Neither Namal Nor His Father Had Any Right To Comment On Judiciary: Mangala

Taking a dig at comments made by Namal Rajapaksa MP in describing the country’s judicial system Foreign Minister Mangala Samaraweera said “we all know how Namal baby passed the law exam and his father subjugated and ruined the judicial system in the country”.

Mangala Samaraweera -Minister of External Affairs

Mangala Samaraweera -Minister of External Affairs

Mangala Samaraweera addressing both local and international journalists today said neither Namal nor his father had any right to comment on the judiciary.

The Foreign Minister went on to say that Rajapksa senior had appointed judges and other senior officers in the Judicial system, not depending on competency and integrity but considering only loyalty to him and his family.

He said that even a former chief justice had been fired without any consideration to f airplay and justice and had appointed one of his lackey’s in her place.

Samaraweera said that it was clear by his comments and conduct that Namal baby too was following in his father’s footsteps.

Besides Namal Rajapaksa cheated in his Law exam.

Try then in an unbiased court of law, and if found guilty of the crimes, just hand both of them

Sri Lanka needs to be freed of Crooks and Criminals.

      Exactly,

These MORONS made Sri Lanka’s legal system as a JOKERS system. Not only the Rajapakshe father and son but also their entire cabinet of ministers have any right to speak about Judiciary.

Not only the world body, even the locals’ totally lost faith on Sri Lanka’s legal system because the previous government made it into a mockery.

Namal do you know what the Judiciary means? Does your farther know? should it be manipulated by your dumb idiot farther(GAMA MEEHARAKA) appointing all his sycophants as judges to manipulate the countries legal system to continue to stay in power and rob left and right by your whole family?

“Namal do you know what the Judiciary means?”

Namal ajapaksa, son of MaRa MaRa Chatu MaRa, does not know what Judiciary means, even though he is supposed to be a “Lawyer”, because he cheated on the Law Exam.

However, thee are enough Modayas, Mootals and Fools with average IQ 65, who thinks that Namal Rajapaksa ia a Lawyer.

After all, in 1,600 CE, 99.99% of the population thought that the Sun goes around the stationary Earth, even though it was and is not true. Almost 100% of the Modayas, Mootals and Fools who think that Namal Rajapaksa is a Lawyer, also thinks that the Sun goes around the Earth.

It is talk only. No concrete action on alleged frauds and corrupt activities of the deposed Crown Prince.

      Mervyn Silva,

I am afraid you might be spot on.

Well-articulated point by Mangie, yet just another slap in the air. For the consumption of dumb Sri Lankan electorate.

Truth is all Rajapassa offspring & Rajapassa himself are being well shielded by the political establishment.

Their visits to FCID etc. are all nothing, but “Boru Show”.

Investigations are to eventually clear them. Not to punish them.

It is written on their faces. Does either Namal or Yoshitha look worried? Have they spent a single night in a Police cell so far? Isn’t that bizarre given the gravity of crimes they are accused of? Whom are we kidding?

      Cheers!

    Mangala

    Well said!

Please get an investigation started on Namal’s qualification and expose the fraud widely. This must include complicity of his Guru Prof Peiris.

If Namal goes on blabbering like that he can see his future in politics doomed forever. The general public are smarter than him now.
He’s still in his time warp.
All I can say he should not open his mouth for sometime. Have FCID finished questioning ? Why is he still free?

An apt response to Namal baby.

Honourable Minister Samaraweera, please do not call Namal a “baby”. This bugger created babies every where he went during his father’s tenor of office as a dictator! You are correct, like father like son.

[Mangala Samaraweera addressing both local and international journalists]

[ “we all know how Namal baby passed the law exam and his father subjugated and ruined the judicial system in the country”.]

So now the world knows what the Sri Lankans know. :)

[The Foreign Minister went on to say that Rajapksa senior had appointed judges and other senior officers in the Judicial system, not depending on competency and integrity but considering only loyalty to him and his family.]

Considering nothing major has changed in the judiciary since Rajapaksa how can he defend the idea of an internal investigation with local judges and persecutors?

Spot on Hon. Minister .Every once in a while these terrible people, who suffer from selective amnesia ,have to be reminded how they systematically ruined our great country. Bravo Sir!

    Point taken Mr. Samaraweera.

I am still waiting for the files to appear you promised to share with all of us, Sri Lankans, about the Rajapakses paying a briber to the LTTE through Tiran Alles. You may have forgotten that episode but we have not.

Have they gone underground or sold to the highest bidder. Still better – If kept for a rainy day! Never know how the wheel of destiny turns…Namal baby is the best example for you and you cabinet to observe and learn. As they say…Karma can be a bitch! I guess they are referring to the canine species :-0

I endorse Minister Mangala Samaraweera’s statement 100%. It is Rajapakse’s baby the present Government had to carry placing the Government in a tight and embarrassing corner.

Namal’s law degree certificate is written on toilet paper and only use is to be flushed off in the toilet. If Namal wants to be recognized as a lawyer he should re-sit the exam.

Hypocricy of the MR clan at its worst! More of the same will be heard in the coming days, months and years.

Ha! Mangala challenges Namal to sue him if he likes. Does anyone think Namal will challenge the statement in a court? I doubt it :) If he does, I hope he appears for himself and try to win!!

absolutly true, both idiots have no right to talk. They ruined eveanything.
They were bribe takers, womanisers, rogues and basteds who ruined the country under the guise of development

I think it is very sad that the new government promised to investigate corruption but almost a year later the Rajapaksas walk free and Namal still practices as a lawyer.

    Shame!

Although majority of Sri Lankans gave up on his family, the Baby still has full of hope on SL judiciary and believes the lackeys nominated by his thathe and decorating benches will rescue the murderers return the favor.

Mr. Samaraweera is showing his obvious lack of class as our Foreign Minister.

He stands in front of a podium as our FM, in front of SL flags and spews hatred like he is on an election platform!!!!

Shame on him- no amount of justification and glee by the readers here on the manner he spoke can make it right

It is people like Samaraweera who are a hindrance to this country moving forward together . All right-minded people whatever their political affiliations must discourage this sort of disgusting speech and attack. There is a time and place for everything

It’s a good thing that these criminals are bopping up to make their points , but in the media circus it’s a Public knowledge of what kind of politicians and of the misdeeds they have committed during their term . FCID is only trying to hide all the criminality. The public will not forget , their criminal doings will surface all the time and it’s a good thing to refresh the memory forever of these rascals crimes.
    What a joke our judiciary.
It’s almost 9 long months nothing we have seen of the Good Governance. Are they all covering up each other’s criminal activities??
What about the so called coup?

The politicians are crooks and murderers what can we expect? But but the smart voters will never forget the criminal activities of these present and past politicians.

Even as recent as few weeks ago a Prelate of Rajamahavihara was offered BRIBE of Rs 50 million by the Diyawadana Nilame to secure his vote. Because this THERO refused the bribe , he’s facing death threats. So it goes.
This act of treachery to the holy Religion is colossal in the history of shady Religion lately in SriLanka.

Three cheers for this Prelate who refused the large amount of Bribe. Hats off to you sir for protecting our 2000 year old Religion single handedly. Shame shame on those who call themselves BUDDHISTS.
Why are they barking about the Religion so much behind the scenes. What goes on ??

What kind of a country is this?? Are people so so idiotic??

Odd for a Senior Minister of an Administration that (with much fanfare), ushered in “Freedom of Expression” would actually have the bad judgement to come out and say something like that

Or is “Yahapalanaya” simply a different flavor of Mahinda Chinthanaya ? Where only some people have Freedom of Expression ?

Odder still that most commentators support it

Any of the ministers or politicians belong to any class.. .?? None of them, whether they have been to the Royal or St Thomas’ they are all CLASSLESS , EQUALLY CLASSLESS AS VILLAGE MODAYAS….

THE Result CLASSLESS + MODAYAS. =. IDIOTS.

    Mr Mangala Samaraweera,

Mr Namal Rajapaksa and Mr Mahinda Rajapaksa are MPs. Like all others in this country they have the right to express their opinions.

You are not a judge. Father and son Rajapaksa are innocent until proven guilty. Even the guilty have the right to express their opinions.

You are a politician who also has the right to express your opinions.

    • 3
      0

      The Rogue Ayer

You got it right, even a rogue or an imbecile like NaRa has the right to express his opinion!

    • 3
      1

You’re wrong Rogue I For example you and I are innocent we walk freely express freely and so on because we have not been called to clear any wrong doings.
if you and I have been called to clear my guilt Until I have been found INNOCENT I Remain guilty. That’s why you’re called to the court to put your case and prove your innocence.

People can twist this version easily as you say that he’s innocent until proven guilt. It’s completly wrong to misrepresent the guilt.
If he’s innocent he would not have been called by FCID TO ANSWER THE CASE.
HES A GUILTY MAN WALKING AND TALKING.

So please do not confuse the situation.Only in SL the criminals are in the ruling and the opposition party RULING OUR COUNTRY. Don’t you think it’s very very odd??

Come on Mangala. Stop talking. Just get on with the investigations to prove all the wrong doings of Rajapaksas and their cronies. All are waiting. All of you including Ranil have been talking about action against corruption, fraud, killings etc. during Rajapaksa era for months and no one is still charged. You are keeping all the Rajapaksa bootlickers in the same high level positions, allowing them to block or delay the investigations. Show those who voted you back to power that it is not “all f..t and no s..t”

Naval’s legal qualification is rather suspect. He did his emanation sitting in a private room with a computer. No body else was given that privilege it is claimed. His immature comments about the corrupt judicial system that was established by his dad is a testament of his fathers rule. Nimalendran whom do you suggest to lead the judges to commence the war crimes investigation. Is it Sarath Silva another bully who almost destroyed intergrity within a very short period. He didn’t practise law as a judge. He made law and judgment as he went along. May I submit go back to school and resist the law exams again and get some street credibility before commenting like a senior legal guru. You are nothing but a under qualified brief less proctor.

To be a member of parliament you must be stupid, and a greedy thief and the qualification to hoodwink professionals so that folk like GL believe.
