AG Issued Notice To Appear Before Appeal Courts Regarding KP’s Assets

Attorney General Yuvanjan Wijayathilake was issued a notice by the Appellate Court today to appear before the Court on February 5 in relation to the writ application that was filed by JVP Mp Vijitha Herath against top LTTE leader KP who was receiving patronage of the Rajapaksas.

Through the writ, the JVP sought an order to arrest Kumaran Pathmanathan aka KP and for the Court to probe into his assets and on the reasons behind why he received immunity under the Rajapaksa regime.

The writ application was filed on January 18 but was heard today.

It has been reported that the vast wealth accumulated by KP through his dealings for the LTTE and a fleet of ships under his name was taken under the control of the Rajapaksas when he was taken into custody. He has however remained silent regarding these claims.

    PTA is still inforce.

Rohan G is anther very dubious characator just like Dayan J who was licking the backside of Rakapaksas for all the good things in life.

This man is a self claimed security expert and got some share of the loot from Rajapaksas for working with KP in getting the former LTTE loot.

KP gave up the Leadership of the LTTE to look after the Dalits who have become orphans and widows….

My Three is trying to give up the Presidency.

TNA has gone Cold Turkey and outsourced the .” Core Objective Contract ” to the UK, US and Canadian Consuls in Colombo.

Is our Anura Boy joining hands with Vaiko , the Reverend and PM Rudrakumaran?.

I mean they are ones who have a keen interest in the LTTE loot,

Unless the custodian of Galleon Dollars has outsourced the the job to the JVP..

KP: We have enough. You can stop now.
Basil: It’s not about the money.
      Karuna: What is it about?
      Basil: I’m good at it.

“Are you a buddy of Ravi?…..”

You mean Ravi Perera the Sinhala speaking Demela.

          Not yet.

I don’t mind sharing a peace pipe with him.

He has no control over his hands, otherwise he is okay.

Hi Sumane, So nice to hear from you after a while. Thought you also went into hiding after your TSUNAMI HORA MASTER was ousted, just like most of his lackeys including the beloved Bro Basil.
Coming to the point, Vijitha Hearth has raised some valid concerns of national interest and it’s better you answer them rather than again talking nonsense as usual.
Grow up Sumane for heaven sake or enjoy the rest of your life with your Master and surely he can look after you and some generations of you from the bounty he has made during his tenure including that of KP.
That would do a world of good to this forum.

      Ansar:
Sumaney can’t enjoy the loot because MR is showing no signs of sharing. As long as the public treasury was available for him to plunder, the Sumaneys of his world got hand-outs. Now those are beginning to dry up because MR realises he needs every penny to save the hides of himself and his immediate family.
Sumaney might have to fall back on the money HE already defrauded from innocent people rather than the money his boss stole from all of us!

        Palayan Yakooo..

I am still in Wella Gardens, watching from the balcony how your mates power walk these days.

Obviously there is extra zip in their steps.

They must be happy that the TNA is outsourcing your Eelaam job through our Taylor Boy and his handlers in the High Commissions and the Embassies in Cinnamon Gardens.

But the Dalits are still the same , cleaning the debris from the Marine drive so that the Vellala ankles or hips don’t face any damage…

Now that Sira’s Exec PM has stopped the new Harbour City , will be stop the “Keep Colombo Clean” Campaign as well to get at Gota?.

Elite in Colombo also will realize soon that the 8000 jobs for their darling babies will be gone too, once Packer Jr pulls the plug.

Junior has already said the Packer funds don’t go to Countries with unstable Governments.

Your mate Ravi may intervene, if the Commissions can be re negotiated….

Just imagine how much dosh it would be even at 5 % of USD 500 Million..

It will certainly make your mates’ Galleon Dollars in Kirullaone look like small change.

      Ansar,
Since you mentioned Vijitha Herath, have you any idea why the JVP is not talikg about the rice prices.Rice prices took a hop-step and a jump fron Rs33/-to 45/-to 60/- and 90/-,or is not important enough since only poor people eat rice at those prices.

    Sumane,

Well I was angry and agitated when LTTE decided to evict all Muslims from Jaffna within a short notice of 24 hours, just as I was angry and helpless when Balu Senas were creating havoc in A & B with state patronage.

The striking dissimilarity between the two incidents were LTTE was a Terrorist Organization and MARA was an elected President of all communities. In that sense MARA’s atrocities are far worse than that of LTTE. Besides, LTTE never barricaded the MUslims under cover of curfew and attack them mercilessly like the morons and thugs of BALU SENAS with state patronage and there was no loss of lives even whilst the mass evacuation of Muslims from the North.

In both instances, the instigators paid their supreme price through natural justice, didn’t they Sumane.

NEVER UNDER ESTIMATE THE SUFFERING OF THE OPPRESSED, THEY WILL BE VINDICATED.OTHERWISE THERE IS NO POINT IN MOST OF THE BELIEVERS PINNING THEIR HOPES IN THE POWER ABOVE WHEN ALL EFFORTS FAIL FOR A REASONABLE SOLUTION FROM THE POWERS THAT BE AND THAT IS WHAT I & POSSIBLY MOST BELIEVERS WERE DOING WHEN ALL ATROCITIES WERE COMMITTED BEFORE OUR NAKED EYES. SUBMIT ALL THE ATROCITIES TO THE POWER ABOVE AND I THINK IT IS ANSWERED, SLOWLY BUT SURELY.

Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka was very critical of the sampur coal power project claiming that the Indians are trying to cheat us in the billions when he was the minister in charge of power. President Rajapakse had to remove him to please the Indians and let the project go ahead as the Indains wished.

Now,the good Minister is as a deaf and dumb about the same because now he knows that he owes his new position to the Indians.
    Yahapalanayata……jayawewa!!!
