Kashmir Abuses: New Report Named Low-Ranking Policemen To Indian Army Generals

Hundreds of serving Indian soldiers, including senior officers, are accused of involvement in widespread human rights abuses in Kashmir in a new report to be published on Thursday, the Guardian reports.

According to the newspaper the report identifies 500 ‘alleged perpetrators’ of human rights abuses from low-ranking policemen to Indian army generals.
