Ranjana, That was before her breast implantation.
What a poor story,or at least poorly told, half lies and half exaggerations. She has no idea about the rest of the world. There are so many other immigrants for example who do the same thing as she did, in fact almost everybody does. When there is a sizeable population of your own people, you could win elections as well.
She says ‘we should respect humans as they are, our children growing up today will not have to go through racism etc’. But the terrorists she supports back her birth place didn’t give a toss, just killed innocent like nobody’s bussiness yet she praises them. OK, she has her story but speaking like a Maharshi and supporting terrorism at the same time contradicts each other.

Few more questions for you my friend.

From which country that so-called Prime Minister (PM) is from (in your post)? Tamil Peelum? Where is it located? I hope in your backyard? or in the Hell where your beloved terra leader VP Podian perished?

I am so sure one thing my friend. Peelum will have no place in Sri Lanka definitely not in your lifetime. Keep on dreaming about your fantasy. At least that will give you a nice feeling to be satisfied for the rest of your life.

      Uncle Donald,

You think this woman is gonna’ deliver you an ethnically purified Tamil Homeland in Sri Lanka?

What has she done to help long suffering Tamil citizens of Sri Lanka so far? Not to mention other communities that happen to live in Sri Lanka.

Has she delivered any water, food, sanitation, housing, health, education, psychological counsellling, rehabilitation and bridge building with other communities etc?

Operating from multi-cultural Toronto for an ethnically pure Tamil homeland in Sri Lanka…ha!

I am sure she has a great future among fans of Tamil Ealam in Canada. An easy ticket to a seat in the Canadian Parliament.

Good for her, but not so good for you Ealam dreamers. Tamils are being taken for yet another ride. Like Jayalalitha and Karunanidhi has been doing for decades now.

The Sinhalese some of them with adopted Tamil names trying to ridicule this MP is laughable. The tirade between the two ethnic groups the Sinhalese and the Tamil seem endless. The Tamils are asking for equality and recognition while the Sinhalese are trying to have the cake and eat it themselves. Leave alone the possibility of a Tamil becoming a leader of this Nation, they will have to fight for their rights of existance. The Sinhalese on the otherhand who deny the homeland theory of the Tamils in the North, packed off all the Tamils to the North after ’83. Does this not prove that the North is the homeland of the Tamils? The biggest mistake the British made was handing the country at Independence to a set of Politicians, instead to the descendants who handed the country to the British then, the rightful aires and the Tamils who governed then. If that had been done, this country would have prospered with amity and prevented the riff raff from climbing the social ladder to the top as has happened today.

      Gamini

There is no homeland for Tamils, Muslium or Sinhalese in Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka is for all communities.

If you (a another LTTE terra supporting tamilian with hidden Sinhalese name like Gamini – This is based on your posting for last year or so) argue in this homeland business in any part of SL, there is no constructive approach towards your so-called problem.

By the way regarding using pseudo names, I suggest you practice before breach boy. I never came across a tamil by the name of Gamini in my life. Using that name is an insult to our great king of Dutugamunu too.

Kahapola or Walpola, although the British ruled the whole country from 1815, before that the North and the East was predominently occupied by the Tamils as much as the South was predominently occupied by the Sinhalese. Even at the time of Independence the demographic scenario remains the same to date. However there have been some Tamils and Sinhalese living in either side. If the Tamils were recognised as equals when they clamoured then, today there will not be a homeland demand as you suggest. But the fact that the Tamils have been denied equality is the reason for asking for their homelands. It is your type of Pea Brains that have created this mess for all of us. Your claim now that the whole country is for all Communities is an attempt to ethnic cleansing.
When you say Sinhalese, some are of mixed origins as the cinnamen pealers brought from India who settled down in the South who goes as Hamu Mahattayas now. Then you get the ones who carry Portuguese names and blood, believing they are Sinhala names. As for me my linage comes from the Sinhala Aristocracy holding office in the Royal Court, which birth right you can never imagine to possess. The biggest favour you could do to King Dutta Gamini is not to sell his name for your survival. He respected the Tamils more than your ilk of cross bred Sinhalese.

Sure your aristocracy is definitely from Royal Court of Valu Praba (the Teraa King-pin).

Who assed you to vomit the same of rubbish that you have been posting over and over again for last few month in CT.

Keep living in a fantasy world like Donald Fella.

Ranjan Walpola, please do not worry about my linage as you can never imagine or aspiire to be. It appears that you are not a proper Sinhalese but a descendant of the Cinnamon pealers for certain.

Lol, Gamini’s delusions get bigger by the day. We have seen your aristocratic language on this site. Even a dog can pretend to be a lion if he hides :D

Here is the garbage poster a so called David Blacker, looking for filth and unable to find any, is trying to provoke thinking others are also of his calibre. Sorry David, I have never used Filth in my posts as you have and neither have I wished death for all LTTE who were involved in an armed struggle to win equal recognotion in a country who are rightful heirs as well and not only the Sinhalese who believe so.

Being a half Tamil as you claim, you displaying your servility, remember there are other Tamils who do not wish to be servile as yourself to anyone else, possibly from better stock than yourself.

Kapila Kahapola, what is important is the subject matter under discussion. Not as to who I am. You apologists of MR are unable to counter the allegations, hence you resort to using filth and most of your comments are edited out. It shows your level of intellect although you all believe, you all are smart Alecs.

Both Walpola and Kahapola try to improve your command of the English language as none can understand what you write.

Is a cinnamon pealer better than a toilet cleaner? You may answer that because you fellows (ie. terra supporters)adhere to those practice of cast and creed in your socalled homeland.

Ranjan Walpola, I need not answer you as, neither am I a cinnamon pealer or a toilet cleaner. I do not know about yourself. Besides if you think that all the Tamils living outside the country are toilet cleaners, you are sadly mistaken. I am sorry, being a full blooded Sinhalese, i.e. with no mixture of other descent is sad, to say the Sinhalese having a hisory of over two thousand five hundred years, are cleaning toilets and houses in the Middle East and in Italy today. So much for their Pride eh? Ofcourse many of these Sinhalese are of Portuguese mix.

There is an identity crises for the people who lives in other countries as immigrant and I am one of them. I always refer to be a Sri Lankan and not a sinhalese, tamil or muslim. When I meet tamils and muslims the first question they ask me is are you tamil but I say I am a sri lankan but I do not speak tamil and they are confused!!!! To me that is lack of understanding or education to see difference between nationality and language you speak! Why can not be all be Sri Lankans and yet speak the language we can, whether it is sinhala, tamil or English (as we find as a common and commercial language)?

This is a wonderful speech. If you only understand the english version, it is a pity. Get someone to translate the tamil for you. She does not speak like an extremist but diplomatic. I admire the tireless efforts of her father in bringing them up upholding the tradition where we simply forget and act like Englishmen rather than a sri lankan Sinhalese. Look at the big picture and don’t be petty minded.
