Gota, as enforcer of PTA, sent hundreds to jail without any proof of any crime.
Some are still in jail, and are called “political prisoners”.
Gota ordered the army during the final days of the war, to shoot and kill all those who surrendered, even with White Flags.
How can such a man run for president.
The “putting down” with extreme ferocity of two insurrections in 1971 and in 1988/89
has produced murderers who still exist within and without the forces and police.
Some of them appear to have become politicians. This can happen only in Sri Lanka.

Both Gota and Fonseka are partners in crime and both are equally responsible for Lasantha’s murder, one gave the order and the carried out the execution rest assured Lasantha’s killers will never be captured, you cannot get one without the other, both belongs in the prison
