Parliamentarian Bandula Gunawardane has decided to resign from his organizer position of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) for Homagama electorate.

Gunawardane will submit his letter of resignation tomorrow to President Maithripala Sirisena, who is also the leader of the SLFP.
Gunawardane said he took this decision to protest against the treatment meted out to the senior SLFP members by the current leadership.
Bandula Gunawardane’s decision comes just days after Dullas Alahapperuma announced his resignation from his post as the SLFP Matara District leader.

This Tuition Kade master is resigning in order to save face of the JO Leader, MP Mahinda Rajapakse. Recently Dallas Alahapperuma resigned from the organizer post. But later, as per SB Dissanayake, Dallas was never officially appointed as an organizer. So the bluff and the drama of MP Mahinda Rajapakse and his JO gang came out in the open. To negate this shameful drama, now Bandula Gunawardena has resigned. GROBR (Good riddance of bad rubbish). Thank God.
