The nasty, brutish and short impeachment process of Dr Shirani Bandaranayake from the post of Chief Justice and the appointment of presidential adviser Mohan Peiris as her replacement has emasculated the last institution bold enough to stand up to President Mahinda Rajapakse.

The power concentration occured soon after approval of the 18th amendment in 24 hours by the supreme court headed by the now ‘extra’ Chief Justice.
This enormously increased the already powerful Executive Presidency which Mahinda Rajapakse promised to abolish,but forgot, once he tasted power.
The Presidential Immunity from prosecution for any acts whatsoever – which does not exist in any other country’s constitution,
is unique.
Now we are under a powerful Military Dictatership which daily commits human rights violations.
A man who defended all this with a Litany of Lies at the UNHRC,is the ‘new’ Chief Justice.
All judges are under the unwritten threat of ‘punishment’ if the regime’s henchmen – from police to politicians – are ‘inconvenianced’ in any way.

Lanken media should find out soon and make the locals clear about the danger before the nation if those mobs and people like LEELA that were hired by SLGO as telecasted AS seen on last week´s videos represent the silence masses of the country OR there are still ones that repect the rule of the law. And there are also idiots like SN SILVA and the supporters that just concentrate only their MADIYA- being that selfish.
If the masses can easily be manipulative as got to see on the videos – NO DOUBT there is no future for the country. It will be marginalized on this earth in the next few months. Almost like the tyranny of the Gadapi, IC would not respect our people. And within the country, people ´s hatred will grow day by day – while being unable to do enough to topple the rulers.

background of national importance, this could have been converted
to a popular movement to challenge the regime that is subject to
mass dissatisfaction with every passing hour. The former CJ had
burnt her boats to public knowledge in more instances than one.

The issue is not about the person but the process. Dr. Bandaranayake’s appointment itself should have been questioned. but that is another story.
It is the impeachment process that was wrong. She was penalized for not falling in line with Presidential wishes. If the Divineguma Bill was not blocked by the Supreme Court, would she have been impeached?

There is no future for our country, and if there are a very few, a handful of liberal thinking people, then they are oppressed and intimidated and even killed by the enforcement agents and the paramilitary or criminal on hire, that controls and assembles the ducks into their pens. In such a society a Tyrant flourishes.

We live in a country where living in communes is the done thing. We will share everything from a Jack Fruit to our buth parcel.
The reason why when the white man came to help us after the Tsunami, we had most of the people fed and clothed.
We see no harm in taking dole outs from the government. Doesn’t it happen in the US and Australia? What is the harm in asking the government to find us jobs? And subsidize some of the big costs involved in making the country the granary of Asia?
Are the New Zealanders not subsidizing their farmers?
I resent your saying we are feudal, what is the harm in falling at the feet of the people who give us everything? Is being grateful bad?
All we are doing is Kala Guna Selakeema, so don’t go insulting us! We are happy being the lotus eaters we are and hero worshiping our leaders!

First I don’t know if Bonaparte has really tasted the Spirit Bonaparte……But I tasted a lot of it in Latvia….and the drink make you so fresh.I am also a wodka fan……..anyway….let’s get down to Business…..
Before the foreign invaders came to Sri Lanka…..it was mainly ruled by Indian Kings who brought their wives also from India. If you google ….you could see the whole history and nobody could deny or re-shape it.
When the British ruled they built everything from Tar roads, to schools,universities,harbours,airports,tram cars,lorries, busses, vehicles,ships, army,navy,air force,Police,hospitals, train service upto kandy, all companys…walkers, Vitols, Ceylon Oxygen, Gas Co, Elephant House, Parliament, Tea, rubber , coconut plantations etc..etc..
Also if the British did not invade Sri Lanka….we could have still been ruled by Indian Kings.
So British did a great help to us by Invading Sri Lanka and uniting the country under one government.
But what did our Political Crooks did after Independence. They along with the YELLOW ROBE SINHALA GON HARAK MAF……A TERRIOR…TS RUINED THE WHOLE COUNTRY. THOSE PIN PADI PIN KANNA PINGUTTARAYAS NOT ONLY DID NOT ALLOW THE PEOPLE TO CONTINUE THEIR STUDIES IN ENGLISH, BUT ALSO DID NOT ALLOW OTHER RELIGIONS, RACES AND COMMUNITIES WHO HAD TALENTS, EDUCATION AND GIFTS TO COME UP IN LIFE……..OTHER THAN THEIR FUC….NG SINHALA MODA PA…A RACE…….NO BODY ELSE COULD BECOME THE PRIME MINISTER OR PRESIDENT OR MANY TIMES A MINISTER. First it was Gota’s wife who imported foreign Dog to lick her c……t wasting our foreign exchange, when there are so many good dogs available to do the job…..and after chasing Fredrica Jancz.
Second what a MAD country in the world want to invade Sri Lanka where 70% people live like VEDDA (native) community, live in cadjan houses,(see Rizana’s parents house) where 70% people are under nourished and with 40% under employed and with no noticable natural resources. Those countries could find better natural resources in Swaziland, ethiopia or in ivory coast.
Also Basil Rajapakse said there were one million tourists came to Sri Lanka last year where I could prove not more than 300,000 came during whole of last year…….and now robbed Divineguma 85 Billion Rupee Fund after chasing CJ Dr.Shirani Bandaranayake.
Also President say he will punish all wrong doers, when after killing so many people Mervin Silva is languishing freely without been arrested.
What a bunch of jokers these are……
Gota and the whole Rajapakse clan are insane and need psychatric treatment before ruining the country and taking it towards a precipice.
This is very dangerous and some Doctors and Clergy should seriously advice them to take mental treatment.
Infact the whole Parliament is a bunch of Crooks and should be Burn down for good.
We don’t need a parliament run by crooks, rapists,Drug dealers,bribe takers, thugs, thieves, party jumpers, 87 million PIN PADI OPPOSITION LEADER TAKING MORE FOREIGN TRIPS THAN SERVING PEOPLE etc…etc..
Therefore THE PARLIAMENT SHOULD BE BURNED DOWN AND DELEGATE THOSE WORK TO SUPREME COURT.
ALL CORPORATIONS, SERVICE SECTOR, ADMINISTRATION, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND BUSINESS RELATED ISSUES SHOULD BE GIVEN TO FOREIGN PROFESSIONAL EXPERT COMMUNITY….OR SHOULD BE RUN BY A PANEL OF LOCAL QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL EXPERTS.
ALSO ALL YELLOW ROBE SINHALA EXTRIMIST G…N HAR…..AS SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM POLITICS AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE COUNTRY.
All they did was ruined the whole country which British developped and gave us everything FREE when they left…..now gone to PIGS….run by SHIT EATING PIGS.

The amount Govt spend on Fertilizer and seeds given to Farmers are a contineous loss to the economy. We need farms run by an expert panel of Agricultural, soil and environmental scientists.
