Judge Aravinda Perera
Poogoda Magistrate and Additional District Judge Aravinda Perera’s Facebook account shows how he violated the law. In his own words, he has driven his car at top speed. Another District Judge Dushantha Epitawala placing a comment said; mallila, nangila, dada kole evannada? (Brothers and sisters, shall I send a fine.) Poogoda Magistrate Aravinda Perera posted a photograph of his speedometer on Facebook. You can see the following discussion under his post;

I consider FB as a place where you relax and have fun with your friends. Everything what a person publish on FB might not be true. So how can we be sure what Mr. Aravinda Perera had put on his FB page is really true or just bragging? This is a very sad situation where one has to be extra precautious of things shared with their friends at FB.
