There seem no hope of a new constitution in the making , no matter who comes to power , Unless Excutive Presidency is abolished and a new constitution enacted with total power to the parliment with a system where all provinces and their electroates will be able to run their own affairs with their own budget , where you see every import , foreign investments , agreements, properly regulated , farmers taken care , local industries developed and the entire system of the country is streamlined, please do not expect much change, in 5 years time we will have a larger external debt.
Because the present Constitution is anti people and has tomany loopholes and can in no way benfit the Common man and the nation.
let the presidential election go ahead, but dear people demand the excutive presindency to be abloshied and for new clean exclusively parliment powered constitution before the general election and demand the provincial elections to be scrapped.
The new constiution can include the provincial ministerial appointments too.
The criminal waste of public funds on so many elections must be changed , it can build houses to the poor , feed the hungry, offer health care and education
mainly to the poor.
I am very dissapointed with the medias who present themselves as peoples champions who are abslutely aware of the crime of wasteage in useless puppet council electections which has no benefit for the common man , they are also are aware how dangerous it is to continue the excutive presidency and the desperate need to change the constituion.
Its sad to watch such a great talk show like SL Face The Nation waste valuable time and it is a very long time on politicians talking shop .
