K. for over twenty-five years, and before his detention was a strong supporter of the LTTE. In 1999 he helped Anton Balasingam, the LTTE’s primary political representative and negotiator outside of Sri Lanka, gain permission to leave Sri Lanka and get medical care in Norway. In 1999 and 2000, his temple raised funds for LTTE humanitarian projects and the Tamil Rehabilitation Organization. When the U.K. government designated the LTTE as a terrorist group in late 2001, Jayadevan independently initiated an application to the UK High Court for a judicial review of the Terrorism Act, arguing that the proscription scheme violated the right to freedom of expression and freedom of association under the European Convention on Human Rights.”
Legally you are not responsible for your brothers actions. Yet, morally you cannot accuse others of murder and mayhem when your own kith and kin have supported terrorism. You have heard “put your house in order first” right?
According to HRW your brother was a strong supporter of LTTE until as recently as year 2000. Now, Aranthalawa monks, devotes at Anuradhapura Sri Maha bodhi, civilians in border villages were massacred in their hundreds decades before that. Yet he chose to support LTTE “strongly” with full knowledge of the beast, international law and human rights, everything that you talk about today.
Are you as much disgusted with your brother as you are with Mahinda?
To deliver justice you need a sword, a balance scales and a blindfold. Just because you have a sword in hand, you and other champions of human rights should not try to “deliver justice”.
Before trying to deliver justice to the dead, please put something on the table that we as Sinhalese can accept so that we can deliver peace to the living. We accept devolution but you need to prove to us that you will not monopolize resource in the N/E. You cannot expect Sinhalese to take your word for granted on that after 30 years of bloody war. As long as you do not do that no Sinhala leader will be able to grant devolution. No point blaming Mahinda or making him a pariah/war-criminal just because he cannot deliver what you want. There is some more distance that your side — TNA has to walk as well. Don’t put the cart before the horse.
Was justice this much important/pivotal to reconciliation before May 2009 when VP and all these dead terrorists were still alive? What about when Ranil and CBK offered N/E on a platter for 5/10 year to LTTE? Were there any plans to apply international
law to LTTE crimes under ISGA? What was your take then? Did any of you demand “There can be no agreement with LTTE before prosecuting VP for his crimes” then?
Please drop this charade for the good of everybody.

There are many kids among tamils and sinhalese who have suffered the similar fate of balachandran. What is so special about him?Aren’t the others also kids who should have been playing and enjoying their once in a life time childhood.

We love you Fonseka. Long live Fonseka the future president of SL.

You are right; an eleven year old boy should not have done that. He should have known better!

Killing a child is a terrible act of cruelty whatever the reason is, war or no war. Yet what about the all the innocent sinhalese children that Prabakaran and the LTTE killed. What about all the tamil children being sent to war to die whiles Prabas own son was kept safe?
Do to others what you want them to do to you !

You should have told this to the Sinhalese politicians/thugs, thugs in monks robes, Presidents, Prime Ministers who orchestrated and executed several pogroms against the innocent Tamils starting from the 1950s up to this minute!!!
Mind you in the 50 s up to the 70 s there were no LTTE!! LTTE was in desperation!!
You all think that Tamils have to grin and bear all your crimes, atrocities, murders, injustices silently!!!

Truth boy,
Just to remind you who killed the tamils and the all those opposed the LTTE ? Prabakaran ! Remember the the killings in Jaffna like the Mayor etc ? How about Amirthalingam? Tamils also killed tamils who did not agree with them.
Just wanted to refresh your memory :)
My previous comment was about the children sinhalese and TAMIL. Again you selectively read what you want to isn’t it?
You live by the bullet, you die by the bullet !!!
Who took the thousands of tamil people as human shields? LTTE ! Why not blame them. Yes what the Govt did was wrong to shell them. But that is EXCTLY what the LTTE wanted !
You may not know this thambi, but a few people who tried to escape were hung on hooks by the LTTE, some of them my friends.
As a Leader you lead by example. Did Prabakaran ? NO, because his son never went and fought with the young boys!
My question to you is why?
