Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) General Secretary Galagoda Atte Gnanasara was released on bail today on two sureties of Rs. 200,000 by the Homagama Magistrate.
He was remanded in January this year by the Homagama Magistrate on charges of contempt of court and was remanded till February 9th. On February 10th the Homagama Magistrate granted him bail in the contempt of court case against him and he was re-remanded for threatening Sandya Ekneligoda, the wife of the missing person Prageeth Ekneligoda.
